LiliGal V neck royal blue layered chiffon dress

I ordered the dress on March 4 2017. On March 7th I received an email that my dress had been shipped and was given a tracking numbervwhich appears to be invalid. I would either like dress or the money refunded ASAP. Since my order I have seen several other similar complaints on your website. Unless this issue is resolved to my satisfaction within the next 3 business days, I will turn the matter over to my attorney and contact the attorney general's office. I have tried several times on different days and at different times to reach someone by telephone with no results. What business doesn't have an answering machine?

LiliGal Plaid print turndown collar long shirt: ll703141958458144

I ordered a medium size but it is much too
small for an American woman. It possibly would fit someone of a smaller body type and frame. Ive never been able to wear it because I can not get it to go around my hips to button in the front as it is shown in the posted website picture. I like the fabric and look but I wasted my money on this dress. I attempted every way I could to contact the company. I sent two letters to the address that was on the pkg. it was mailed in. I attempted about twelve times to call the telephone number that is posted with no answer. The website will not allow you to submit an inquiry because it continues to move off the page. It tells you to log in from facebook but when you try it moves back to the original page site.
This is very frustrating to a customer who wants just to exchange the medium for a Large size, but with no luck getting response to the company. This is a poor way of conducting business with consumers who wish to help a company to sell their goods here in the US.
I could prove all the times Ive tried to call the number listed through my telephone bills. I just want an exchange!

LiliGal Coat bought from lulugal order no. : l1702232005562831

I ordered a Hooded Collar Long Sleeve Belted Beige Parka Coat
Color:Beige on 23.02.17 in a size XXXL which is, according to their sizing chart a UK 24/26.

It fits my twelve year old daughter who is a size UK 8!

I complained via their website and they said they'd accept the return and pay for the postage. They told me I had to send to the address they provided in Shanghai and post it from a UK post office registered post. I was to send them a tracking number and receipt of postage.

I followed all of their instructions and did exactly what they asked but now that I have posted it (to China at a cost of £18.55) they are refusing to pay for the postage even though it's their inaccurate sizing chart that is to blame. They are saying the sizes are for Asian woman who are smaller and so European and US women should order two sizes bigger! Their chart converts into US, European and UK sizes! What's the point of the conversion chart if it's woefully inaccurate?

I have attached a copy of the proof of postage.

I also have the entire website conversation saved if you need that too.

LiliGal Need address to return product.

I have sent messages and tried to get an address to return an item.
I was promised an address to return the item.
It was to be emailed to me.
Never got the email.
This has been an ordeal going on for a couple months now.
I want to return this item and I want my money refunded.
I was told by the lulugal representative that if I send it by mail it will be very expensive... What the...?

LiliGal Items look nothing like pictures!

All I want to say is that Lulugal is not to be trusted. Do not believe the pictures you see on their website, because in reality items look nothing like pictures. I decided to order from Lulugal because their prices were reasonable and items looked amazing. I have ordered a lot of things and was disappointed with my entire order. Quality was very poor and cheap, material was thin, sizes, shape, everything was nothing like I expected.
When I asked for a refund I was rudely ignored and they never bothered to reply. As a result I lost my money and wasn't able to return.
I will not buy from them again and I recommend everyone the same. Please, check the reviews before you buy anything online. There are many scam sites like Lulugal, beware!

LiliGal Coat

I should have stuck with my gut feeling, "that you get what you pay for"...Unfortunately, I should have checked the reviews before i got duped.
i ordered a sweater coat and couldnt be more disappointed. The coat is completely misshapen, and the button holes are so much smaller than the buttons and the "coat" can not be closed. The sleeves are super tight, the rest is too baggy. It's awful and this company shouldnt be allowed to continue with their false advertising. It looks nothing like the photos. I wasted my money and wouldnt even be able to donate this to a clothing drive because it is so ill fitting.

LiliGal Swimsuit

Do not buy this or anything from this company. I recently purchased a swimsuit. It took almost a month to arrive. I wondered why until I got the package with a return address in china! When I tried it on, it was sewn all wrong. Part of it was completely cut off. When I contacted them (You can't even call, only contact through an online ticket) , they said that I could have a store credit or I could send it back and pay shipping to china?!?! They refused to pay shipping and called the obviously damaged suit an inconvenience rather than a mistake on their part. Why would I want a store credit when I have to wait a month for anything I order and it is such poor quality. If you order, be sure you are willing to keep it.

LiliGal My order was never sent, but they took my money in no time. I tried calling and emailing to no avail.

I ordered 2 suits beginning of February for a vacation at the end of the month, needless to say I've been back from my vacation for a week and still do not have my order. I tried calling many times but I either got a busy tone or no ring at all. I have emailed many times as well with no resposse. I will NEVER order from this company again! I will be calling my bank tomorrow to make them aware of this scam so I can get my money back

LiliGal Absurd returns/exchange and sizings are all wrong

Sizing is all off for these products. Ordered a size larger than I usually wear because I wanted the item baggy, and it wouldn't even fit at all! Exchanges have to go to China which would have cost more than the items, so that's pointless. I returned them to the address they were shipped from in US, and they said that they won't get them so they will not exchange or refund my money. They also keep 25% restock fee on all returns, which I've never heard of from a clothing company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

LiliGal Merchandise was never sent!

I cancelled my order because you never did send me the merchandise I ordered. I show that you charged me $340.00 for merchandise I never did receive. I am so upset with this company and I plan to notify the better business bureau if you do not take care of this right away. I refuse to pay you for the merchandise that I did not get!

LiliGal Sizing and return

BEWARE. It takes a while to get the merchandise and then the sizes are WAY off like a XXL is maybe an adult small or smaller in all three items I ordered. The quality is garbage. If you want to return them, shipping costs $60+ for large envelope size from the US and then they only want to give you back a 60% refund. This is obscene! Please don't waste your time or money.

LiliGal false advertising

This company gives you no indication they are operating in Shanghai China. Their size chart is way off the charts. They advertise returns are easy. The clothes are cheap and poorly made. I tried to return my products and they will only refund 60% of your cost. They demand a tracking number. To return my $59 merchandise was going to cost $150.53. What a scam. Luckily after many conversations I was able to recoup my money thru my credit card. I thought I did do diligence in researching before I bought but obviously I didn't do enough. Always google a company you are not familiar with before ordering on line. If you Google lulugal there are pages of complaints. I learned a valuable lessons.

LiliGal Very bad

What a terrible store! I would not recommend them to anyone. If you don't want to lose your money then avoid Lulugal like a plague. I have purchased two items from them back in October and after four months of waiting there is still no sign of my order. There is no customer service, it simply doesn't exist, they do not reply.
There are so many negative reviews about them and I regret I did not check them earlier. This was my first experience with this company and definitely the last one. I will not buy from them again and I will continue posting negative reviews until they refund my money! Avoid Lulugal!

LiliGal Tops and return policy

I purchased over $193 of tops. I ordered 1 size larger all the sleeves were too small. After several negotiations with them through PayPal it was agreed they would take the return back if I would pay the shipping so I agreed and did this. They did not accept the package and it stayed at the post office. I've now not only paid for returning the items I've lost all the money because my account will not be credited as promised by PayPal.

LiliGal LuluGal products

This company should not be allowed to advertise anywhere. They show pictures of clothes, obviously not the ones they make, but copied from elsewhere. All look highly desirable.
When you receive your order it is to find that what you ordered is nothing like the product advertised. Terribly quality of cloth, no proper skill in making up, poor stitching, badly fitting, sizing all wrong.
Don't even bother to complain, you will get nowhere - That is What they are Relying On.
You are throwing your Money down a Drain. They have even got the nerve to send you order by Registered Delivery - as if it is valuable. Don't make me laugh.

LiliGal Swim suite

I have been trying for 2 weeks now to get a phone number to contact this company so I can return a swim suite that I purchased from them. Let's just say that the sizes on their chart & actual size of product are not the same.

I seen this phone number [protected] & called it. Rings off the hook and no one answers. So my next step is just to send the idem back and dispute the order with my credit card. Two can play this game.

Be ware! Don't order from this company.

You won't get an address to return their junk clothing. I got taken too. I complained to Paypal and got horrible service and NO help at all. Nag your c.c. company and dispute the charge. Then know that because you can't return they merchandise you can't get a credit, but if you email, text, call and document it all, copy it and pics of the items described why they are not pictured and the c.c. has to help you. I literally had no receipt, not address to return in my shipment. They hide all that info well.

LiliGal Women's tops

Normally, I check a company's return police before I order something online. For whatever reason, I was not careful about this one. I should have seen the red flags by the spelling and grammar errors in their policy. I did not realize this company is based in China until I checked the tracking notice. I wanted to cancel but they told me I could not cancel the order since it had already shipped. It came about 3 weeks later. I called the number listed on their customer service page (I use that term loosely) but no one answered. I tried the live chat and that was unavailable. I sent an email but that bounced back. I finally contacted PayPal where they offered me a couple dollars back and I keep the items. I told them this was unacceptable. Suddenly my "case" was resolved and closed on one item and I was asked to sent back the other for full refund. Two identical purchases, two different resolutions. The cost of sending the item back was more than the item was worth. I'm still negotiating with PayPal but I'm not expecting a good outcome. The clothes were poorly made and crappy quality. DO NOT order from them. I posted comments on their Facebook ads and they have now blocked me. They delete all negative comments. I want to get the word out on as many review sites as possible so others don't waste their money.

LiliGal Coat

I am about to give up, which is their goal all along. I ordered an XL woman's coat for my US size-6 body, according to THEIR charts I'm a M but know Chinese stuff is always small so I really size up. I get it a month later and it barely fits my US size 0, 13 yr old daughter. I see they say "Easy Returns!" Yes, you get 40% back after shipping. 40% when it's obviously their mistake. And after paying MORE THAN THE ITEM WAS to return to China. Fighting with PayPal (who sides with them as I did get the item) and my credit card now but getting tired of all the BS. No phone number to call, they offer 10% back w/o a return.

LiliGal Scam, ripoff

I ordered a dress from Lulugal in December 2016. When it arrived on Jan 19 I was surprised that it was so small. I wear a large and knew it would run small so I ordered XXL. It was so small I could not get it on over my arms. I have corresponded with them several times and got the same answer as everyone else that I would have to pay the shipping charges ($13.75) and they would give me something back on my order. My order cost was $28.62. Doesn't make sense to send it back for such a small refund. I am now stuck with a dress that I cannot wear!

In my post holiday spending, I saw two items on facebook i liked.
I ordered on Jan 1, and received the items about a week later.
The Items did not fit.
