Complaint registerd as it's Bush damaged on 13 September 2017, DOC NO. 231399 at Lulu hypermarket -Bousher, Oman.The product is under warranty that's why I gave it your service . Unfortunately till today evening 25/9/17 I have nt received it . Many times I called, visited your outlet every time they answer me tomorrow . How long I should wait for a small repair . It's unfair . Pls take it as an urgent request from your customer and do the needful as soon as.

LuLu Hypermarket product nikai 32 inch is faulty from day one lulu karama dubai

Hello I purchased a Nikai 32 inch TV from Lulu karama dubai.The TV is faulty from day 1 I switched it ON.The LED display.went faulty.I am asking Lulu team for replacing there is no support.
I have brought the Tv in India now I need to know how can it be repaired.
Please tell me how can I repair it or replace in India.

LuLu Hypermarket voucher validity, 4 days only, not accepted at any other store, bad customer service from managers

Hi, I've experienced the worst customer service ever from Ajman Lulu Hypermarket, I had a voucher of 100 dirhams expired and I couldn't use it as I live in Dubai and no other Lulu hypermarket was accepting the voucher ! As I had to go to same store from which I got the voucher from! And the voucher was valid for only 4 days! What a strategy ! As I did the purchase on 8th sep and voucher expired on 12th!
I drove all the way to Ajman on 18th, spoke to manager Nishad ! And I was waiting for worst customer experience! Where a manager tells me he cannot let the company loose 100 dirhams! And he was ready to lose a customer for it !
I wasn't begging for money there, I was asking to utilize my own voucher as it got expired and I didn't get enough days to utilize it nor it was accepted at any other store !
After not getting convinced with his answer, I asked to speak to nishad's manager, Mr.Abdul Ghafoor .the GM, I got more horrible experience from his as well, the managers don't simply know to respect the customers! Horrible attitude! I was asked to give a copy of voucher and the GM would call me next morning as I was insisting..
Next morning I get a call from cashier! This clearly showed The GM had no respect for customers, I escalated the case and the Manager Mayur comes in picture .. he listens to me calmly and gives me the same robotic answer ! The voucher is expired and we cannot do anything!
If managers are going to speak like cashiers.. then all three of them do not deserve managers posts! I asked to speak to Abdul Ghafoor's manager and till date I haven't received a call !
This is ridiculous and the worst customer service I ever experienced! I want to utilize my voucher and a compensation of wasting my time and energy and getting such a bad service from Lulu, being a loyal customer ... no body deserves to be treated this way !

I am living in UAE since 2009 and from that time till now we use to make always purchase from different outlets of LuLu. LuLu Hypermarket delivery employees were very bad

They have come to my home to deliver the fridge and i have asked them to take the empty box out of my home. They just ignored me and run out. I follow them to thire truck but they gone ignoring me totally. This is happened in KSA jeddah. Their phone no. [protected]. I am very disappointed and this is my phone no [protected]. I need them to return back and take the box again or i will return the fridge back.

LuLu Hypermarket draw

I want complaint about 16th september 2017th draw lulu hyper market jiddah. They used to kids for the choos the winners coopen. The choosed some arab kids. This kids are choosing arab writing coopens. They are avoiding english writing coopens. In this case non arab people can not the winner and your some saudi staffs are acting like stuppid in the draw time. We did not the accept from the lulu hyper market. I think better to make one more draw. Stuppid disitoin.

LuLu Hypermarket contaminated food product (pavakka kondattam)

yesterday i bought a packet of FAIR (India comp) pavakka kondattam(dried bitter gourd) from LULU HYPERMARKET, ZINJ, BAHRAIN.
today as usually we do i cut the packet and put it into hot oil, As it was frying i could see something burning with bad odor i thought it might be bitter gourd fiber, so i tried to remove from pan but it started burning in the oil.then i came to know it was long hair and it was all around the bitter gourd.

LuLu Hypermarket samsung washing machine 7.5kg

I am very disappointed and frustrated with your company.. I received a delivery of the washing machine twice and both the times have revived a defective piece which give an error as soon as we turn it on. It displays DC on the led screen. This experience is my first and the last time of purchasing any electronics from your store and I will make sure everyone I know is aware about the same and to avoid buying any electronic from your store so they don't have to go through this. I've called the branch asking for a supervisor and they responded saying supervisor is not available and gave me numbers to call, how pathetic is that. Serious you need to do something about your management cause I think most of your staff are dumb and don't respond well to customer complaints. I have attached my invoice of purchase so you can refer to that for all the details of the branch of lulu.

LuLu Hypermarket the delivery staff

I ordered from lulu online to my home and i put the time at 5 to 7 . Afternoon they called to confirm the delivery and to confirm the location otherwise its all mentioned . He asked to come around 4 i told him no come at 5 till 7 i will be available home he said ok, but he insist to come before that and he came 4.30 while my wife she was alone home and am still at work . This is the first time i ordered online and its the last .

LuLu Hypermarket delivered damaged product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited your store Lulu connect on 05/09/2017 and picked up a Godrej refrigerator G/Ref E/PRO 190CT 4.2 1/Win 190L. I paid 15000 rupees for the same and requested for its delivery to the address which is Abdul Salam, Salamiya manzil, naduvath nagar po, arookutty, Vaduthala, alappuzha.
On its delivery 08/09/2017, I noticed that the top side of the item body part has broken which is hided by the lamination cover. Since the item is on a ten years warranty, I request your office to kindly take the damaged piece and deliver a fully serviceable piece in return.

Please find the attached copy of invoice/ bill of supply and the delivery memo- customer copy. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

LuLu Hypermarket metal pieces found in the neyyappam.

Today when I purchased two Neyyappam along with some other things . Found some metal pieces when eating one of them and luckily removed it.
It may be came from the vessel cleaning metal sponch. Because it appears like that.

The valid information is being shared for taking Care while handling food processing vessels. Surely this is not sending for blame to any one.

LuLu Hypermarket running promo 50 sar get 50 voucher

As a customer very sad to inform you about your running promo buy 50 sar get 50 voucher...I spend 2hour purchase as per sales supervisor information that if you buy 50 sar get 50 voucher (if u purchase 100 sar garments 50 pay cash & 50 use voucher )but at cash counter saying 200 sar need to purchase again to use voucher. ...What this promotion ?selection also very poor? and 20% offer giving by cheating promotions .pls recheck your promo.

LuLu Hypermarket products not returned after 3 weeks given for service

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Ikon product from Luluhypermarket Arabian centre. This is the first Ikon product which bought. The trouble started from the very first week. The product stop working and rerun the product to claim the warrenty. After loong waiting I got the product back. Then immediately again product stop working and returned the product. Merchindiser said maximum it would take 2 week to return the product but now 3 week but no notification form the store yet.

I can not wait furthur, kindly tell me status or request you to return my money and take your understand product.

LuLu Hypermarket product - touchmate

The above product was sold to an uneducated couple without testing if it was authentic. I was asked to show them how to charge it and use it. As I was out of town the couple waited for me to return so that I could help them. On my return when I tried check the same the tab seemed to be a faulty piece. It would not charge at all. I called the touchmate service centre for help they asked me to charge it for an hour and if it still did not work to return it back. When we went to return it back we were told that the piece would be sent back to service centre for repair as it was returned after 7 days. It was a faulty piece and should have been exchanged.
It was clear from the packing that the tab was not manhandled as most of the things were still packed. ON contrary when I was upset the staff was laughing at me. I have returned the same back saying that i do not want it back as it a matter of only AED 200/-. But inspite of having my number the store did not even bother to call me and give me a solution.

LuLu Hypermarket washing machine

Very very poor response. We never expect like this support from LULU. We did purchase a brand new LG washig machine from Madinat Zayed branch. After 3 months the machine has been stopped working and we made a complaint. After 2 working days the technician had come and checked the product and he verified water goes inside and board has to be replaced. We are not did the problem and mught be water gone inside by mistake. Note the machine is under watranty and we have extended the warranty to one more year and total 2 years. After he left and informed us need money to repair the machine with under warranty. Note down there is no use warranty now. We have visited and contacted so many times and the people always saying will call us back, However no one contacted yet. We did visit the branch and met the manager he also promise will comtact next day. But he didnt yet. We do know how the people care customers and atleast they can response by call or message. We never expect like this response especially from LULU. Please take this issue as a priority for the best customer reviews.

LuLu Hypermarket ikon gas table 3-5128 by3

We bought a new IKON gas table (IK Gas table 3-5128 BY3) from LULU Hypermarket karama on on 20.4.17 (Receipt 5/58400) One burner doesn't get seated and gas leaks all over the sides.

When we call up your customer service we are told to handover the stove for repair without a spare for 10 days. Is this practically possible. How can you apply the same conditions for all the home appliances when some of the services are to be immediate. The person was not polite also.

Requesting intervention to this our smoothly.

LuLu Hypermarket pleasant shopping but encountered too long little counter service

Dear Sir,

My name Mr.Anbalakan frm Kuantan attached to one of 1st Leading Malaysia Company as an Regional Manager .

I have visited you LuLu Hypermarket and i have plasant shopping overthere. Without relasing we have spent rm899.79 ..I and my family excited with your ground floor stuffs. We really feel that we have shopping at India. BUT too sad to said your counter is too little.Many people get bored to wait too long especilaly peeks days like sunday.

We have visited your 1st floor BUT sad to said too bored with the SAREE compartment.. Your man seems could not bother customer enjoying playing handphones (We have looking for Indian Jeppa but unable get the good one. I strongly this sessions need to be upgraded with GOOD staffs and various type of saree and jeepa and other requirement for indian customer.where we can shop everyting under one roofs.

We have visit 2nd floor seems good and cheap price compares to other electronic outlets surrounding Kuala Lumpur.

We will visit your outlet soonest.

LuLu Hypermarket spoiled fish being sold

I stay in karama and for last 20 years have been a regular customer of Lulu. We have been shopping regularly at the Karama Lulu supermarket but for last 2 months its been not pleasant for us. Its getting clear that Lulu management has moved away from the Chairman vision.

We never had the need to complain but today it has crossed limits. Bearing in mind Lulu a big chain and the Chairman a great person I would like to bring to the attention of the quality control team and PR team to please see whats happening at the Lulusuper market at Karama. Its very pathetic that stale fish is sold at the fish section. I could have easily called Dubai Municipality officials but don't wish to spoil the reputation of a company so well established in UAE.
The cost of the fish purchased was very nominal but the quality a third rate.

Please have a look or give a surprise check at the fish section.

Very Bad Feedback about lulu, actually I brought steamer on 25th June and i came to returned back on 26th june cause the size is not suitable for the home i open the cartoon but i didnt use it, when i returned back i found unbelievable reaction from supervisor his name is (Pradeep P.R) he told me excatly ( you are lying and he was shouting to much to me and talking in rude way and saying keep quite cause you are lying to us, and when i told him it's not good to say to the customers like that he was keeping saying that cause you are lying and i dont care and do what you want. LuLu Hypermarket customer service

I bought a Lenovo ZUK 2+ from lulu connect on 14-May-2017 and it got repaired on 20-May-2017. Lulu connect [censor]ers were reluctant to take my phone for service since they are supposed to replace the phone if it get repair within 7 days from purchase. They put me on hold for 2 days and they took my phone for service and verbally promised me that they will get it replaced at any cost. Even after 10 days I haven't received any updates about my phone. When I tried to contact the [censor]er who took my phone for service (Jayadevan-Lenovo_Lulu Connect_Kochi) he didn't answer and switched off his phone. Finally I got connected to Lulu Connect's customer care at 04-June-2017, 7:00PM. That [censor] told me within 1 hour somebody from mobile section will resolve this issue and call me within next 1 hour.
These [censor]ers are good at making people purchase the stuffs they got but very worst in after sales service.
Never buy electronic gadgets from Lulu connect Kochi. They sell second quality products and their after sales service is horrible.
