Dear Sir,
I am staying in Abu dhabi more than 8 years and a regular customer of lulu. Yesterday [protected]) I have visited lulu madinat zayed hyper market with family and purchased several Churidhar material based on the price mentioned in display board. The display board showing the offer as following;
For 118 aed churoday we have to pay 59
For 79 aed we have to pay 39.50
For 69 aed we have to pay 39.00
For 59 aed we have to pay 29.50

Based on that we have spent more than 2 hours to select some materials and took some materials of 59 aed and 69 aed. But when we billed at cash counter 59 aed item is drilling showing 59 aed itself, there is no any discount. Then cashier called conceded supervisor and asked him about this and his reply was disappointing. It was a mistake from their side and the actual price was 118 aed. Then why they put the tag of 59 aed. This is a type of cheating and wasting the time of customer. We simply waste our time for nothing due to this issue. We came over there with family and small kid. So please avoid such bad incidents in future.
