LuLu Hypermarket veg cutlet - stinks and spoiled

Today evening i have bought Veg Cutlet form LULU Al Qusais branch, the packed veg cutlet is spoiled and stinks- We are unable to eat that neither get that for exchange at your outlet. pl don't give such food as it leads to bad health and we also buy to taste it yummy.
Also kindly note- All the cooked chicken items which we buy form you is not washed to best level, hence it leads to a disgusting smell and taste.
We suggest you to use Turmeric powder and water to clean the chicken were that fishy smell and taste can be removed/reduced.
Pl look into this for better services.

I was standing with all the items (picture attached) that I bought on the cashir and one customer finished paying but I was still waiting for about 20 minutes then when I asked why tbey are not scanning my item they told me that they have a problem with the previous customer card, they supposed to inform me so I can use another cashir but nobody care, it was toda at 9:00 pm, I was a regular customer and I dont think I will continue buying from you again

LuLu Hypermarket eten ladies wear

Hello there!

I had purchased a ladies wear two months ago from Lulu hidd, Bahrain. We noticed that the security tag was not removed. We took the item to the nearby Lulu which is the Danamall lulu Bahrain.
The customer care representative asked for the bill which we dont have as it is 2 months old, and asked us to take it back to Lulu hidd which is not at all acceptable- we cannot keep moving with item for the mistakes from your side!

LuLu Hypermarket product was damaged it looks like second handle piece and not ready to refund or exchange the mobile

I am living in Abu Dhabi . Regular customer of lulu. I used to purchase different products from lulu. Recently I have purchased Sony Mob.XprXA1 -G3112 on 05/03/2018 and i went to home and opened the piece and screen got damaged and next evening I went store and they asked me check with service center.. They are not ready to exchange or giving the new piece or refund the money and it looks like second handle piece. The manager behavior was not at all good. How we can accept damaged piece not even used once. I thought raise a complaint in consumer portal before that I like to check any lulu department whether any some can help me to resolve the issue and help me to get new piece. How we can give damaged piece or or second handle piece as a gift. Store Lulu Hyper market LLC, Branch 7 Madinat Zayed Abu dhabi .
It is not about the piece customer happiness. I felt really bad about this. I am not sure whether I can resolution from this complaint.. trying for better..

LuLu Hypermarket service manager in lulu ibri / oman

Dear on Charge,
Today 1st June @ 2:30 pm while shopping in Lulu Ibri I had some issues:
1- there is no helper in the rice and floar area so I want to buy a bag of 38 kg and the person responsible about the area just looking to me without offering his help. I came to know his is on charge after I met someone form management. This person was not wearing his badge and when I ask him why? He said doesn't want people to bother him. I am sure Lulu is paying them for some thing more than wearing a suit and looking to people.

2- second issue I had 3 trolies and I went to customer services to ask for more helper as there are many items and one helper is not enough; other helpers were chatting; but I have a very rude person and he refuse to even to give me his attention. I said to him what if I ask someone from management to come help me? He said better to go to heights level you can. I believe this person donest have a basic customer services.

3- there is no management stuff attending and they said it is Friday.

4- trying to contact Oman complain number but no body picking the phone.

Please take some action as lulu has good brand and such stuff they need to be at the same level of this brand.

If this is not the right place for this post please guide me.

LuLu Hypermarket ikon tv 75"

It is really hard to get someone when you call on the customer service number. When I got connected then transferred to Dana Mall branch. I have wasted my time giving him (Mr Mohamed Rabish) my address and issue details because when I told him that I have bought the item from Galleria branch he asked me to call them! and still no one contacted me back although they have promised to call back (Mr Ashraf from Galleria branch)

LuLu Hypermarket aftron washing machine afw 86100

Dear Team,
I bought Aftron semi automatic washing from LULU Madinat Zayed shopping center UAE, during the purchase, sales team said its 8 kgs but the delivery i have received is 7kgs machine. I have paid for 8kgs but got 7kgs machine. its unacceptable at all. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful. For additonal details find the attachment.

LuLu Hypermarket blueberry

I bought 4 pkts of blueberry yesterday on 26th May 2018. In the bill it was 14.75 *4
But it was on offer for 4.95sr
The item is Driscoll is blueberry Morocco 125gm. And the offer s valid till 29th May.

I want my refund of money. But as I won't be able to go within next 10days. I want it whenever I go. So kindly take necessary action.

LuLu Hypermarket treadmill

I have purchased a treadmill from lulu branch in khalidiya mall and was delivered faulty. The technician was supposed to attend the next day. But even after repeated chasing no action has been taken. Now please ensure that my money is reimbursed at the earliest. I have lost the trust and can no longer compromise. I need an apology mail from your management stating that such things will not happen in future with any customer. Please respect for our money. We work hard to earn money and not like you by cheating customers.

On 22-05-2018 I purchased 62 items including 4 packet of Arabic bread weighing 250 gms each. But on billing it was entered as 24 packets instead of 4 packets. So I had to pay Rs. 696/-(24x29) instead of Rs. 116/- (4x29) without purchasing 20 packets. I notice this only when reached at home.

If there is any facility to recheck the billed items at the counter I would not have to pay for the non purchased items. So please take action to refund the amount of the non purchased item.

today 21/05/2018 at about 4.00 pm i am abused from your company lulu hypermarket khobar branch. mr.najeeb(he was in the post of assistant manager) .on the basis of the promotion offer i had an item with the promotion offer that i received from the MRP price and i contacted customer care dusk and i requested the refund and mr.najeeb expressed his word wrongly to us with another staff .and they called securities and threatened them with us .this way your staff is interacting with customers and hintly informs you that the business will affect you badly .

LuLu Hypermarket billed item has not been purchased

I am Peter from Al Barsha done a purchase from lulu barsha on 13th May 2018 at 18.16 tax invoice 64722 Served by CAOL OLAN MARISSA.

not sure how its happening, i have purchase only three items including one shawarma.
The time i paid whatever the bill and later home i checked because of doubt, realize that shawarma billed twice but actually only one piece i purchased.

i can see two different item code for two shawarma, how come it will be?

LuLu Hypermarket wrong selling — laptop — acer model

I visited lulu hypermarket al qusais near stadium metro station to purchase a laptop on 12/5/18 and met a sales guy called naufal in that section. I explained my requirement especially the laptop is planning to use in india so I need international warranty in india.

He offered one acer model which have good features and international warranty also.

I bought the same costing 1864 aed (offer price) actual price 2414 aed.

after the purchase Lulu issued a local warranty certificate for one year.

I reconfirmed the salesman regarding this warranty and he told international warranty is there.

He installed everything and I returned to home. I wanted the laptop to use in India permanently so I tried to check the international warranty details through Acer company web site, but unfortunately the same having only local UAE warranty and the serial number not available for international warranty.

I am staying in sharjah Al nahda so I visited the lulu in al nahda today 13/05/2018 and enquired the warranty details of the same model laptop. The sales person in Al nahda Lulu confirmed that the there is no international warranty.

So for last 4 years am a regular customer of Lulu and I purchased lot of items including electronics with warranty and without warranty, but this is my high value single purchase from Lulu.
If the laptop I am using here in UAE there is no problem for me, but my purpose is to use it in India and I clearly told to that sale guy that I want international warranty, but he simply cheated me and mislead me to purchase the same.

So I kindly request the management to instruct the sales people do not make false selling and it will affect the reputation of LULU.
why we Indians. Especially keralites like me visiting lulu is because of faith and reputation.

LuLu Hypermarket cheese

I bought 5 cheese from Madina zayat shopping mall lulu hypermarket on 11th may and when I cooked 2 of them feels the product is not good in taste as it should be, so I saw on the bill that there is 7 days exchange terms so Instead of 12th may I went on 13 th may considering that they can exchange it up to 7 days but there they refused to take it back as they said there terms and conditions that frozen items can't be replaced or exchanged after one day. On that I like to complain if that was the case they should have written clearly on the bill for frozen or whatever other items they can't exchange. It's the matter of just 60AED but I felt cheated even being a regular costumer. Kindly teach your security personal how to treat other with respect.
What are they thinking about themself boss or an owner of the place.
They are very rude and not even respecting others and hitting all the customers cars what are your management doing you should take strict action on this i have be visiting lulu for last 4 years and now I'm feeling unsafe to visit lulu your Riyadh Murabba (Hara) branch.
With me visit with taxi at the gate 2.
At the entry point i had some stuff in taxis trunk as i was still inside your security guard came and started hitting the car and the throwing stuffs on the drivers face and i was still inside the car your security guard didn't even talk clearly and pushed me away as i was about to take my stuff from the trunk.

I need you to take action on it if this type of behaviour remains no one will visit your store.

LuLu Hypermarket found live bug inside black chickpeas

Today morning around 11am I bought lulu 1 kg black chick peas from sharjah alnahda and I found live bug. I wanted to complaint sharjah municipality but being honest lulu fan I handed over to supervisor at reception.
I have the copy of purchase.
What I felt bad is after complaint also there was no positive reaction from anyone.
Next time I will make sure I will handover to sharjah municipality and log the complaint.

LuLu Hypermarket nokia 5 consumer versus customer care officers - khobar

I bought nokia 5 last december 2017 and used for 3 days and kept in box. by Feb 2018 I tried to charge mobile but it was dead. So I gave back for repair. After March they gave back mobile, yet the mobile's LcD was broken. I complained why it was broken, then they told I am the one who broke the screen. How come I broke the screen? They have the mobile since february. Until now its April they didnt give back the mobile instead they are asking 290sar to repair it. Why will I pay if it was not my fault? They shouldve handled the mobile properly. Why blaming consumers for faulty handling? especially that guy named Arshad, I strongly believe he is the one who broke the screen thats why he is the one blaming me for it, in fact he is the one who handled the mobile before handing it to me.

LuLu Hypermarket someone making fraud on name of lulu

I got message from number [protected] that in new year offer you won 200000 riyal. please call on number [protected]/[protected] and [protected].
today afternoon I called on third number [protected]. the person himself told him from Lulu & for transfer prize money online he asked my iqama, debit card number & pin. he told in 50000 SAR steps they have to transfer, so you will get 4 times OTP. luckily after 2nd OTP I sensed something fishy & asked him I will call you tomorrow. later I checked they changed my netbanking login ID & in last OTP was for change in password. though I escape, but they are spoling LULU image. few months back I dropped you such lucky coupon in LuLU, Aramco, Dhahran. I am also aramco employee, so I though somebody picked number from there. 3-4 times I called on these number, there are probably three guys. One arabic he don't know good english, one seems pakistani & third one from kerala probably. these prediction based on there way of speaking.

Purchased above company to with international warr anty on24/9/17 from Al Ain Kuwaitath Lulu Hypermarket .While in india within the warranty time when it was not working informed the authority as usual. they came checked TV and replied to come back with spare part. Several calls again they did not comeback but Given another contact to Cochin Kerala also said they were replaced to the new cochin agent. Again they informed this part must come from Dubai so given a Dubai contactNo.one
