1 United States has horrible online customer service. I sent one Help Form with two questions regarding my cart and my earned points and it took three emails from me to get them to finally answer the questions. With each answer I received, the issue was listed as closed/resolved at the end of their email.(I think they should allow the customer to decide when a problem is resolved like many other sites do.) And then, in their 4th email, when they finally answered the question, instead of an apology for making it so difficult for me to get an answer, they gave me an attitude - which is what caused me to post this complaint.

I've had this problem before and it seems their online customer service reps are either illiterate or they only "skim" the emails. Basically, when dealing with them I suggest that you do not ask more than one question per contact - and make sure you rephrase it several different ways or they probably won't understand it.
