Lucky, Vitamincustomer service and payment issues

I placed an order with lucky vitamin I was told part of my order was shipping and p-art was backordered my debit card was debited the full amount but lucky vitamin said only the part that was shipped was billed. When I called their customer service I stayed on hold for 1 hour then the rude rep hung up on me after screaming in my ear. I called back stayed on hold 1 hour again asked to speak to a customer service manager on hold again left message foe customer service manager to call me no response. This is my first and last order with this company I wasn't lucky after all.
