Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ — restaurants freezing temperature
My family and I eat regularly at Lucille's in Long Beach Towne Center, and obviously enjoy the food, however, when you have to wear your jackets and/or coat in a restaurant, that is just wrong. Not once, but every time we go to Lucille's it's the same thing; we freeze.
On Thanksgiving, we had reservations and had our entire family there. We were placed in the patio room and the A/C was blowing directly on us. My son asked to have the A/C turned down a bit...three times as a matter of fact, but it remained so cold we all had to wear our coats, if we had them, and the others just froze. The kids had their jackets on, and were still cold.
Our comfort is one thing, however, when it effects the food for which we are paying a good price, that is unacceptable. Within minutes of being served, our food was COLD! Two of the plates came with mashed potatoes without any gravy. We requested some gravy, which took about 15 minutes to get, and by the time we finally had it, the potatoes were stone cold.
Since your obviously don't care about your customers' comfort, it appears we will be seeking a different establishment where we are comfortable and the customer is welcomed. One of the family members suggested we go to another of your restaurants to compare environments. That may be an option, but not sure it would make a difference.
You have great food! It's just a shame you don't listen to your customers.
By the way, when we walked outside, the temperature was 63 degrees. It was warmer outside than it was inside your restaurant!
