Recently booking for refilling LPG cylinder of HP Gas over telebooking line 1716 from my residence has become very difficult. Whenever I try to connect 1716 from my residence I get response "due to some technical problem I am unable to process your request. We apologise for your inconveniance". I reside in Salt Lake area in Kolkata. My gas distributor is TBK Enterprise [protected]). They say that request for refilling of cylinder has to be made only over 24hrs telebooking line, viz., 1716 from BSNL line. They can't receive request for refilling personally. Is there really any technical problem with the phonebooking no. 1716 and why it is not resolved for days together.
