Loyola Plans Consolidated loyola time plan

I am a beneficiary of Loyola Plans with my late husband, Rufo G. Paulate a time plan holder who died sometime in March 2010. It was in a flexy program 5/20 with its date of contract from June 1998 to June 2018. The Plan had already fully paid since 2003. I have already submitted some of necessary records to your office thru Phil Post sometime on September 22, 2017 for your ready reference.

In view of this, may I request for any response from you on my request for a lump sum benefit as indicated in the plan.

Loyola Plans Consolidated slow processing of claims

Madam/ Sir:

I would like to inform your office that last March 31, 2017, I processed my claim regarding the unrendered memorial service of Loyola Plans. The policy holder belongs to MRS. JOSEPHINE ESTOCAPIO, my mother with policy No. 905606-0 passed away last March 8, 2017. I have submitted all the requirements and they gave me a date to follow-up my claim. But every time I call your office, they will always replay to follow it up on other dates. The payees name is SHARON ESTOCAPIO. My calls are long distance because I am from Baguio, and I have to buy load just to follow-up my claim. Its been six month and there are still no development. Mr. Benny Benitez is the one receiving my call.

Loyola Plans Consolidated educational plan

My daughter's educational plan was due for the last payment of tuition fee claims on November 2015. From that time on until December of last year, I kept ib following up my claim. At first I was able to talk to the in-charge in Makati main office. They say there was no go signal yet from the finanve divison. From then on I keep receiving text messages from Loyola Plans that my claim.is not yet available. I hope my claim will be processed soon

Loyola Plans Consolidated educational claim

On April 16, 2017, I am due for the yearly claim of the educational plan for my son. Plan was purchased from Cebu office however last year only, I came to know that it is now closed. Couple of months before April 2017, I had been calling Loyola Plans and was connected to educational plan dept. but nobody answered the calls. I also send them an email with all details and no one even care to respond. Lucky me, my brother is based in Manila so have requested and authorized him to follow up on my behalf. The claim has been submitted, processed in May 2017 and was informed to follow up again in July. He made another follow up on the first week but was told to follow up again on 17th July, 2017. He went back again few days back unfortunately, he was told that he will be contacted. My brother even told me that it was very chaotic in the office, so many people complaining and angry because they are the same like me, their plans are long way due but the claim are still not released. Loyola, when are you paying your dues to our hard earned money which we've invested in your company?

Loyola Plans Consolidated loyola educational plan

This is Marlon Zabala Educational plan holder for my son, my plan have matured in 2013 but until now 2017 we have not received the benifit. Is this the plan of Loyola to stop my childs education? Many follow ups have wasting phone charges, sending requirements, time and efforts in Cagayan de oro, and in davao city? now i'm planning to fly to their main office in manila. I think they already forgot our claim, they can not be contacted. if they were sincere in complying our claims, why they don't reply. this is my number [protected].

Loyola Plans Consolidated payment for educational plan for three semesters not received

My name is Shirley D. Salgo, from Cebu City, a Loyola Educational Plan Holder and my son Jason Karl Salgo is the recipient of this plan. He will soon be graduating from college, and three cheques for three semesters (we still belong to the semestral releases) 2nd sem [protected]); 1st sem [protected]) and 2nd sem [protected]). I can no longer remember specific plan holder number since, I already submitted all the documents you required, before we we're able to avail of the plan.
I sent you an email last year, but I did not receive any respond from you. I called and texted all the cell numbers given to me by your defunct office in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu, but the numbers could not be contacted, nor any answer to my text messages were received by me.
We (my husband and I and my son) request your good office to release us the unreleased amount of P11, 250.00 at P3, 750.00/semester x 3 semesters. This may seem a negligible amount for you, but this a big amount for us, since we paid all the contributions religiously, because if we don't, you charge us penalties for late payment. I was also one of your agents before and I was able to sell 5 (five) educational plans. And sad to say, I felt shame because one of my clients is suffering the same fate as I do. The planholder's name is STELLA MARRIS G. PUEBLOS, and she still also have uncollected educational plan payments from you, and very soon, her third educational plan will mature too. Now, another client of mine will have a mature educational plan this June 2017. Her name is DIVINAGRACIA L. CONSTANTINO. I pray that your good office will somehow give due recognition and send me your payments amounting to P11, 250.00.

Loyola Plans Consolidated timeplan processing and releasing

I want to raise a complaint about my mothers timeplan which matured last 2012. We processed and submitted all the documents last april. It is unacceptable that we are the ones who are suffering from the negligence brought about by your davao branch whom did not submit the documents that my mother submitted. Please do not let us suffer, most specially my pwd sister. We are in great debt right now. Nakasangla po ang bahay namin. Wala napo kaming matitirhan. Maawa naman po kayo sa amin.

Im amormia cruz. May plan ako matured na almost 2 yrs at may 2nd plan ako matured na dn ng april 2016. Wala pa ko nakukuha kahit isa. Sbi october wala pa dn. Nung hinuhulugan ko yan hndi ako pde madelay maghulog kc mafoforfeit bkt ngayong kukunin ko na pera ko ayaw nyo ibigay pag december wala pa yan lalapit ako kay tulfo. Sobra na inantay ko. The Loyola sub office here in Bacolod closed down without informing us ahead of time, i was supposed to get the 4th checks for my daughter but until now no checks arrived. the tel. numbers given to me just kept on ringing.
The contract No. is WVR530004478 with Ref. No. A010032112. I have sent a couple of emails already at [protected]@loyolaplans.com and this is their reply: Thank you for your interest in Loyola. I am a holder of 5 fully paid plan for education plan of loyola plans consolidated and I was supposed to received my 2nd cheque on sept 2015 but until at present nothing happened. I contacted the bacolod branch, in the person of geraldine macazar but she was saying that bacolod branch will be closed and all transaction will be concerned by the their makati main office, she gave us phone numbers and emails addresses that if contacted nothing is responding. I am very very worried for my children's educational plans and I am burning like hell now. I want to know what is the status of this company and my plans. 1st matured plan c-[protected]-9

My son Prince Pueblos should supposed to received his last year of payment from LESI last April 2015. My daughter Praise Pueblos should supposed to received already her first assistance for her schooling last year as it matured last April 2015. The Certificate of full payment is already submitted to LESI regional office before it was closed, until now there is no word from them and the contact numbers given are bogus. They should notify or update their clients regarding the real problem if they are honest enough. We need help, suggestion or information if anyone get through to the LESI management..

Loyola Plans Consolidated educational availment

I am plan holder for 5 educational plans of Loyola Plans Consolidated, Inc and one my plans have just matured last 9/15/2014, the first cheque was received on time but unfortunately the 2nd cheque schedule to be received last Sept2015 was not received up to now. i am burning like hell now because the Bacolod branch employee just gave us numbers and email that does not response at all. What is the problem with this company, are they blind and deaf or they want a more drastic move to enlightened their dark minds.

I marked the complaint above is useful because it is also happening to our plans. Me and my wife a holder of educational plan for our son to support his studies for college. First availment was received, but the second availment was not received up to now which was due Dec. 21 2014. is there someone to help us this problem. Maybe some government officials will have to see this.

i am supposed to received the educational payments last July 23, 2015 but they said that maturity date is the only time they will process said educational claims but asking them when will it be released to no avail no one from their company would explains of such delayed...is this how the company would treat their after sales client...

This is what happening to me right now. I'm suppose to receive the educational payment last December 2014 . The office in Bacolod told me to come back next December 22, 2015. I told my sister to check for the payment and they just give her the main office number and e mail add.and telling her all the transaction is centralize and the Bacolod office will be close at the end of December. I need an answer on whats going on with our money.

PLease be informed that the branch of loyola here at bacolod has been closed without further notice that's why i complaining where can i pay my LP now its about last 2 payment for this plan to finish.

And my son Santiago Robillo III school allowance was not been received until now.

The Educational Plan I purchased for my Niece matured October 2014. We were told that it will take 36 days to process payment. I submitted the claim last year and provided direct deposit instruction. When I followed up this Year I was told by the Makati office that the payment schedule changed o every May and that I should expect to see it enter my account...
