I have an educational plan in Loyola Plans Consolidated. I am supposed to receive my 3rd cheque from the company in November 2014 but I did not receive it up to this day. I am very disappointed with the company's service. The employee here in Cebu City could not even give the explanation of the delay. It is just so unfair that we were being required to pay a penalty for the delayed payments when now they just can't even give a feedback or an explanation of the delay. I have been calling all the office landline as well as the business cellular phones of the company but nobody did ever answer the call. I hope someone could help me with this. I am very sure there are a lot of plan holders who have the same sentiments with mine. I am addressing the company CEO and heads to please pay attention on this matter.

May the Loyola group of company release the benefits as what they promised in their plan holder because the money that I invested came from my hard work.

I am ELY R. MARTOS JR a timeplan holder contract number 245952-3, Full payment July 19, 2005. Maturity date September 19, 2020. I was told to follow by March 23 2021, and was given a " direct cellphone but to my surprised no one picking up the phone. I wasted so much time of calling without luck. I came to Makati office to follow up in person but to my surprise the office was transferred to Burgos makati and was told to follow up again. The company benefits my saving for the last 15 years but when the maturity comes we just have to wait until they decides to give our money. This is very frustrating in our part to wait for a long period of time because of the company negligence.

I have two educ plan for my kids for my eldest son it matured last Sept 2015 and for my youngest matured last Feb 2017 .we have visited your office several times already. My husband been trying to follow up in your office about the status of our plan last Oct and of this November, please do consider our situation we are far from Manila and it's not easy for us to report in your office everyday. We're trying to contact in your office thru call and txt but no one answered. It will be of great help for us since we have been trying to make both ends meet to support our sons education.I hope you will provide and release our check earlier. Thank you and God bless. I'm

I am Erleen Fumokao from Benguet.I shoul also receive my check in January 2015 .When I followed up in Dagupan, I was informed by Ms. Arinos that it will be released this April 2016.Despite calls and emails, nothing happened.At the beginning, the company promised us that the fund is on a trust fund which for sure will never be touched by anybody except the planholder.I wish to be included in the list of those who are wanting to file a complaint against the company.

I am Edward Cabornay taboada from Cebu, the same as the above complaint, I am also follow up 2 contract check which is, I am waiting the said remaining check. I went to your Loyola office but the in charge said I will contact the manila office but nobody answer. please make necessary action regards this matter.

I am Mrs. Enriqueta L. Castañares from Bohol. I've been waiting for my check for more than a year now. Last February 2015 I went to Loyola Cebu but the in charge said that its still in Manila. Until today I have not receive a check. Please heads of loyola plans pay immediate attention.
