This is the second card sent to me in the past three months. I was really tempted to give this card a try, while being skeptical. Again, I received another card, now offering me a $7500 credit limit. What for! I did'nt ask or apply for this. Sorry, but no thank you! I don't need a card with a limit in that amount to buy your "goods". I thought it sounded like a set up to get into my account and start withdrawing MY hard earned cashed without my knowledge, but I wanted to research them first and Thank God I did! After reading the numerous complaints, I will not be falling for that scam. You lowlife pathetic cowards and anyone else thinking about scamming me better take my name and address off of your list NOW! If it sounds to good to be true, just shred it. Thank you, to everyone who shared their experience with LPC. You have helped me to make the right decision and I will tell anyone I know to be on the lookout for these scammers.

I cancel my order for this card after further investigating the company. I spoke with several reps that were very rude and had no sign of taking money from my account. They made a with withdrawal and when I called to cancel they pretended as if they hadn't received payment my bank was able to send me a copy of a check they sent. Which I didn't send them, which would mean they have fake bank check. After I spoke with Adam and Bob who are suppose to be supervisors and told them to take me out of there system. Two hours later they hit my account account again. This company should be under investigation I don't plan to stop here.

I received two cards in the mail stating that I have a 7500 credit limit. I tried to contact the company on several occasions but they was always closed and when I finally got to spead to someone they were more worried about my first payment which was due in feburary rather than the real problem.I never used or activated the card but yet the continue to bill me for what I have no clue but I do know that they won't see a dime from me and that I will be calling the better bussiness berue to report them.

This company mislead me into thinking I was getting a legitimate credit card. They called me when I was asleep and
eager to get off the phone. They fed me the hype and before
I knew they hit my account for $200.

When I called to cancel and get reimbursed, they told me that
there are no refunds. So I had to swallow a $200 loss that put
me in an overdraft situation for other important bills, ie car loan.
Thank Heavens my car wasn't repossessed.

I just received a letter of approval from LPC and before I even got the letter they hit my account up for 109.95! I had to call numerous of numberw and get with thee rude representives about my money that I did not authorize to be taken out of my accuont. At first they made it seem that I had to cut it as a lost but I let them know that they was not speeaking with a dummy and if I had to I would be in it for the long haul until they finally surrender and gave me a cancelation number for a full refund. All these hidden charges! I am a single parent with three girls. Two of which are twins. The3 way this econmy is if they would of kept it real from the getty up I would of declined. False advertisement and justice needs to be served. They need to shut these wackkos dowm. Taking innocent people money weather it is 29 dollars or 200 hundred dollars you cant just be tapping into peoples accounts like that. I should sue for pain and suffering. /We all need to contact the BBB and makes complaints. God Bless to all and I hope yall get whats rightfuly yours.

Well i looked into it as well and did not activate my card but yet my bank account was charged 99 dollars from these people i am pretty sure. I for one do not know why i was sent this card and how they even got my address and let alone my bank account information. I was doing surveys online for money ( ha that's a joke in a half ) so that's the only way they could have gotten my information or at least my address i tried for a loan through this website mylpcard it was a site called 200cash.com and i was accpeted but they wanted me to fax them the signed documents which i did not and now i am glad i didn't cause there scammers but they did take out 19 dollars from my account for the applacation fee now is that F up or what. they never even said they was going to take out the 19 bucks. ahh i swear these people need to find a life and stop taking peoples money that really needs the money!

wow when i got this card in the mail i am like what the hell is this so i go online to the website and i see what it is and i am like no i don't need that kind of stuff for discounts or whatever else so i did not activate the card but yet my bank account was hit for 99 dollars i am pretty sure it had to come from them. So i call them today and i get someone which was a shocker and he told me if i wanted to cancel the card i had to write a letter to them stating i wanted to cancel the card i told him i did not request the card nor did i go online to acatavate it and nor did i give them permission to take out 99 dollars of course he told me they did not take out any money yet but they would in a few days which he said would be 198 dollars. He told me the only thing he could help me with was to activate the card or with orders so other words i would have to waste a stamp to send in to these people to tell them i want to cancel that is messed up. They also had on there website where i could get a loan from a place called 200cash.com well i found out today that is a scam big time! they took out 19.00 dollars out of my account with out my permission and they told me i was accepted for the loan but i had to fax them the papers and sign them which i did not. So there is another place to beware of that and usa benefits they are scammers as well and they take out money from your account as well.

this company took money from me as well or i am pretty sure they have cause i have 99 dollars that was taken out of my account. and i know they said in the papers i got that there would be a 99 dollar fee taken out and then i would be charged 198 dollars a year or something to that effect. I don't even know how these people got my information inless it's from the surveys i did which i found that to be a scam too. But i will be sure to file a complant with my bank and fill out the papers to have my money returned or the charges reversed. i swear people need to find something better to do with there days and there lives then taken money from people that need that money to survive.

This company took me for over $300 and that's not including the overdraft fees they caused me to have. And on top of that when I call to cancel my card the credit card worker told me I had talk with representative on the phone and accepted all charges and fees. I told her I had NEVER talked with anyone on the phone and I had put m;y application over the internet. Everythi;ng was done on the internet. No talking with anyone. So I told her I would cancel my card and put a complaint of fraudulent in the better business bureau.

we were just taken for 139.00 by this fraudulent comp.the better bussiness doesnt even have them list by addy or number.they called and said they were one of our credit cards..and all we oked was 22.00 ck.by phone and put us in the hardship program.funny thing is that we talked to our credit card people and they got there payment of 22.00.on the 11-25-08.and we're on a hardship plan..and they stated that they did not take the 139.00 out on the 11-28-08.but the funny thing is that the ck. that was used was from 2003.so now all of our cks. are bouncing and there will be no x-mas for my grandkids.i dont understand how these theifs get away with this..now we cant even reach them by phone and we will proably never get our money back..umemployed in ohio.

I received a LPC card in the mail. I did not apply for this card. I did not know what it was. I called the company and the would not give me any information as to who they were or what they sold. The told me to go to the website. I told them I did not apply for this card and they could not give me any information as to why or how this happened. I was then again instructed to go to the website. I went to the website and checked it out. After reading the brief intro I thought you must be kidding me.

Low Pay? No high pay for what? What catalog? To order pay 30% to ship, so where's the 7k credit? And where's the catalog, anyway? Low credit, credit cards are ok if you get up with payments. Having some credit os better than none. They have carried through to the next pay day all the time. Glad for those.
Low Pay, More like high scam!
Like the banks with, three dollars, ($3.00), a day overcharge fees, afther intial thirty-two dollar, ($32.00) over limit fee. Ouch!
But don't yell and scream, she is only trying to make it painless as possible, and earn her car payment rent, etc.
Just disconnect the phone and listen to the messages every so often. More peaceful that way, eh?

I'm sure glad I found out about this card before I tried to activate it. These complaints were very helpful. I can't afford to be scammed either. I hope someone has turned them in for their scam. I guess I didn't read the papers well enough either.

Thanks alot!

I received the information, but thought I was getting a credit card not a shopping card. Then tried to cancel and couldn't get any help out of customer service. They are stealing money from hard working people who don't deserve it.

Low Pay Card has taken money out of my checking account to activate this card. However I'm not able to contact anyone on the phone, or am not able to contact any customer service through their website. I have been scammed, and that's a shame that there are people out there scamming good innocent people llike us. Wow I can't believe that anyone would have to guts to take money from innocent people, especially single mothers. it's hard enough trying to make a living by myself raising kids, but to have someone take money from my kids mouth just makes me angry. Don't go for their b.s. they aren't a company.

I just want to let everybody know, that I used to work for the company. I'm writing this as unbiased as possible. What I'm doing here is releasing secrets to help the people that are idiots and don't read their letter to give them a fighting chance. Let's get a couple of things straight, this company isn't a fraud. They do ship out products, but I do agree, the products could be a little cheaper. Most people get this document and plastic card that seems real and just dive straight into this. That is your fault you ###s. You jumped into something you didn't even read before you electronically signed the agreement. Now, if you haven't called into cancel yet, but your $79 processing fee is soon to be due, all you have to do is call them up, and tell them that you're under the impression that one of your family members activated this using your information. They'll deactivate the account, put it on Family Fraud Alert, and you won't be charged a dime. That's about the only way you'll be able to cancel this service without being charged anything. If you were charged the $79, it's probably better that you cancel as soon as possible if you don't plan on shopping through their catalog because as soon as the $120 hits, you can say goodbye to that too. They say it's refundable, which is true but when the $8500 credit line is established, your First year membership fee of $198 is billed to it. So what will happen is that you have 2 choices. Either pay the $198 to get your $120 back, or use the $120 to pay off the $198 and end your account. Again, this is in the contract so for all those people who didn't make it to High School, read your letter!

I am following up to my previous post with the following web site that states very clearly that this card is illegally sent. I have sent back the card with a request that this acct be closed at once. I'm just afraid it may appear on my credit report even if I don't activate it. I've seen other sites that recommend contacting your state AG and the FTC. Hope this helps someone in doubt.

A definite scam. I'm not sure, but I think that the practice of mailing credit cards to someone unsolicited has been illegal since the 60's-70's? I'm sure they have found a loop hole around that, but I'm going to research it a little. If anyone is aware of this law, please feel free to reply.
