Lowe's.com / arrival date not honored - not even close

I placed an order from Lowes.com on Dec. 13th for a over-range microwave oven to be delivered for in store pick-up. The web site said it would on or before Dec. 29. Not great for a Christmas present but I could not find one in black in town. On Dec. 26th the thing was apparently shipped. (It took several phone calls to get that information.) Today is Dec 5 and all they can say is that it should be here some time this week. The web site says "processing" the store and customer service number apparently have access to little more than that information. I am sure my daughter is wondering if I forgot to order the thing. Of course, she is very anxious to install it in her house. NO, LOWES WILL NOT BE INSTALLING IT! I AM DONE WITH THEM ( IF I EVER GET MY APPLIANCE). Once they have your money, they are done with you! I will never order from them again!
