I was quoted a price by Raymond ( the owner ) for some drawings I needed ASAP. When I went to pick up the price, he up'd the price $300. I really need the plans now so I payed with the agreement that if there was any changes needed to the drawings he would take care of it at no extra charge. Well, the city asked for changes and guess who was nowhere to be found. The Jerk never returns my calls no matter how many messages I leave. Stay away from this guy.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I've known Raymond for nearly 18 years, and to read this complaint shocked me. He is a man of his word, hardworking, loves his family and people around him. Grew up with a higher power (as we know him). I hope that the individual could reach out to Raymond and get this resolved. Thank you for a great web site. It's people like myself that make the world a better place.

I wish comment had a name? Yes 12yrs – 2900 clients in the
past few months, a couple may have felt let down. The 300 does not
sound right (1) 2899 others will say I practice never charging for anything after agreement. (2) $300 IS the amount owed by all clients with room addition plans California Energy Calculations. I do not collect up front and clients make out check to Optimized Energy Co. With past months wife taking her life, family passing (3), Mom at home in hospice care, 5 trips to Oklahoma, bankrupt.
I’m admitting right now someone-somethings have- just not mattered, except trying to maintain my mind.
