This company may have a great range of footwear, but good luck if you ever want to return anything and get a refund. After 3 months of excuses (which, if they are true, just shows they are administratively incompetent) and stonewalling, I am still awaiting a refund for goods which I returned. Not worth the hassle, frankly, there are plenty of other good sites out there.
They offer free refunds and returns, but when you send an item back, you never get your money back. They are LICENSED TO STEAL!
I'm having the exact same trouble. After returning a pair of faulty shoes to them at the beginning of April I am still awaiting my refund now at the start of June. All my attempts at communication have been ignored by them. They don't answer their phone, they don't answer their live chat, they don't return your money. I will be starting a PayPal claim and writing to Trading Standards if LoveThoseShoes.com hasn't resolved this issue by the end of the day.
And another one here. It's only £42 for two pairs of shoes I bought in the sale, one par of which were NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE (Beech sandals with four toe posts - I could barely get my small fingers through the holes, let alone my toes!). The other pair was just criminally uncomfortable, by Dr Scholl, ironically. Receipt of return in February 2012. Still chasing the refund. I emailed them asking for a 'phone number since they have stopped publishing one on their website. They wrote back claiming they are so busy they can't currently handle telephone calls.
Anyone have a 'phone number for them? I'll put it on permanent redial if I have to in order to make the thieving ### answer it.
I have exactly the same problem. I returned some shoes in January and after reams of excuses I still have no refund. I contacted trading standards who advised me to make a claim in the small claims court. This website needs to be take down, they are not fit to trade
