SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Impossible to receive any answers about the order

I bought some stuff from the website in the beginning of February, and it was almost a month ago, but I haven’t received my order. I tried to reach the seller, but she didn’t reply on my emails and messages on Instagram. I paid about $150 and I really need some answers. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?
