LovelyWholesale clothing

I am highly dissatisfied I ordered a dress September 19, 2017 it's September 25, 2017 and I have yet to receive a package date a shipment date or tracking mumber I want a full refund. I have been checking my email searching for answers and still haven't received anything. What is the process that I have to do to get my money back and order from someone else

LovelyWholesale unshipped items-full refund

I never received what I paid for! I couldn't attend the wedding that I ordered the items for...II am strongly dissatisfied and I am requesting a full refund. I paid a ridiculous amount of money on the shipping in order to get the shipment by Friday, September 15, 2017. I tried to contact the customer service department of Lovely Wholesale and couldn't get through to speak with anyone. Not getting back what I paid for has left me feeling robbed. Please help me.

LovelyWholesale waste of money

I ordered items two months ago. Paid 150 dollars in total. Just like many other people who complain about them, I didn't receive the whole order. Just one item out of five. I called them and they said they already sent all the packages.I got no information about it, no notification, absolutely nothing. Not speaking of a tracking number that was probably impossible to get. What I received, in the beginning, is terrible and I would like to send it back and ask for a refund, but I'm afraid knowing how unreliable and careless they are.
Terrible experience.

LovelyWholesale orange pullover with "love" print

I ordered one orange pullover shirt on August 21, 2017 and when I checked my account they charged me for 2 using paypal. However, I clearly chose the other option for payment which was just with my card as a guest. I have yet to receive a tracking number. On top of that, they have the wrong shipping address when I clearly gave them the correct one. I live in Alabama and they are shipping to NC which is my old address. I ambgetting very pissed off. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau! They have yet to contact me in regards of my email and phone call.

LovelyWholesale my items aren't delivered yet

I ordered (3 items) from lovely wholesale on August 6. It says it was shipped out on August 7th.
It is now August 25th and i still haven't received my package yet...when I put the tracking number in to locate where it's at, it doesn't show exactly where it is and I'm getting frustrated because I need these items for my birthday trip to Las vegas. I never had a problem with this website before and if I don't get my package soon then I will never order from them again

LovelyWholesale lovelywholesale

I ordered two outfits on the 28th of July to wear for my birthday this weekend for the 26th and the 27th and I still have yet to receive them, I can't get in contact with customers service because the line is disconnected, I tried submitting an ticket but it keeps saying that my email is invalid when that's the only email that I used to create an account with them! I'm really upset because I have nothing to wear for my birthday and it's in a few days! How am I able to get refunded? How am I able to talk to someone over the phone about this situation? It's very unprofessional and I will not be shopping with them any more after this!

LovelyWholesale my order hasn't came

I ordered 2 swimsuits from lovelywholesale 10 days ago and they have not arrived even though it was supposed to get here in 7-10 days. I checked the tracking number and it says it's still preshipment and I have somewhere to be next week so I can't just wait. If the package doesn't come I want a refund. I tried to cancel the order on the website but it won't let me and I either need the swimsuits or my money back to but one somewhere else.

LovelyWholesale shipped items

I ordered 7 items back on June 12th, 2017. I finally got a tracking number July 20th, 2017. My items were suppose to be delivered on July 31, 2017 but I haven't received anything. I checked the tracking number again and it says it was delivered, but to TOKYO! What the hell is going on?! Now I just want my money back smh. I've called the numbers listed but no one answers.

LovelyWholesale customer service

Ive placed 2 orders and was given NO confirmation of the orders being accepted or processed. Cant get no type of customer service. Both phone numbers are non working and on-line ticket complaints are not answered. they claim to have on line live customer service and that is not true. Don't know if money was taken and if we will receive our orders. was given a order number but its reading that it wasn't paid for and we made another payment and ended up with the same results. SO UNSATISFIED!

LovelyWholesale haven't received any email

I ordered couple stuff from you guys. I did the express shipment where I received the order number after I did the necessary payments but I didn't receive any tracking number. This is one of the many attempts to get into contact with you guys in regards to my order because the transactions is being reflected in my account but I haven't received any package and it's supposed to be here from Wednesday. LovelyWholesale refund

I received a package in May which was returned as soon as it got to me seeing that I was not able to cancel the order. It's been 2months and I still haven't gotten a refund. I sent emails to Customer-service numerous times and they have yet to get back-to me the last couple of times I sent an email I have received blank emails back. They also close my ticket I submitted with them because they did not want to reply.

LovelyWholesale horrible service

I order three swimsuits and I waited over a month to only have two swimsuits. I have tried to call the both numbers on the website and they do not work. I submitted emails and I have not received a answer. I just want my swimsuits an to exchange the one that is too small. This will be my last time ordering from this site. The site needs to update contact information it probably would eliminate so complaints.

LovelyWholesale my order

I ordered a outfit two weeks ago and I'm trying to track my order, I tried calling both numbers that is on the websites and they DO NOT WORK, and I have also checked USPS to try and track it and it says "Try a different tracking order." SO I either need a refund or someone to contact me on where my order is and if it is not legit, I want my money back. ASAP.

LovelyWholesale defective items and false advertising

I received my order (R2017070283877) today in the mail July, 11th 2017. My birthday is in two days July 13th, I ordered TWO dresses just in case one didn't work out I'd have a back up dress ordering from lovelywholesale made sure I'd be out of luck. Both dresses look NOTHING like they did in pictures and one came with two holes at the bottom!? The pink dress never showed to have any white lace on it in the picture if I would've known that I would not have ordered it. The white dress never appeared to be see through as you can see in the photos. I would like a new order with express shipping so I can have different items worth the same amount as my order or I would like a full refund. I will send the stuff back but this is ridiculous. I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed not only because it's so close to my birthday but I was relying on at least ONE of the sldresses to be accurate.

Order # M2017060906888 with the following items not received and I want a refund back to my banking card. Zh170608212 9.65 usd, zh170608201 $9.91, Qj [protected] $8.73, An [protected]_1 $9.99, Q j160311401 $1.83.

Also order# M20170510210 with the following items were not received. Of [protected] $8.73, Zh170510210 $16.49,

Also, order# M2017042813135 items not received are: Zh170309214 $17.99, PG [protected] $11.49, ZH [protected]_1 $8.27, PG [protected] $9.19, and lastly

Order# M2017042590851 items not received are, PG [protected] $12.99.

In total you suppose to refund me back $125.26 back into my bank card. I tried submitting a ticket but having a challenge because the items were separately mailed.

LovelyWholesale order not received

I placed a order 2 weeks ago on June 15th still haven't received it yet not to mention i can't submit anything to them keeps saying my email is invalid nor can I call them the numbers listed are bogus. When I got to the tracking page nothing has changed been saying the same thing since June 25th. This company is horrible and should be looked into .

LovelyWholesale my order has not shipped

I ordered my item 9 days ago, June 11, 2017, and it still has not shipped. I read on the website that it takes 1-5 days to ship but it has been way over that time. I decided to wait a couple more days to see if it was still processing, but I have yet to receive any notice of it being on its way. If my item does not ship soon, I would like a refund.

LovelyWholesale cancel order

I have been trying to submit a ticket to cancel an order I did only 1hr ago. It keeps giving me a reply that my email is not valid yet my email was valid when I placed the order.

Someone needs to contact me asap to cancel or send me a number for customer service. I will be contacting better business bureau before the end of the day.

People, People, people stop ording this compnay is a scam, they think cuz they are in HONG KONG, they dont own you anything but yet this business has bewn scamming people for years. Keep your money they have these chikdren woekinf in these factory making these cheap clothes and you can’t cancel your order but file a case with BBB, FCC, cuz they are usinf fake telephone # like these ticket they send you fake tracking nunber that never work. They should be prosecuted ro the fullest. You will not get your money but go to PayPal, they are willinf participate but yet they have got compliants as well. Same the devils they are taking people money committing fraud and think its OK NOT With ME. I work for Federal Government truly know the laws. Dont buy anything people the positve reveiw coming from employees of this company. Report them to your authorities in your area help yourslef stop waiting and sending you email. I been cussing in each of my documents tickets it my proof. They should be ashme of themseleves this why when you click submit they not telling you where its coming from. Shanghi is what i found out but yet on the site its states HONG KONG. Fake tickets fake travkinf number fake customer services and fake phone number they are a joke and the joke on us we keep giving them our money. Me never again my credit union investigating these devilish people i will get my money back. Some cuztomers send them over $300 not me 👎🏾
