Ì order two items from this company on june 1 2018. I received and email stating my order was shipped june 16 2018... Im still waiting and it june 27, 2018 checking the mail
Everyday for a package I submitted a ticket they said check email. I dont see a response yet... I have experience anything like this before.. I am starting to think the company is a scam for taking people money I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered anything from them. Never again. How can this exist?

On may 12, 2018 I ordered 4 items from lovelywholsale. And on may 28 2018 I recieved email stated it was shipped on this date. So according to tracking number it was delivered on june 8 2018 on my front porch but there was no packaged delivered on this date arrived 2;45 but adults were in the house also at this time. I arrived around 3;45 no package on porch. I have ordered before had no problems with my deliveries with other companys, so I would like my product or my refund. They told me submit a ticket of what I want to do, I send one with my order#P2018051518447, ask for a return address, my clothes I order doesn't fit, so I would like to return it and get a refund, it has been two weeks since that, but still nothing they said I got a ticket response back, I click on it nothing, never send me a address, I try to send so many email, saying please give me a return address to send there clothes back I've been so aggravated I need my money back the clothes don't fit, you'll are getting your clothes back the same way your company send it to me my number [protected]

I placed an order on june 1 2018, spent almost $200. After 6 days of hearing nothing I sent a ticket. Well I got a response not to long after in my email box. Could I read the response, of course not. It only told me basically to sign in, and when you do it takes you to tickets but nothing is there for sent tickets. I ordered 2 dresses almost a month ago and still received it in the mail and my birthday is 4 day away this looks really bad and I should be read the comments before I even ordered I never would have ordered I will no longer need these things when they get in. I need these items before saturday this is crazy. It should not take this long to get anything in the mail that I have already paid for! Angry

I am extremely irritated. I ordered items on 4-28-18 and I expected to have my order by now as I am leaving for vacation in 2 days. I now have to purchase items in store and will no longer have use for these items. I have been trying to submit a ticket for over a week and have received an error message each time. This ticket system is unreliable, communication from the site is awful, since I have no tracking number nor have received an email confirming shipping, I am assuming my order placed over 3 weeks ago still has not shipped which is insane to me. Now I have to spend extra money to go out to purchase items after I have already paid this site for items I still don't have. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this site in the future. There is no way to contact the site, chat doesn't work, numbers I found online don't work, and the times I've attempted to submit a ticket (ive made about 12 attempts) have failed, claiming that my email address is not valid. I want my money refunded ASAP!

I placed an order back on march 11, 2018 & have yet to receive my item. I've contacted lovely wholesale & was informed by email that the item has been shipped. It's been a month now since receiving that email & still have not received my purchase. My next step will be to ask for a refund. Can someone please send me my merchandise. I placed a order 04-04-18 after weeks of me trying to contact your company trying to get a refund. I just received my order today. This is not what I ordered and its not my size. I am going to send the items back and would love if you do what I have been asking and give me my refund. I also have a order form from lovelywholesale that shows you over charged me for these items. The website will not let me submite a ticket and you are not returning my emails. I don't know what kinda website this is but if I don't hear from you soon everyone will know this is some fake whole [censored].

I placed a order 04-04-2018 it showed that I paid for my items thru pay pal on 04-09-2018. I sent a ticket and I was sent back a tracking number that I went to the website to look up. It said that the tracking number [protected] could not be found I would like a refund cause it shows that I did pay 103.00$ for something I didn't get. I never received my items at all it's going on (2) months have filed a complaint with fcc and bbb, and on monday I am going to report this tonour local news and oig. This company has been stealing from customers and I am not the only one create dumpy tracking numbers that didn't work. I have all my tickets made copies so that I have my proof with I get interviewed. They have ripped customers off and they have experienced what I have and now it time for this comonay to be expose what they really are scammers. Will file a complaint with my credit union and maybe I will send information to our local fbi, something need to be done they have been doing this for serval years. But me I am going to fight for my $135.00 dollars you people took from me and it's shanghai, is where our items supposedly come from. The number and everything is a dumpy. We as american people should expose this company for what they really are a scam take your money and nothing. However I will get my money back. Paypal, know what's going on they aren't not to be trusted either 😈

I've ordered more then 2 weeks ago... I've yet to recieve tracking info... At first it was allowing me to submit a ticket & now I can't.. All I want is my merchandise or my money refunded...
