LovelyWholesale I still haven't received my package

To whom it may concern,

I have not receive my package as yet . It has been over two months.
There is no tracking number nothing . Allison got was item has been shipped.

However the way how my case has been handled am very dissatisfied.
Can you guys try and locate my package please, or is my format time ordering and what a disappointment .

This is unacceptable
I do hope to get a respond As soon as possible

LovelyWholesale very safe site with reasonable prices

I discovered Lovelywholesale thanks to a friend who recommended it to me. So I decided to place an order (a denim jacket). The order arrived after 11 days in perfect condition. The article was totally in line with my expectations: the right size, the right color, exactly as in the photo on the website. I'm trying to think about giving negative points about Lovelywholesale, but I can't find any... I will of course buy more clothes on Lovelywholesale (especially since Christmas is approaching hihi ^^).

Hey hello my item was ship with you guys from on the 2 of becember i order my stuff from the 27 still aint get dem as yet i under that the adress that i give didnt had a street number on it so i give the street name but its is popping up in you guys system so i requested to change my shipping adress and ship it to a different company .. i was told to call you guys in a day and i did but they are say lovelywhole has to verfied the adress i email this adress been verfing from thursday i neef my stufff please let me know how much longer this is my shipping [protected]@[protected]

LovelyWholesale never received my package

I Robin Pino made a order on Sept, 1, 2018 an never received my order. I have bin back an forward about his matter . I contact PayPal an they stated the sender sent the package to my address witch is 5476 Riverbreeze Ct. Jax, Fl. 32277 an that the united state postal service for my area delivered the package on Sept 29, 2018 . But the address the postal services stated the sender sent it to was a different address from my address. And I never received my package from Lovely wholesale for the amount of $75.09 . LovelyWholesale order

Hey, I place an order October 13, 2018 and I paid for standard shipping. I get an tracking number LY862448440CN with website 17.net something like that but any ways the website says it's been sent to Chicago since October 20, 2018 @17:27. It's long overdue for me as a customers to receive my package I been patiently waiting for. The only thing they can ACCOMMODATE is a discount for your next order. Customers should be accommodated for their shipping
they paid for and a partial refund from they order. Why, because they not getting they package on time as it say if you chose standard or expedite shipping. Them days matter to customers when WE have to pay for it.

LovelyWholesale order never received!!

MY ORDER NUMBER IS M2018091675846 --- I never received the order. Please contact me ASAP with a resolution. I want my money back at this point. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.

I'm now seeing several other people with similar complaints for orders that were placed in September of 2018.

This needs to be rectified NOW. This company sent me tracking information but when I put in the tracking number it comes up NULL

LovelyWholesale order number [protected]

I placed an order on August 25, 2018 and I've tried contacting them several times. They keep telling me to check my order number but their system it's not allowing me to. They took the money the same I placed the order but I never received it, and they refused to contact me about it. I would appreciate if it they would give me my refund back, I think they are just beating people off their money and that site to check your order is fake because It will not allow you to do anything. I see that I'm not the only person that's making a complaint about lovely wholesale. All I want is a refund and they will never get my business, again!

LovelyWholesale missing items /wrong size

This was my first time using this site so I purchase items and 2 of my outfits are to small and im missing one I have put in numerous tickets and im not recieving a reponse or resolution it was bad enough they forgot to shipped my items and send me a tracking number they never communicate through email like the website mentions im quite fed up now I do understand the time difference im very aware but I didnt have trouble getting them to take the money from my account so why should I have to go through hell just to get what i paid for... I want my items fixed now or send me my refund

I placed an order around Sept 14th or 15th and I have not gotten anything in the mail or by email...I have been waiting on a tracking # but all I have is an email with a receipt that I have purchased an item and have paid shipping fees...I need either my item or my money back...I work too hard to have scammers take or steal my money...I try to support businesses but I will not shop with this company anymore.

LovelyWholesale empire order

I have tried for 3 days to place an order $1, 700.00 on your website with no luck, also tried contact by phone and numbers do not work. Your web communication with ticket numbers are late to respond. LovelyWholesale missing orders

Hello,
August 13 I order my daughter school clothing from LWS. It was paid for but shipment has not been received. I have put in maybe 6 tickets as requested and syill nothing. They will send me an email stating they closed my ticket out. I am out of money and several pieces of clothing ordered. Lovely whole sale seems to be ripping folks off and thats nad business. I have requested my money back and still nothing. Please advise or assist.

LovelyWholesale service

I have order a few times from this company and every time I order I have issues with shipping. I am always told my order have been shipped however when reaching out to the shipping company it is always a discrepancy about the shipping. Every time I reach out to customer service they are not helpful this most recent time I spoke with Jerry and he was not helpful at all he lacked customer service and seemed as he did not care. As me being a paying customer I should never feel that im not getting assisted or helped with my issues. I have expressed several issues to Jerry and he did not answer or educate me not one time the only response that he provided me with was sorry or either do not worry. The employees that this company have working for them need to assist better. Yes the items are a great price however between shipping cost and customer service this is what makes this a bad company. The shipping cost is more then your order the least that can be done is we can be better informed and updated on shipping. Im paying a great amount for shipping and no one every seems to know where my items are. All I ask is for me to be treated like a paying customer and showed respect and provided help when i need it. Jerry was very rude and not helpful at all he have an i do not care attitude. I ask him can i chat with someone else that may be able to help since he did not want to answer my questions he told me no. I asked for any way i can submit a complaint or provide feedback he stated no it was like my only option is to talk to him and if i do not like it oh well.

Ì order two items from this company on june 1 2018. I received and email stating my order was shipped june 16 2018... Im still waiting and it june 27, 2018 checking the mail
Everyday for a package I submitted a ticket they said check email. I dont see a response yet... I have experience anything like this before.. I am starting to think the company is a scam for taking people money I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered anything from them. Never again. How can this exist?

LovelyWholesale - customer service sucks / haven't heard nothing about my order

I ordered in 6/6/2018 I ordered about 200 dollars worth of merchandise and paid for 56 dollars for shipping expedited shipping so it would come between 2-6 days.! Well where is it? I have no tracking number no nothing.! I emailed them 5 times I sent in 2 tickets nothing.! Do not order from here.!!! It's a waste of time and money and then you have to fight...

LovelyWholesale tracking number indicates it was delivered on june, 8 2018 on front porch but no package was delivered on my porch

On may 12, 2018 I ordered 4 items from lovelywholsale. And on may 28 2018 I recieved email stated it was shipped on this date. So according to tracking number it was delivered on june 8 2018 on my front porch but there was no packaged delivered on this date arrived 2;45 but adults were in the house also at this time. I arrived around 3;45 no package on porch. I have ordered before had no problems with my deliveries with other companys, so I would like my product or my refund. LovelyWholesale I need a return address and still they haven’t giving it to me

They told me submit a ticket of what I want to do, I send one with my order#P2018051518447, ask for a return address, my clothes I order doesn't fit, so I would like to return it and get a refund, it has been two weeks since that, but still nothing they said I got a ticket response back, I click on it nothing, never send me a address, I try to send so many email, saying please give me a return address to send there clothes back I've been so aggravated I need my money back the clothes don't fit, you'll are getting your clothes back the same way your company send it to me my number [protected]

LovelyWholesale order not recorded and no real correspondence

I placed an order on june 1 2018, spent almost $200. After 6 days of hearing nothing I sent a ticket. Well I got a response not to long after in my email box. Could I read the response, of course not. It only told me basically to sign in, and when you do it takes you to tickets but nothing is there for sent tickets. I honestly wish I would have read the reviews on shipping, etc because I would have shopped fashionova. Next clothing hail will definitely not be lovelywholesale... Order #r2018053199000
