LovelySkin product issue return

I purchased a few products from Lovely Skin, and one of the products I purchased I believed there to have been an issue with. I have never had a reaction to a skincare product as I did with the product I purchased. The company would not even offer to reimburse for shipping or send a prepaid label for the inconvenience. I understand if the buyer does not like the product, but this was not the case. I had a severe reaction to this product and had to visit my dr due to the severity of the reaction. I will never do business with company again. I have never had an experience like this with any other company. In a case like this any company with any integrity that values their customers would have at least given a prepaid label. Most stores I have done business with in the past would give a refund, plus a discount for the next order or a credit along with refunding shipping. The fact I had to even ask for a prepaid label is very disappointing. I hope that no other customer has an experience like this.

Dear Ann/Samantha/Annie, I apologize that your most recent experience with LovelySkin has left you unsatisfied. We care deeply about our customers. We enjoy helping people with their skin care needs and consider those who shop with us extended family. As you already know, we checked with the manufacturer and you saw a response from their director stating there were zero issues with the product you purchased, which is why we told you we were completely willing to take this product back as a standard return. As we stated during our interaction, we're happy to accept this item back for a full refund if you ship it to our warehouse.

LovelySkin customer service

I had left a message to do this return weeks ago and was never called back. Today, 2-1-2018 I called and spoke to someone regarding the return of a powder I had ordered. Unbeknownst to me the return policy was 30 days and this was beyond. ( remember I had left a message that was not addressed) Apparently they overlooked my call.
Anyway, I was refused the option of a credit. I have purchased hundreds of dollars of items from them and they would not make an exception to take back this unopened product.
Well, I would never order from them again. There are too many other options, on line and in the stores . My thinking is they should be more accommodating. The order number was 1923669 for $35.20.

LovelySkin bad customer service and ceo, dr. joel schlessinger

****After reading this, you will realize that there are other amazing dermatologists and beauty stores to give your money to than LovelySkin.****

1. Dr. Schlessinger, the President and CEO of LovelySkin is one of the cruelest, meanest and rudest individuals I have ever encountered in my whole life. He constantly berates customers and clients in front of employees. This company is not reputable and are known for having terrible customer service and poor quality products.

2. ***Have Dr. Joel Schlessinger, board-certified dermatologist, step down as CEO and President.*** He went to medical school, not business school. He has no idea on how to run a company properly and absolutely clueless on how to treat his customers with any kind of decency. I will admit, he's good at that. But in the end, it doesn't even matter if he is a good dermatologist when he is a ruthless, evil human being.

LovelySkin buyer beware

They deserve the worst rating among similar companies for not being professional and for providing a terrible service.
They made one of the most horrible mistakes. They sent me a wrong order I have never ever placed! It wasn't even close to the item I ordered.
I promptly called them and asked what the heck happened? They didn't apologize, didn't say anything to make me feel better, they just said: if you don't like something, just ship the item back.
But they didn't mention ере this would be at my expense, even though it's their mistake.
Bravo! The worst of the worst.

LovelySkin Lack of customer service

I didn't receive all of the items I ordered from them. Contacting them and after I found out all the details I thought I would need a refund, didn't want to mess with them anymore. They took my money in full but provided only a half and it's been 2 months since I placed the order. Too suspicious. You must stand behind your products and provide high-quality items with a decent delivery, not what you get. So if you sent a crap, you have to take responsibility for that. it's you who sent/didn't send, not Santa Claus

Dear Lisa Jensen, I wish I had read all the complains about your customer service department before placing an order. I just posted a review on YELP and after doing so realized that I am not alone in feeling that your representatives lack the ability to deal with customers in a respectful way. Although you state you can be reached at the phone number provided ... they would not transfer me to you and although you state your "customers are special to you and you want to make them happy with each order" .. it was the farthest thing from the truth I hope the $15 I was charged for an item I had no intention of purchasing was worth all the negativity you will be receiving and loss of clientele. You can thank Katie and Erika/Erik for wasting my time and for not making the transaction right with me.

LovelySkin Slow delivery service

This was my first experience with LovelySkin and I'm not sure will I order something in the future. I ordered some hair care products from this company and delivery was very slow. It took them over a month to deliver my products.
I must say that I was pretty satisfied with the quality, really nice products. But they must do something about that delivery! I'm glad my husband was home when my package arrived. I was going on a vacation and was planning to take these products with me.
If you are patient enough then you can try LovelySkin, but I'm not that patient and I really hate waiting.

LovelySkin No refund

I have ordered two products from www.lovelyskin.com and received only one. When I contacted customer service they said that one product was out of stock and promised I'll get a partial refund. They said that it would take a week to return my money. I was upset but agreed.
One week later I checked my bank statement and saw that LovelySkin did not refund me. I contacted them again and asked about the money and they said that there was some kind of problem and assured me I'll get the money in a few days. Nothing! When I contacted them for the third time they did not reply.
Never again!

LovelySkin Free Shipping delays order

LovelySkin does not handle orders with free shipping in a timely manner, instead they penalize the customers who choose this option.

It is better to buy directly from the beauty company. I've ordered directly from Dr. Hauschka and took advantage of their free shipping. The items were shipped on the next business day from Maine to Washington State with the same UPS ground service that LovelySkin offers. The purchased items from Dr. Hauschka arrived in exactly one week from the day it was processed.

LovelySkin, which is located in Nebraska, does not process free shipping orders on the next business day. They process these orders several days later, allowing items sit around collecting dust before someone finally decides to put it in a box. They have a shipping policy to support this and will take advantage of this policy. From Nebraska to Washington State the order took over a week and a half from the date it was placed. LovelySkin will try to point out that this only took so many business days from when it was processed but the catch is in the word processed. Items sat around for several days in the LovelySkin's warehouse before they were processed and handed over to UPS. If LovelySkin had processed the order on the next business day, then the order would have arrived within the same time frame as the above mentioned order.

LovelySkin please do your customers a favor and either process all orders on the next business day regardless of the shipping status or don't offer free shipping at all. Because free shipping is not free when the customer has to pay the price. What price might that be? The price of purchased items, which the customer has already paid for, being disregarded for several days in a warehouse before someone finally gets around to sending it to the customer. Why drag out a process when you could be just as timely as your competitors?

LovelySkin Dont buy from lovelyskin.com

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with LovelySkin.com, I'm from Canada and I received a black Friday special, I mad the order value at 100$ only to find out 3 weeks later with a phone call from customs that I need to pay taxes and customs charges on top of my order (around 100$ more) then I get my credit card to find out that its not 100$ like on the site but 124$ since the currency they show on site is not CAN$ but US$. I contacted them to get a refund. guess what, the charge me for shipping and 30$ for fees total 50$. today I have no product and I lost 50$. in my opinion this is theft.
1. hey can detect the country (ip detection) and show the correct currency
2. they know that international users have to pay customs and taxes - MAKE IT CLEAR
3. don't hide with your term and condition - be honest

I do not recommend LovelySkin -
they can make it right by giving me a full refund order ID : #1070470

LovelySkin If you decide to order from LovelySkin.com, don't expect &price matching& OR &hassle free returns& as advertised on their web

My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from LovelySkin.com is BEWARE.

After I received my merchandise (and about 2 weeks later) I saw the same product selling on Beauty.com for half the price. Naturally, I asked (through e-mail) LovelySkin.com to price match it as their ad states they do. They denied the request -no explanation given. I then decided to return it and that's when their customer service rep started giving me a VERY hard time. I managed to get a return authorization #, but also received nasty e-mails from one customer service rep in particular. She sent me an e-mail reminding me that the three free samples that I received w/my order was to be returned w/the product and that if I didn't, I would be charged $4.00 for each one.

In short, if you do decide to order from LovelySkin.com, don't expect "price matching" OR "hassle free returns" as advertised on their website.

I called asking for help regarding my rewards. The rep on chat was so rude, I decided to call. The issue was resolved until I tried to order a few weeks later. They were so rude and the supervisor was even worse. I should not feel stressed and be spoken to in that manner. Every experience was horrible. Good products but not worth the stress. Done!

I will never ever order from this company ever again until the day i die ! I have emailed cathy of lovely skin and my order got even more messed up !

The space on this box is not enough to express my frustration with this company !

I don't like writing reviews but I made an exception for this company because of how exceptionally bad they are.

I would rather pay more (seriously ! ) rather than use this company ever again ! I wouldn't even mind paying 10 times more as long as I do not ever go through what I went through with this company ever again.

They sent my order to the wrong address and my other order had the wrong name ! and that is just the tip of the ice berg ! It was sooooooooooooo much hassle just trying to figure out how to get this fixed (it has not been fixed!).

My experience with this company has been nothing but hell.
