I gotta say, Lovell Rugby ain't the best place to shop for rugby gear. I've been waiting for my order for a whole month now, and I still don't know where it is or if I'm ever gonna get it. I've sent them 15 emails and made 4 phone calls, but it seems like nobody knows what's going on. The customer service agent, Carlos, and his line manager, Mark, don't make any sense when they do answer, which ain't often. It's just plain pathetic.

I mean, I understand that things can get messed up sometimes, but this is just ridiculous. I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but they need to get their act together. I'm starting to think that I'm never gonna see my money or my goods again. It's a shame, really, 'cause I was looking forward to using my new rugby gear. But now I'm just left hanging, wondering what the heck is going on.

If you're thinking about shopping at Lovell Rugby, I'd say think twice. Unless you wanna risk losing your money and your sanity, that is. I wish I had gone somewhere else, but now it's too late. Don't make the same mistake I did.

So, I ordered some rugby gear from Lovell Rugby and paid extra for express delivery. But, the parcel didn't arrive on the day it was supposed to. I called Lovell Rugby the next day and they said it wasn't their fault, it was Parcel Force's. They said they would talk to Parcel Force and call me back, but they didn't. I had to call them four times throughout the day to get updates.

Finally, I called them again just as they were closing and they said they gave my number to Parcel Force and they might call me. But, they didn't apologize or anything, just blamed Parcel Force. I don't understand why companies don't take responsibility for the whole transaction. I have a contract with Lovell Rugby, not with Parcel Force. It's their job to sort out any issues with Parcel Force.

As a customer, I just want my gear, not to know whose fault it is. I'm sure I'll get a refund, but that's not the point. It'll take a few days to come through and I still won't have the gear I need for my game tomorrow. I'm really disappointed and frustrated. It's not fair that I paid extra for express delivery and still didn't get my gear on time.

I ordered a size 7 received size 5 not what I ordered despite various emails to them I have not received a response regarding returning them for a refund. I also am expected to pay to return them when it was their fault that I need to return in the first place. I paid on my credit card and currently I have had to pay for something that I don't want

I ordered a Puma One 17.1 AG Football Boots on September 5th and never received it.
Needless to say, the customer service is nice but absolutely useless.
I wanted to check where my order was, I had a tracking number, but it was false, so I needed their help to do this.
It took them one hour to get the things right. What I found out was that my boots were never shipped (I called them on Friday, November 10th). They promised to fix it and ship it as soon as possible. Well, we'll see what you really can do...

I called to their customer services, but the rep told me that it wasn’t their mistake and advised me to be more patient and wait. I waited 2 more weeks, but the order hadn’t been delivered. At this time, the rep told me that the manager would call me back and hung up one. No one called me back. The worst company, so stay away from them.
