Lovell Corporation / Unethical Behaviour: youth exploitation
Despite their "solid reputation" as a for-profit corporation that is able to afford paid staff (as seen through multiple job postings they have been posting), they are using the theory of "mobilize the youth" in order to replace paid jobs and without providing most of these students anything in return. Their recruitments, or attempted recruitments, happen in post secondary's job boards. Most post secondary job boards take them down, but there are odd few that don't. Considering how their unethical behaviour in recruiting and staffing prevails their organization, I highly question their ethical standards when they approach clients' projects. Approach with caution.
