2.97 GBP I agreed to 3-day trial, i sent u a message to say I wasnt interested in continuing - but you've taken a monthly payment. As i cannot afford to take payment can you please refund to my account the monthly amount!!

Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
