It’s been three weeks and still nothing I made two deposites 50$ and a 20$ I gave the finance team all the statement bank info proved that the money vanished never reached my lac account they told me they were having issues with wallet 88 why can’t I just see the money returned to my lac account I’ve been hushed by 100 free spins I’ve been told to have patience this treatment is not fair and unprofessional that was three weeks ago

Now tired of waiting I tried another 20$ deposit a week ago it went through so I tried another 50$ deposite that one vanished again I provided all the info I was asked to send and again I’m told just be patient

I would like to in form you I’m pissed and upset I’m angry and I am helpless no one seems to be doing any thing about it

I have made a deposit of 500 Euro in my account through ukash i played games and won the games so when i reached to 900 Euro i tried to make a withdraw request . they asked me for my documents i sent them documents they verified my account. when i did not recieved the withdraw funds they said we will send you money and after a few days later they called me that we have closed your account. and unable to send you the withdraw funds. i provided them the ukash vouchers receipts also
but they scammed me
