Lotus Leggings lotus leggings e003034. lgs6-001-xl-1

It seems this company may be scammers . I saw the post on Facebook so decided to order a pair of black XL leggings.
I was supposed to pay only the shipping fee of $4.50 - I have just noticed the amount taken out is $71.16. I want my money back please, this is so dishonest . Can you please assist in solving this issue, thank you

Lotus Leggings scam + huge delays

Hello!

For me, the service in Lotus Leggings but it's been everything but nice and I feel sad that I even landed on the page. It all started with: "We'll give you an EXCLUSIVE 50% OFF Coupon Code if you promise to complete your order within the next few hours. Sound fair enough? Click checkout below as we will automatically apply it for you" -message that landed in my inbox, after I had checked their leggings and left the page without ordering anything.
Then I purchased 2 pairs and hoped that they actually did what they promised to do but it didn't happen. I asked why so and they texted me: "In order for us to provide assistance, please send us specific details about your concern and your order #..." but I never received any email or message.
After a bunch of messages like "We do apologize for the confusion. However, you can only use one discount code per transaction. You may use the other discount on your next purchase." e.t.c, I began to receive automatic message (I think) because what kind of human being would ignore previous messages and start all over again with the same thing (asking about the number # e.t.c.), plus adding THIS:
"Please be assured that we will forward your feedback to our appropriate department so that we will be able to look into this. Your feedback would greatly help us in improving our products and services...", NOT GIVING any solutions.

I still don't understand how they can get away with tricking people into buying like this. Also, the reason to be very disappointed is the delay.
They only sent me ONE pair instead of 2. And I had to go through a long process of letting them know that they need to send the other one too. I think it took something like 1, 5 months to get it. Plus the disappointment. Honestly, I got pretty angry too.. which sucks.

I wouldn't recommend Lotus Leggings, even though I like the products. I would rather order from somewhere else until they figure out what's going on in their company and fix it. Obviously, there is something wrong.

I have bank statement.They r using my card.I ordered two leggings and I received one shorts and one legging which is not fit to me.I complain about.They send no which I try.no is not responding.They again send me the same order in October.I thought thy send as acompensation.but again I received a order in November.then I checked my account details.the company using my card.7 times my card is used .isend them a message.They send a no.I called.she behaive v rude. She said it sticks with u.Gift to ur friends.no return.

Lotus Leggings unauthorised credit card charges and unethical behaviour

I have had a total of $160.13 taken out of my account which was unauthorised by lotus leggings. This has happened from the 18/10/18 until the 22/11/18. I am furious as I thought that this was a legitimate business who had a deal going that you just paid for postage of a pair of leggings.

I have contacted them via email and received an email back asking me to call a specific phone number. I have tried to call the number and it is saying that 'my call can't be connected, please check the number and call again.' I emailed them back asking for a number that works and asking again for them to refund all of my money and have not heard back from them.

Lotus leggings need to be unable to sell anything- so horrible to have money that we need to pay bills with taken. I want my money back

I had 78.07 taken out of my account unathorised by lotus leggings on the 17/11/2018 i tried communcating with them on messagner and they told me to give them a tracking number, as theres no tracking number! i have not recently ordered from them. Im furious with them i want my money back and i will get it.I though they were legalmate company.

They took 49.99 out of my account today and I responded to the same address on FB, look back and they charged me several other fees! One is for expedited shipping, I have received nothing! Calling bank and reported them for fraudulent charges on my account!

Lotus Leggings legging and short.

I do not authorize to take $49.99 on my account for an order of one legging and one short. Anyway I didnt receive the merchandise. I want to cancel the order and send me my money back.

I already cancel my debit card. You have to contact me to have anither way to send me the money back.

I feel like you do a fraud with me. I disntcsign any another purchase and you extract 49.99 dollar of my account without my permission.

My order confirmation was

1525350 for 4.95

And 152535 for 4.90

Lotus Leggings unauthorized credit card charges, unethical behaviour .

Ordered leggings, and a pair of shorts. Paid for those. I haven't even received them, and I find they have taken more money off my credit card. Large sums of money... 2 payments of 67.00 dollars each. This is totally ridiculous. And I am getting my money back one way or another. What a sham. Straight up theft. I did the original order oct. 25. Still have not received the order, and see that nov.10th $ 67.81 was taken from my visa. And nov. 11th $67.86 was taken. My understanding was this was a one time payment deal. I never authorized anything else to be taken from this visa card.
I want my money returned. And I don't expect to see anymore transactions on this visa card.

Lotus Leggings unauthorised transactions/orders

I submitted an order with Lotus Leggings on 6.9. These 3 transactions on my account represent this.

Since then they have continued to take money from my card with no order put in and no email sent to me to advise.

I have contacted them numerous times requesting a refund as I did not submit an order and did not authorise any of these, and have not been responded to other than the automatic response that my email has been received.

I have checked the original post on Facebook, as well as the confirmation email and nowhere does it mention that I have opted into receiving more than what I ordered.

I have also attempted to see if I had set up an account to be able to cancel this when I received the first unauthorised order, and do not have an account, therefore am unable to 'cancel' whatever it is they have set up.

I'm about to have to be cancel my card to stop these which causes much inconvenience as I have many direct debits for bills coming out that I now will need to contact them all individually.

Lotus Leggings cancel

I brought a pair of lotus legging on one, they were to be a size 12 but were more like a 6, I have sent emails to cancel as they have taken more money out of my account.
The num that you ring says out of service, and can't get throug.
I have asked my bank to dispute them, and am waiting to see what happens
When the pair of leggings arrived, they looked like ones from the $ shop thin and see through.

Lotus Leggings customer service/accounts/ dodgy company taking money from my account without my authorisation

Hi about three months ago I purchased a pair of leggings leggings arrived incorrectly the wrong size wrong style and they went for $4.95 also I paid for pair shorts and received that I didn't order and with the wrong size!
I gave the leggings and the shorts to a friend and moved on next month come and your company takes out another $6.80 third month comes again another $6.80 I haven't received any items I haven't purchased anything I want a refund

Lotus Leggings charging me for the price higher than the amount of the leggings that I bought as per your advertisement

As advertized on facebook, I purchased a pair of Lotus Leggings shorts for 4.90 and Lotus Leggings Maxflo at 4.95 online last October 26, 2018 and I have an order confirmation sent to my email maylen. g.[protected]@gmail.com. Before they even arrive, there was a charge in my bank statement just yesterday (Nov.10) with authorization that I don't even do which cost me 69.27aud and today, I am debited again with 69.13aud (Nov11). You are misleading people and I am so dissapointed. These are the only amount and transaction that I authorized lotus leggings with nothing more nothing less. Please see attached photo for your reference.
1. Order Confirmation number for Lotus Legging Maxflo :1545241 Priced at 4.95
2. Order Confirmation nimber for Lotus Legging Shorts: 1545252 Priced at 4.90.

Please cancel my transaction. I need my refund.

Lotus Leggings "vip membership"

I feel like a fool! I signed up for a $4.95 trial of their leggings and was forced to pay for a pair of short shorts too - another $4.95. Last night I noticed more charges totaling nearly $105.00 on my credit card. Two days ago I received one pair of plain black leggings and a pair of skimpy shorts. The "Lotus Leggings" logo is plastered on the front of both items. Free advertising for them. I spent over an hour on the phone with them and the issue was not resolved to my satisfaction. Apparently, I needed to cancel my order BEFORE it came to me... once delivered it cannot be returned. So, basically, I paid almost $115.00 for one pair of plain leggings and a worthless pair of nylon shorts. After an hour on the phone with customer service and a "manager, " I came away with a 35% refund offer, pledged to post to my credit card in 3 - 6 days. I am not satisfied and I promise to call them hourly this weekend until this issue is resolved. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR LOTUS LEGGINGS... IT IS A SCAM!

Got my order after almost three (3) months. Ordered four (4) pants. Received only three (3) and two were the same and NOT what I ordered. Am quite upset and returning them is a joke. Disgusting.

Lotus Leggings unauthorized credit card

I keep getting charged for orders I never receive or authorized and all I ordered was the first pair of leggings off the Facebook infomercial for $4.95.
Every month they are taking out the $65.58 which I never authorized and I never made an account with them or whatever charges they want to take on a monthly basis. I would like for these charges to be discontinued from being taken out of my debit card as soon as possible. I am requesting a refund for all the money they have taken from me without my authorization.

Lotus Leggings I saw an ad for 4.99

You took 49.00 then you took any 49.00 off my card I don't understand.
Why are you my money. I do not want to be member or buy anything ever again.
Just send back my money now. How could do to me and other people. I don't have money to just give away. Please send my money back. I will never buy anything else. I am so upset. I am asking you to please put my money back on my card.

Lotus Leggings getting charged every month...

To Whom It May Concern:
I keep getting charged for orders I never receive or authorized and all I ordered was the first pair of leggings off the Facebook infomercial like five months ago for the $4.95. Every month they are taking out the $49.95 which I never authorized and I never made an account with them or whatever charges they want to take on a monthly basis. I would like for these charges to be discontinued from being taken out of my debit card as soon as possible. I am requesting a refund for all the money they have taken from me without my authorization.

Lotus Leggings didn't sign up for subscription

I got a special pair of leggings for $4.95. There was no where on the page did it say that I was signing up for a membership. I would like to have my money of $49.99 returned to my account and any membership cancelled.

Lotus Leggings large and unauthorised bankcard charges

I signed up to a promo where it would cost $4.95 to join Lotus Leggings VIP Club. I looked all over the page for fine print - there was none. At absolutely NO point did it say that by joining the membership, you were actually entering into a subscription that you had 16 days only to cancel. I received the leggings with an invoice slip that said $4.95. But then $69.19 came out of my bank account. I've seen that many other people have had the same problem, so I know it's not just me.

I e-mailed their Facebook page and was told basically to suck it up, buttercup, it's a great deal, I get leggings sent out to me for that $69.19 - they actually had the audacity to write, "Yay!" I said that didn't address what I was complaining about - that I hadn't signed up for $69.19 worth of leggings. They then told me to call Lotus Leggings customer no.

I spoke to a sales rep who basically refused to refund me the money and told me I had signed up to a monthly subscription and not cancelled within 16 days, therefore they would not do anything. I told her I had not signed up to anything. She told me it was in the fine print. I kept saying there WAS no fine print. She said I was getting leggings sent out. I told her I would return them. She said, "We don't accept returns." Really? What company doesn't accept returns, if they're not even opened or worn or damaged? I told her I wanted to talk to a Manager, and she refused at first! Told me that they all would just tell me the same thing. I told her I wanted to take it higher up, and she actually said, "I don't understand what you mean, you want to take it higher up." They were speaking English, by-the-way - no language barrier.

Finally I was put onto a Manager, who took a very bored tone with me and basically the same spiel. I demanded the $100 back, and he tried again with the "you agreed to the T&C's". I kept having to repeat that there were no T&C's. I'm a single parent pensioner and this is leading up to Xmas. He eventually said he could refund me 25%. I said no, I wanted 100%. He then said he could give me 50%. I said no, 100%. He said it was at the company's discretion how much they could refund. I told him what they were doing was illegal, because I had not signed up to anything. He eventually said he would give me 85% back. I insisted on 100%. He finally said okay, then sarcastically told me thanks for calling and have a nice day, and hung up on me.

I have an e-mail from them - but instead of the 100% the manager had ended up agreeing to, they are only refunding $49.99.

I have seen complaints on FB from a lot of people also roped in with the same scam. Many of them have simply given up when they were told repeatedly by Lotus Leggings that they would not refund the money or would only refund 25%. So imagine how much money Lotus Leggings is receiving unauthorised - and so close to Xmas too, when people can't afford to be losing money :/

Lotus Leggings took money off my account that I had not approved

I went for the introductory offer. Leggings at 4.95 and even went another 4.95 for shorts. I wAs unable to find my account and track the items. Than last evening there is two unauthorized charges on my card. One for 49.99 and one for 49.98. Now I am on a strict budget because of being on social security disability. So my rent money has been cut by almost 100 unauthorized dollars. I want to cancel my account which you keep saying I don't have and I want my money back. I am now going over to the better business site to complain about the lotus leggings.

Lotus Leggings charge to my account without notice

I signed up for a discounted pair of leggings and at no point did it say it would charge me again, no account was created, no email was sent to confirm anything and now i find a $50 charge on my account with no notice. I called for a refund and your customer service refused to give me one. I want my money back, I did not like the leggings and they didnt fit, and are certainly not worth $50 a pair for something I can't even choose what style I wante. This is unacceptable service.

Lotus Leggings unauthorized charges

I did not order anything from your company nor ;did I receive any products from your company. I was charged $4.95, $49.00, $49.00 totaling up to $102.95. If is amazing to me that is no number I can call only to email. This is so frustrating when my bank account has be charged for items from your company that I did not authorize. I need someone from your company to contact me immediately. these charges created several overdraft fees. I need to get this straight and my money returned to my account ending in 3787. [protected] is my cell and [protected] is my work number I am here Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Your immediate attention is greatly appreciated

I dont want to be apart of this you just took 49.99 off my card without my permission. And I dont want to be in this membership anymore I paid the 4.95 already so now why am I being charged 49.99 take me off of the membership take me off of this membership now and refund me my 49.99 now you took money that you didnt have permission to take at all so please give it back

I ordered q pair of leggings a few months ago for what I thought was $4.95. Shortly after that, I had $50 taken out of my account. After a week or so I received 1 pair of leggings .On Nov. 1st, I was charged yet another $50.for what !?. Nothing ! This company has me, and I'm sure 100's of others, so pissed, that it makes me question ordering anything online.
