Lost and Found Department - Southern Nevada / Ridiculous service
Something needs to be done with the lost and found department at the Regional Transportation System of Southern Nevada. I am talking about Citizen's Area Transit buses. Not long ago, i had lost a set of keys on a CAT bus. I searched everywhere i could think of, but then i realized that maybe i lost them on the bus i take to work. I called RTC/CAT, and asked them about my keys. I described them, and they said that they only keep keys and other items for about a week, and then they "throw them away". That's ridiculous! People lose things on the bus all the time. Why should you throw their stuff out? They need to revamp their lost and found policy. They must get a ton of found items everyday, with all the CAT/MAX/DEUCE buses they have, but still, it's human nature to once in a while, lose something. Maybe this email can help get a better policy going.
