LoseTheBackPain heal and soothe #p10659888

My complaint has t do with his order that was not initiated with my authorizing any shipment for this product. Your information indicates that I can return this product however since I did not place any order, you should send me a return UPS or USPS return paid by you. The form said I requested this product on 4/25/18 at 10:30 AM. On 3/27/18 you sent me a fee sample, only paying $9.95 probably for shipping however your company presumed to send me added product, without my authorization therefore I have authorized my bank to not pay this charge.
I also request not to send any added product or products unless I submit a written order.

You guarantee 100% money back if not satisfied.
I tried the Heal-n-soothe. You did not even wait whether this complies with me. It. does not. The first time I took it according to instructions 2 capsules 1 hour after eating, I had a blackout and fog for over 12 hours. I waited a coup0le of days and tried it with a meal. This time I developed a racing heart.
I send you 2 packages back, one opened, the other closed. Another bottle that arrived I sent back without opening it.
So have the kindness to stop charging me, and return to me the 149$ and two times 49$, as you promise. You cannot force me to pay and take a supplement that makes me feel worse.
Or is this your policy to enlarge earnings by forcing people to pay for a product they do not need?
I expect your soon acknowledgment and return of the money paid to you.

I also added the two rub-0n relief tubes, as they were less effective than a local product I am using.
So please return me the sum you charged me for without even asking for me consent.

LoseTheBackPain unauthorized charges after cancelling

Ordered this in January and after taking for a couple of days developed terrible itching so stopped taking. Went on line to see if others had issues and appears to be a scam to which I'm embarrassed. Called immediately and cancelled "everything"!
This is where the scam starts. I said I wanted EVERYTHING cancelled, newsletter, heal & soothe, everything & was told it was. There would be no more taken from my acct.
Noticed today they debited my acct another $14.95, which they've been doing since January. Yes, $14.95 for paper not even product.
Customer service was as rude as expected when I asked for a refund for things cancelled. Said it was "my fault" as I only cancelled the product not the newsletter. Told her she was mistaken as I was very clear about the word everything.
Seemingly trying to intimidate, doesn't work with me, said all calls are recorded and she could pull it up. Said go right ahead as I know exactly what was said.
This is a big scam just to get your CC # to debit every month. Called my bank and the only way to stop these is to change your card.

LoseTheBackPain heal n soothe

I ordered this product and for six months would get another supply which was not doing me any good and I cancelled. I phoned and cancelled and sent back two bottles back because it has a 90 day Money Back guarantee. I sent the two bottles back insured as they suggest to find that they only honor the 90 days from the original order date and they have $100.00 worth of product that I sent back and will not give me any money. I spoke to the Postmaster in the area of McHenry, IL and he says he gets pallets of packages on a daily basis going back to them. The fine print does not say from the "start of the order" and the girl on customer service Ebony said they don't change the policy for anybody. This is deceptive business practice and misleading.

LoseTheBackPain the healthy back institute made unauthorized withdrawals

I noticed a withdrawal of $19-96 having been made by "The Healthy
Back Institute" and since I had absolutely no idea what this was for, I sent them an email on their website and ask what this withdrawal they made was for. This was the beginning of February 2018, I received no reply to my question, which I thought was 1) very strange and 2) very rude for a business. Then I checked a bit further and noticed this had been done every month as far as I could tell (I can only check my account online for 3 months down the line) for the last 3-4 months November 20, 2017, $28-84 (?), December 18, 2017, $19-76, January 29, 2018, $18-99, February 20, 2018, $19-96 and I am 99.9999 % sure, the same happened in a previous order. I was trying to check when I placed this order at "The Healthy Back Institute" and log into my account, and the strangest thing happened: Each time I tried to log in, this message came up telling me I had either the wrong email or password. When I knew both were correct. I think, someone is trying to keep me out of my account, because I had told them I was not going to talk to them anymore, there was no point in that, I was going to file a complaint about them and their very bad business practices with their BBB. And this seems to be why I am 'locked out' of my account with them. This is really childish and again it shows what kind of business practices they employ, shady to say the least, if not illegal. To withdraw money from my account without my knowledge or permission is nothing short of theft, telling me I had opted into this digital newsletter is nothing but a cheap lie, because I would certainly know about that. The proof which was brought up, was an advertisement I had never seen before, but they said this was the one, where I committed myself to buying this (stupid) digital Newsletter of theirs, which I have never even received. Does that tell you something? In my opinion, they are running a 'scam business"trying a get money from unsuspecting customers in ways. which can only be called are almost and sometimes are actual theft, but since they are very devious, it is hard to prove in this case it is not, they come up with a different excuse each time you ask them. I want a refund and was told digital product are not refundable. I said. but I have never received the newsletter, I should get my money reimbursed then, right?>No reply, no answer. All in all"The Healthy Back Institute"has illegally taken $87-55 out of my bank account without my knowledge or my permission and I want it back!. I am quite sure, I am not the only 'customer they have done this to and won't be the last one either! This business should be shut down by the US Government or the local government, they practice nothing but a fraudulent Business and need to be stopped! All they did was deny, what I told them, they had done absolutely nothing wrong, I was the one, who was accusing them of wrongdoing when they had done a nothing wrong. but when I asked them to prove anything, the only thing they could bring up was this advert, which was just ridiculous. They could not bring any real proof, I had committed myself and opted into receiving this digital newsletter, then the excuse was,"because it was done automatically ' and on and on it went... until I got sick and tired of the garbage I was given (And told whoever I was talking to because that is all it really was, a load of lies and nothing else.) I said I would be filing a complaint with their local BBB about their shoddy and bad business practices and that I would no longer talk to them there was no point in talking anymore, no point at all. That was the last time I emailed "The Healthy Back Institute". on March 13 and it was sent at 15:16MST. I did get a reply back to please check their instruction of previous emails again and that Mike T. (Customer Loyalty Team) understood my frustration etc,, he also mentions, that "they have been in the industry for over 12 years and are doing their best to uphold sound and ethical business practices"> (I will not even comment on this at all.) It seems mighty strange to me, that I could not even log into my own account with them, that is s certainly a mystery, if you ask me. It worked before, no problem! I wanted to go to my purchase history, so I could check, view, download and/or print the invoice. I am sure, there was another set of those charges for that newsletter I did not even commit to and but paid for, unbeknown to me. That's daylight robbery!
To recap: the money ($ 87-55) was taken out of my bank account by the healthy back institute without authorization from me and I want it returned forthwith without any more silly arguments or wasting my time. They should have never done this and they know it, just admit it and redeem yourselves somewhat!
I do not think, I will purchase from this company again, I have learned my lesson, they are not to be trusted, their Business practices leave a lot to be desired and are certainly not in the normal range.
Obviously, others have complained about this company, but it is painfully obvious, that it all fell on deaf ears, the company did not learn from their mistakes at all. If anything, the mistakes got worse and more brazen!

That is about all I can think of, for now.

LoseTheBackPain heal n soothe

The Healthy Back Institute is a complete scam. They just keep billing your credit card for so-called products even after you have called, cancelled your account and requested a refund. I almost feel sorry for their customer service representatives. If and when you actually talk to one of them, they have had so many complaints that they have become rude and fail to listen. In addition they fail to refund your money. Since Nov 26, 2017 they have billed me for multiple payments totalling $195.69. Even after I called them, cancelled all product and requested a refund, they continued to bill me. I got a refund of $53.45...not what I was charged, then they billed me two more payments of 49.95 and $14.95. I received another bottle of their dumb product yesterday. Called today to once again try to cancel charges and product from this company. Getting through to someone is a complete nightmare, then they don't listen, make countless excuses, and claim you never called before to cancel, which is a complete lie. Whatever you do, do NOT ORDER anything from the Healthy Back Institute. It is a complete SCAM! Their so-called customer service people are rude, but I guess if I got nothing but angry complaints from customers all day, I would hate my job and be rude too.

LoseTheBackPain Buyer beware!

Don't fall for their ads, guys. Yes, it looks like the truth, but in fact, it's a huge lie that will not relieve your pain ache.
I bought it from them one month ago and didn't feel better. Not because I am special or my disease is different, no. I know some people who bought this and got no result. Don't pay your money for means that don't work. They just want to fool us. Shame on them for making money from sick people. It's disgusting.

LoseTheBackPain everything they do

They are total crooks. I listened to their video, ordered my ‘free’ arthritis pills they were not free but I was charged $20 shipping and now I have a card from the post office to pay an $15 handling charge as they posted with incorrect funds. They have sent me hardcore advertising emails DAILY since I bought theses pills. They prey on the weak. They must be shut down and EXPOSED everywhere for the crooks that they are.

I have sent at least 8 complaints to this company “lose the back pain” and got no where. They just keep sending invoices for a product I just wanted to trial (have paid the initial $19. 95). I cancelled on the same day of ordering and they said the product had been shipped. Since then I have had demands of $49.95 (regular monthly payments) which was the reason I cancelled the same day as ordering. I actually did try the tablets and have had to see my doctor with a serious bowel problem certainly attributed to these tablets. So in effect they should refund the $19.95 as they offer a “money back guarantee “. I have also tried ringing this company with no success. It all seems so unprofessional and have had to cancel my credit card and will be blocking communication as advised by the British Trading Standards”. Any product that arrives here will be returned immediately. Puts you off buying things online.

LoseTheBackPain unethical recurring billing

The healthy back institute will not stop sending bogus pills for pain and bones support. I return the packages and they continue to bill me. There is no way to discontinue their billing unless you cancel your credit card. Bad deal a big mess!
They need to refund me for all the months of false billing charges. I have filed a dispute with capital one credit card.

LoseTheBackPain no product no service only charges on my account

I did not order anything from this company, did not talk to anyone from this company but somehow they got my bank information and charged my account $49.95 that was not authorized. The charge was posted on August 26, 2017. They charged it to my debit card so it will be much harder to get my money back, but as I am on Social Security, I will have plenty of time to work on this problem. This company is a complete fraud.

LoseTheBackPain they've charged me for an order of their heal-n-soothe pills I did not make.

I initially paid the shipping ($26.86) for their free sample of these pills on 2/6/17 (which I've received) and now they've deducted a further $65.10 AUD from my bank account for a further order of these pills that I did not make! dated 2/7/17. I've suffered from lower back pain for many years and I was particularly vulnerable when I saw their advertisement on-line. I'm a pensioner and cannot afford this extra outlay of funds. I think it's appalling that this type of exploitation of seniors is carried out. I would dearly like a full refund of the $65.10 which I did not sign up for. I am fully prepared to preservere with my demands and will take to FaceBook if necessary to spread the word of my experience with the Healthy Back Institute.

LoseTheBackPain unauthorized credit card charges

My credit card account is being charge a monthly fee of $49.95 for something I never ordered. I have no idea what or where or when this charge originated. This may be a mistake on your part since my last name is rather common, but these charges are listed in late May (23rd & 08) in addition to an original charge of 9.95 on March 25 of this year. It may be there was an original condition of recurring monthly charges, but I usually scrutinized these companies who use that kind of marketing and try to avoid them.
Please stop these monthly charges and send me a refund of $99.90.

LoseTheBackPain seated in-line inversion system

This company also goes by the name of "Lose the Back Pain". On Sept. 6, 2016 I received an email from the Healthy Back Institute selling a Seated In-Line Inversion System machine for back pain under a 30 day Free Trial guarantee. Their email stated if during that time you had to return it for any reason or it's just not for you..."no problem, no hassles, no strings attached, and no questions asked".

I paid $19.95 for the shipping. When the box arrived it was a huge box weighing around 100 pounds left by UPS at my front door. I also noticed the box had been taped up as there were some screws and nuts falling out of the side of the box.

A few days later I decided to return the product, taped it up securely, and called the company to ask them to send me their shipping label so UPS could pick it up and take it back. I told the customer service rep I was willing to pay the $19.95 shipping I had paid to receive the box but was told I would have to call UPS and return it myself. I explained to her this was a huge box that doesn't even fit in my car and weighs a ton and with back problems I can't do that.

And when I called UPS, I was told their pick up and shipping charge would be $187. I called the company back and told I am not going to pay 8 times the shipping charge to send back a box I paid $19.95 for and I can't afford to pay as I'm retired on social security only. I asked to speak to a manager but never got a call back and was later told my case had been "escalated" and I would hear back from a manager in a few days.

But now a week later, I still have not heard back and looks to me like they're ignoring me hoping I'll just go away. And I see where there's a lot of complaints about this company's customer service. It doesn't look like they want to resolve this at this point and meanwhile I'm stuck with a huge box in my living room.

LoseTheBackPain fraudulent charges

I used LoseTheBackPain in the past but one day I asked them to cancel my account which they never did. When I registered I was supposed to enter my credit card details and they still have that information.
They continue to send me their faulty products and charge me! I asked them to stop stealing my money but it seems like they don't care.
So I guess I have no other choice and I'm calling the police first thing in the morning.
