Los Angeles Times / Rip off
After a one year promo offer, the Times kept delivering the paper. About a month later I got a bill for another year at the regular rate (twice as much). I called customer service and asked to cancel immediately and complained about amount being charged. They offset the charge to the amount of papers delivered. I gave in and paid and again I asked for the paper to be cancelled and again they continued delivery. I immediately called customer service and ask for cancellation and lo and behold one more bill for the balance of papers delivered.
I'm refusing to pay because they did not heed my request to cancel the second time!
Don't rip me off!
