Los Angeles Air Force Base/ Government Employee / Incorrect Billing or errors and harrassing phone calls

I am really tire of the harrasing phone call lately from Univeristy of Phoenix especially since I am close to graduating with no record of not paying.

Today, I got a the second harrassing phone call and not counting the letters and emails at work and home computers.

I could not find any other complaint forum on the University website and I will post it on others.

This upsets me very much and I am on mission now to tell others since it has distracted from my schoolwork tonight.

I just checked my bill online and it is wrong again. This is the 3rd time on billing mistakes.

1) At the beginning (summer 07) when I paid in full because the government ran out of funds. I got a call from Kelly Gibson saying that I owed more money even when I paid in full (without government TA). She did not even apologize for the mistake.

2) I recieved a letter dated 10 Feb 08 stating I owed over $2300 and it scared me. It took me a while to realized that it was 5 tuition assistance forms improperly processed. I visited my education advsior and she informed me that the government will not reimbuse me if I paid. I will also be writing a comment saying that University of Phoenix can not process US Air Force government forms correctly. My advisor told me there was another lady at our Air Force base who had the same issues.

3. Then today, I got another phone call saying I owed $1100 for MDA 570 and the tuition assistance form of $562 that I sent over on 25 March was recieved but not processed. I had paid $900.00 but Vanessa Leon had the nerve to tell me that I owed but the full amount but she could not count on the government TA form until week 3 of MBA 570. I have not even had MBA 570 week three class. I do not appreciate the harrassing 2 phone calls especially when my bill is not right. I had paid $800 into MBA 570 with an incorrect billing statement.
