Lornik modelling agency is run by a beautiful smooth talking woman, who promises many thing to your daughter and once you pay for pictures and registration fees you are out $1400 and you will never hear from them again. Numerous phone calls resulted in no one returning my messages and now one year later l have not heard from anyone from the agency. A very big scam.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
this is definetly true i went through the same thing my parents paid 1400 too for me to have my pics done and everythng i had one job through the agency for a lorel show got my hair chopped and cut and never heard from them ever again this was like 7 years ago now the biggest bull [censor] company ever ! i even still have my damn contract and [censor] but never heard anything from them ever again sincerly jasmine meyer
went in there for my daughter talked with lorraine she said my daugter was to young but told me my son was handom and said she could work with him had me convinced that he would get some shots and stuff just had to pay for the adminastration fees and stuff 290$ after i paid that day i never heard from her again called and left all kinds of messages and nothing they are a scam big time dont do it

Been with LORNIK since 1996 and remember having lots of fun doing some movies. Went to Calgary with Loraine - took care of us there, while on a convention. Was in the movie, The Recruit (Pacino was in it) - we had to go to Georgetown.
Lorraine Nickel is a terrible terrible woman who takes advantage of anyone she can - Lornik is a SCAM and be-ware before you go into see her!
They are HUGE scammers - that woman looks at you and lies to your face it is terrible! She is only interested in taking your money and is sweet as pie until that time and then you can't get ahold of them.
I actually saw her at sherwood forest (dundas and erin mills) I think she lives near there and she completely ignored me when I tried to ask her questions.
i am also in the same situation paid 1400 dollars can't get a hold of them. and they said i would get my cd with my pictures on it they wrote it on the contract, but i still haven't heard from them or got my cd
