L'Oreal International loreal imported deep nourishing spa gel 490 gm

Hello team,

I have ordered loreal imported deep nourishing spa gel 490 gm from snapdeal order no: [protected] suborder no: [protected] dated# 06-oct-2017. However when I used the product today I did not found it a original product as I have already used it in past and it was totally diffrent. Moreover this product is very thin and liquidy in touch. I am sure that this product I have been delivered is not a genuine one. Kindly help me to get it replaced or share me any nearest shop (West delhi) where I can get this product tested and replaced.

L'Oreal International i'm complaining about the service provide in first beauty store loreal in ghatkopar

We brought loreal 3 lipsticks that has newly areived and the lipsticks when we opened it it broke from the point and this not for only one this complain is for all lipsticks that we had brought and the person selling is not taking any nothing on them and they think we have no knoweldge of using lipstick.
So kindly please take the need to check the product in that store so that no more complains come loreal is the big brand so please take the needfull .

L'Oreal International l'oreal excellence creme 5g medium golden brown

For the second time I have colored my hair with the product above.
I followed all directions carefully and have used L'Oreal hair dyes for several years without a problem.
This package is not correctly labeled. Both times I have purchased this exact product from a local Walgreen's store, it's been mislabeled.
According to your hair color chart online, my hair is brilliant brunette, medium ash brown. After using the product, my hair color is radiant red, medium red brown and looks so unnatural, I look like I received a bad dye job at a cheap salon.
I have purchased L'Oreal products for several years and never had this problem.
I am very unhappy I cannot count on your color sample at the top of the box matching the color label on the front of the box.

I will not purchase a L'Oreal Excellence product again.
Where is the quality control?

The embossed stamp is 70P500.

L'Oreal International loreal brass banisher

Extremely disappointed. So I had finally gotten my hair too a very light blonde, which i had been trying to do for a while. I had some orange tone throughout my hair so tonight i purchased this product at Walmart in the hopes of removing those orange tones. I read instructions and did as you're supposed too. Left it on my hair for 7 minutes. Now, not only am i left with a very strong orange/brown tone all over my hair, but my hair was completely stripped of my original blonde color. L'Oreal International all

Why is it that I am NOT receiving any L'oreal coupons in my Sunday papers anymore. My paper is from Syracuse, NY — but I was told that "my route" will not get the coupons. This has been going on for more than 1 year — hence, I have not purchased ANY L'oreal products since!

Would you please take the time to reply and tell me why this is?

L'Oreal International l'oréal excellence creme colour 701

Dear loreal

I bought 701 cool blonde colour. My hair colour is blonde even lighter than 701 cool blonde product. My hair after colouring turned to very dark brown. Almost black.
I am very disappointed. I am unsure how was it possible. Probably in the manufacture changed accidentally the colours.
I have very fine and thin hair. I can't colour my hair frequently. But this is very ugly and unacceptable. Please get in contact:

L'Oreal International couleur experte express

Just purchased this product, followed the directions perfectly and my hair is the exact same color it was before I started. I'm very disappointed with this product. I have used other products in the past with great results. I just wasted 14 dollars on a product that doesn't work. It’s a shame that a company that is known for excellent products would sell something that doesn’t work. I am on a fixed budget so spending $14 is a lot for me. I figured I would get my money’s worth knowing the products you produce.

It is general knowledge that not all beauty and hair products will work for everyone. What may work great for Person A, may be a spectacular failure for Person B. You could attempt to bring the packaging and receipt to the store of purchase but it is unlikely they could do anything for you.

L'Oreal International failure l'oreal stockholm 10.21

I bought the Loreal 10.21 Stockholm in order to brighten up and remove the yellow color that my hair had. I checked the box and according to the actual color my hair had (Golden light blond) my hair was supposed to at least have brightened up a bit more towards to the present color in the box. However, the result was not even close to what it was shown in the box. I mean, if my hair was dark I would have understood, but the previous color was really bright, enough for the product to react as promised (I have photos), but it changed almost nothing! Seriously! I bought Loreal and paid more for it because I thought that I could trust the brand, but as a result I got completely disappointed. I felt that my hair had a change of maybe 15% of brightness. I feel like I was fooled and that I wasted my money.

L'Oreal International lash paradise voluminous

I absolutely love L’Oreal products but this makes me feel like I threw my money in the garbage ! It is clumpy right from the first use and just over all looks terrible. I generally wouldn’t say anything if I didn’t like a product that much but this is beyond ridiculous. I would like my $12 back or a normal voluminous mascara to replace it. I would be happy to send back the product that you provided me with in the lash paradise box.

L'Oreal International loreal eye cream

I have been using your L'Oreal skin care products for almost 20 years. I have never found a problem before, but the other day when I opened the jar of your Revitalift eye cream, there was about a third of the lotion missing due to an air bubble. I am really not complaining, just thought I would let someone know in case this has been reported by anyone else. I love your products and get many compliments on my skin. I am almost 67 years old, but feel I look younger because of your Revitalift line.

L'Oreal International revitalift magic blur

this product is totally unsuitable. as soon as you apply this to your face,
it starts to peel of in little bits. using make-up on top of this moisturiser
is impossible as the same happens again. little white bits all over my face.
as an expensive product and a well known brand i am shocked at the performance of this dreadful product.
i would be surprised if you haven't had thousands of other complaints as
this cream is unusable.

L'Oreal International eyeshadow quads

I purchased my first eyeshadow quad and used it a couple times and then couple of the eyeshadows broke within a couple days. I tried another one thinking maybe it was just that one and the same thing happened. Then I decided to try it in a different shade and the same thing happened again. All in all I've probably bought about five or six of these. I probably should have stopped at the first one or at least the second one. I really like your eye shadows though so I just kept thinking the next one was going to be better. Actually I like all of your makeup. I've been using it for the 25 plus years I've been wearing makeup. I don't like complaining I just thought that you should probably know about this. It's disappointing and has been expensive for me.

L'Oreal International hydra genius aloe water

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am really sad because my Hydra Genius pump has stopped pumping, with half of the product still in the bottle, which I can't get at! I bought the bottle of Hydra Genius in Boots in Gatwick in May this year, and I really love it and have been using it every morning. Suddenly this last weekend ( October 7th), when I tried the pump, it would not press down. I have tried repeatedly to fix the pump action and get the product out, but it won't work. If I pull it up to the top and press down hard, I get a tiny squirt, but not enough, and it is very unsatisfactory and impossible to really use. I am really sad, as I love the product and want to keep on using it! I was also going to buy a bottle for my 15 year old daughter who loves it, but I am not so sure if the pump is prone to not working - but I will give it another go, if you can replace this one. I would most appreciate a replacement bottle, or a voucher to spend in Boots to buy another bottle. Have the same issue! Love the product but I accidentally dropped it after two weeks of using it, the bottle was intact but the pump stopped working. And the cap is impossible to remove to at least get the contents out/transfer it to another container!

L'Oreal International l'oreal visible lift

I purchased L'Oréal visible lift #148. There is clearly some left but it won't pump and the bottle does not open. I should be able to use the entire bottle and not have to buy another. My complaint is in the design of the bottle and dispenser. I've tried lying it down, shaking it, tilting it to get the pump to work and I've tried removing the pump all together to no avail.

L'Oreal International eyeshadow container

Hi

Over the last 6 months, I have bought the colour Riche pocket palette twice. Both containers for the eyeshadow broke at the back hinge when there was a significant amount of eyeshadow remaining. I mentioned it to the beauty sales consultant at Walgreens and she said hers did, too.

It is obvious that your container has a quality issue. I'm not sure if I will buy another.

L'Oreal International l'oreal visible lift makeup

Let me start by saying that I love this foundation. It goes on easy and clean and my skin looks great. My problem is with the packaging. The last two bottle I have purchased have been flawed in such a way that I have had access to less than half the makeup in the bottle.in both instances the pump has stopped working. I have tried clearing a clogs, really I have tried everything. Because the cap holding the pump does not screw off there is no other way of getting to the makeup inside. I thought the first time that this was a fluke and bought another bottle. When it happened again I was just disgusted. I have now purchased two bottles in a row in order to get less than half a bottle of product. Nothing works. I would love to continue using this foundation as it is excellent but the packaging makes it such that is is just to costly. I cannot continue to buy makeup that I cannot even access.

L'Oreal International maybelline color tattoo eye chrome black glitter)

Hello,

My name is anna valeria vita garcia, I have always been a loyal consumer to the company's products, but I went to test one of the products that was launched (Maybelline color tattoo eye chrome black glitter) and, for the first time, I had a terrible problem that cost me a day inside the hospital at (Tampa florida hospital), unable to open 100% of the left eye and 50% of the right one, an immeasurable pain both on the eyelid and inside the eyes, the pain was like a knife piercing the eye... I had that being anesthetized to open my eyes, the feeling of not being able to see is terrible, the pain was unbearable, I also had to take an injection directly into the vein and an anxiolytic in the muscle, I trembled with pain, it was so strong that when I trembled my mouth, I ended up breaking a tooth and had to make a crown!

My husband and I live in orlando, florida and went to tampa to celebrate our 3 year wedding anniversary, which resulted in this huge tragedy. Doctors recommended to find an optometrist the next day, urgently, in orlando, to proceed with the treatment.
There it was verified that my cornea was pierced with glitter in both eyes! The fear and the anguish of not being able to see was extremely distressing, I have no words to describe my suffering.

I paid the hospital (Copayment), the doctor, the dentist, and 4 weeks of expensive medicines, which were not covered by medical insurance!

I always had to wake up every 3 hours, for 4 weeks, for all the medicines, my face was swollen and pain was unbearable, I just wanted the pain to end and I could see again, the fear of being blind would kill me inside, it was terrible and exhausting moments!

I remember that the doctor asked: "you used some new, like a makeup with glitter?"and I said yes, because I bought the product for the trip, and it was the first and last time that I used this terrible product!

I only got my vision back, a month later! (This was in august and i’m better now)!

An immense absurdity on the part of the company to put a product like this on sale, bringing risks to the consumer and could be irreversible problems!

I thank my mother that helped with money (She was worried in brazil) and god that helped me recover my vision, for having my job to pay almost $ 400, in hospital, doctors, medicines to help me, plus $ 500 for the broken tooth because of the pain (Crown).

But before putting it on social media, I decided to try to talk with the company first, because this is an extremely serious situation that puts consumers at risk!
All my family in brazil, mexico and usa already know what happened and are already avoiding buying products from your line, for fear!

I have photos, medical records and everything in hands.

I truly hope the company does something about it, because it will not stay like that, I have my mba in marketing, business and social media, and I will not be silent if I do not have at least a response of consideration by maybelline!

I believe the company will give me an answer, this is the minimum for anyone looking for customer loyalty!

This was 5 days after the issue with my eye, um can see my cornea damaged and my face swelled, my eyelid with inflamed veins after 5 days. I could only open my eyes with an anesthetic eye drop. Which I had to use for 4 weeks! Everything completely swollen and I cannot open my eyes! 1 and half week later!

About my tooth: my broken tooth with so much pain, I could not stop shaking my mouth because was so much pain, which caused the breaking of a tooth, on the same day of the problem with the eyes, and had to make a crown.

About crown price: that was half the price of the crown, the other part I have in the other card.

I had to call uber so many times because I can not drive without seeing anything! To go to the doctors... And more medication to take.

Obs:. I have many proofs, including the doctors, hospital... It was the worst experience of my life.
If have an email, we can talk more clearly!
I’m just waiting a response asap!
Also I have a video, in portuguese, talking with my mother, with my eyes and face terrible.
But I tried 5 times to send and didn’t processes.
I’m just waiting a response asap!

L'Oreal International lip paint matt no 204

I purchased this lipstick for its long wearing true colour...after putting on after 15 minutes this colour began to fade and bleed, also losing its colour, going from Scarlett Red to an old ladies pink..Being a makeup artist myself in Beauty Therapy.. This product I found extremely faulty in all tat is mentioned above.
Being makeup is costly but then having to eventually through in the bin, after wasting my money is unsatisfactory. I would like to be reimbursed for this purchase as it is not up to L'Oreals high standards. A rating out of ten would be a two. I could've bought a cheaper brand for a quarter of this price and had a lipstick staying true to its colour, texture and longevity.

L'Oreal International l'oréal paris glam bronde hair dye

I would like to be compensated in some way I brought this product in good faith and I am absolutely appalled by this product, on the box it clearly stated for brown to light brown hair which was precisely my hair colour... this turned my hair orange! As you can see from the photos it is nothing remotely similar to what it is on the box! It would be really appreciated if someone could see to this matter,

L'Oreal International l'oreal voluminous lash paradise mascara

Good afternoon,

I wish there was a way to submit feedback that's not necessarily a "complaint" as I feel that the word has a negative connotation. However, I digress. I LOVE the Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara. I officially switched to this mascara after exclusively using Too Faced BTS mascara for many, many years. I did several reviews on my social media and many of my friends made the official switch as well, based on my review. I spoke to the product's formula, consistency and overall longwear and how it was more volumizing than BTS.

However, I noticed that the product continues to clump up at the opening causing the mascara to dry up. I'm not sure if maybe I received a bad batch, but I really want to give this product a second chance. My tube is currently all dried out and it makes me so sad because I love the product so much.

This mascara is clumpy and just horrible. I am not sure if the store had it in heat but j have thrown out my receipt. Voluminous lash paradise was purchased as a result of the marketing. I just had emergency retina surgery a few months ago and wanted to get something good. This is not.
