I have used this product 4- some years, have always bragged on it. But as of late I have been dis-appionted in it. I can only use the waterproof as my allergies are so severe, my eyes water to no end using regular mascara. Well, this past yr. Maybe last two i buy new tube, use it 2- 3 times, and then it becomes caked & gloppy in the tube . I'm 67 yrs. I purchased 2 boxes of color at Rite Aid in Dover NH last month for 9.69 each. When I opened the boxes today to do my color one of the sealed boxes contained two # 3 conditioners instead of one #2 color and one #3 conditioner. It has been over 30 days and I no longer have my receipt; therefore I cannot get a refund from the store! I have purchased this mascara many times over the past several years. I like this mascara specifically because it can be removed with soap and water. The packaging specifies this. The last tube, purchased about 2 months ago, is very nearly impossible to remove. I have resorted to using an eye makeup removed and tissue, followed by a makeup remover cloth, followed by bar soap and water. When I follow this process, I still get raccoon eyes from smudges underneath my eyes the following morning. I will not purchase this product again. If you claim a product is removable with soap and water, please ensure that it is.

I bought loreal hair dye from a renowned cash n carry in Islamabad, Pakistan n applied it according to the instructions given on the leaflet v carefully ...but to my utter surprise after the wash i didn't find any colour or change in my hair the color didn't appear at all...i m badly disappointed as it was my first time to use a hair dye n I chose loreal but that was just n just waste of my money. It was Korea 5.5 light mahogany brown shade...very disappointing results

I used the same dye ash blonde 03 that I always use but this time it caused serious burns to my scalp resulting in hairs loss, blisters and severe pain. I spoke with your customer service department yesterday who offered me a refund on the two hair dyes.
When I asked what about the cost of the treatment I am now having via my GP service and the cost, I was told that I could not be refunded for thisbit as a good will gesture they would give me a £5 voucher.

I think this is disgusting, just told it sounds like you had an allergic reaction! I have been caused serious burns to my head and this was after washing the product off after 15 as I could not stand it any longer ! I want proper compensation for the pain and suffering this has caused, not a £5 voucher !

I bought Loreal Preference colour extender the Violetta on 15 June 2017 at the Foschini retail Group. But the colour doesnt even match the colour stated on the box. Even if it had a tint of purple I wouldve been satisfied but instead it is just dark with a hint of red? I have never been as unhappy with a haircolor like I am now. I bought hair colour Feria Power Violet V28 on June 16, 2017 in Walmart. Previously i have red brown hair colour. After I used the product, my hair colour turned black instead of violet or purple as shown in the box. I'm dissapointed with the result since it's totally different with your 'advertisement' picture.
I want a refund of my purchase because your product gave me the wrong result.

Hello on Saturday June 10 I tried your revitalift volume filler night creme ...I put on face and slept with it...in morning I woke up with all around both of my eyes completely dried out and crispy like they had been burnt! It was horribly painful and embarrassing...I have pictures ...I don't know what happened but this stuff is dangerous! And did the complete opposite of what it should have! It costed me a job...I am a flight atfendant and I could not go to work looking like I did!

On june, 8 2017 I bought a product called 'men expert hydra energetic all in one' in a reputable supermarket in lisbon, portugal. I applied it on my clean skin. After that I got a strong allergic reaction, my skin looks and feels like an orange peel, and itching very badly. I, of course, stopped using it, but the problem is still there although several days have passed. My skin is damaged exactly in the areas where I applied the cream - my face and neck area, where I put the cream, so this can't be a mistake. That's very strange because I wasn't allergic to anything in my life.

I'm severely disappointed in a box of hair color I purchased not too long ago. I buy Fèria quite frequently for the popping, different colors when I feel like changing to a new irregular color. I followed directions to the T, I know them by heart by this point, and I believe something went wrong. After rinsing our my hair 4/5 times, the purple Continued to fade out. Leaving me with an almost grey color. Normally it sticks easily, but I've had so many issues with this box, and I've had the color before. I don't know how many showers I've taken in the last couple weeks, but purple water continues to show when I wash my hair and then dyes my towel purple as well. Now I have a designated hair color towel because it's got purple blotches all over it. I don't know if I got a bad box, or what. I'm so disappointed.

I bought a box of hair color and when I opened it, the instructions were taped and when I unrolled it, the paper was brittle and flaked apart and looked like it had gotten wet and dried discolored. The #2 tube was all sticky like a label was taken off and put back on. I decided not to use it. A coupon for a new box would be helpful. I purchased it at Meijer store in Jenison Michigan.

I love the Blackbuster Liquid Eyeliner, however, the top of the wand is very, very hard to remove. Also, the clear plastic liner protecting the tip constantly comes out of the tube. I have used this product for about a year and it has happened with each tube I have bought. Perhaps a screw off top would be the answer. Thank you for listening to my problem and I hope it can be rectified.

Hi I purchased the foundation but found it to be watery and not good to used as wouldn't go on my face properly as soon as you touched it it felt like water instead of foundation this is the product I use all the time so was totally disappointed this time and it also have a very odd smell to it not like the usual smell of fountain your products have

I recently bought a new tube of the Lash Sensational mascara by L'Oréal at Walmart. The packaging itself was fine but the mascara's tube had mascara all on the outside of it. It was disgusting. It was as if someone had already used it, even though the package I had was never opened. On top the mascara tube looking terrible he mascara lid or top was not screwed on all the way leaving it very dry and flaky. I am extremely let down and upset. I really enjoy this brand and I hate buying something that I know works but was not shipped out correctly. I also enjoy this mascara, but I am very disappointed in this recent purchase.

My name is Meghan Sprankle and I dyed my hair the Aqua color of your semi-permanent Colorista dye, the first week of the product was great. Then the product faded to a green shade that was hideous, to wash it out I bought your hair-color fade shampoo and remover. These products did nothing to remove my hair color, I then continued to wash and try to remove the product for 3 months. Today I went to a licensed professional who attempted to strip the color with no luck, then bleached my hair which turned it to a light green, then put a semi-permanent color until i can return for my second round. My hair still holds a green hue and I have to wait a month to pay the same amount of money to permanently fix my hair. The fact that I spent 255 dollars so far to remove a 10 dollar semi-permanent hair dye is not only ridiculous, but appalling. It is appalling that as a brand as successful as L'Oreal sells a hair dye as a temporary dye and then continues to sell a product they are aware ruins women's hair. I suggest that you remove this product from shelves and issue an apology to all the women who you not only permanently damaged the hair of, but caused financial inconveniences due to a bad product. As a college student, I do not have the money to pay to fix my hair in this way when I signed up for a Semi-permanent look. I will be contacting the CEO and human resources department of your company for your negligence in regards to products sold to women. I hope you decide to do the right thing, specifically in respect to women like myself who use your products faithfully.

Purchased both products (sweet ginger and subtle sable) recently. Have used previously. My complaint is with the compact. In both cases, the hinges broke off and make it very difficult to use the product because both the tops ad bottom sections broke. This happen on both of the blush products and also on an eye shadow that I purchased. Both blushed were purchased within the last two months and I really don't want to toss them. There is too much of the blush left in both of them. Right now I have taped the lids at the
hinge sites, but that makes using the blush difficult and annoying! As I stated, if this was the first time this happened, I would chalk it up to a rare defect, but since this has happened with an eyeshadow case and with these two blush cases, I think there is a defect in the manufacturing of the compacts. Needless to say the cost of the products are a consideration when thinking of replacing them. I do use L'Oreal day time and night time skin products and have no complaints with them. I really like them and the skin results with them. Of course, they are packed in a screw top jar. Thank you for your help!

I applied the all over color and moved on to the highlight portion, when I opened the separate container for the highlights the micro-fine illumination powder was ripped open and empty. The bottle for illuminating creme developer was also empty and there was powder residue all over the inner package. I would like a refund for my purchase or a coupon for a free product to replace the missing highlight portion. Not sure if I dare purchase anything from Loreal in the future if it might be missing part of the product. Thank you for your help.

I have used your mascera for several years now, and the last TWO different tubes I have purchased have done this. When you pull the wand out the mascera is massively clumped and stays on the brush. Almost like the inside is not adequately squeezing all the excess mascera off. This in turn requires me to constantly try to "shove" the mascera back into the tube and is very messy and time consuming. I am beginning to want to find a new mascera since these last two tubes have been the same. Please see photos.
