l'oreal gel eyeliner, the purple color
I bought this eyeliner, as well as several other shades (LOVE the other colors!) but I AND my mother both tried the purple shade, which is the gel type eyeliner. BOTH of us noticed, within a few hours, that our eyes were watery and uncomfortable. I had actually bought the same color months BEFORE and the same thing happened. I thought maybe the first one I'd bought was just "bad" or maybe had too much pigment in it. That is why I decided to buy it again...same bad experience. Can I get a credit or coupon to buy something else? I no longer have the receipt and really don't remember which store I bought it from anyway. THANK YOU.
I would like to MENTION one other thing while I am on this site. I LIKE the L' Oreal moisturizers very much, but almost all I have tried are TOO SCENTED! There are not many options in your line that are UNscented:( Just a thought. Thanks again.

It has been 6 days but there was no response. To whom it may concern,
Let me preface by saying that I have been using Loreal Lipliners for most of my adult life (age 57). I am wondering if you have made a change to the product, container, or some other part, that might impact the ability to extract the full amount of the product. The last three Colour Riche Toffee To Be Lip Liners that I have purchased have :
1) not extracted the product at all or
2) extracted only part of the product or
I have thrown out three lip liners that half or more product left, as the extractor does not push the liner out.
Writing to use as a last resort. I am not one to write a complaint, and I was willing to chalk it up to an isolated issue, but it has now been three purchases in a row.

eyebrow pencil
While I really love you brow pencil I've had issues with the last three I purchased. After sharpening the pencil a few times the entire lead falls out or is broken into pieces which fall out so that most the pencil is useless. The price of these pencils is costly and, because I use it daily, I end up purchasing a new one every two weeks. I've tried switching sharperners to no avail.

I purchased this product for the first time. It was not cheap. After several days of use I attempted to turn the lower portion of the stick to expose more of the product. no more came out. Thinking it was defective, I exchanged it at the store for another of the same. Again the same thing happened. Am I doing something wrong or am I to believe I spent all that money on a product that did not even last me a week? I have used plenty of eyeliners in my life and this one appears to be a big rip off.

Just our purchased this on Wednesday 25July at Island Pharmacy for $12.00, love this polish I have at least 5 bottles of the gel. This # 20 is a bad bottle, I opened it this morning 29th July to do my nails, applied the first coat and I knew I was making a huge mistake . I removed the first coat washed my hands and
tried a second time same issue, streaks and a mess. I tried to put a second coat on and ended up removing it and using a OPInin the same color . Called and was told with out receipt they would not give me another bottle. Needless to say I am quite angry . I am hoping to speak with the owner next week. The polish looks old and this is just not acceptable for a $12.00 bottle of one of the best polishes on the market.

I have used your hair dyes many times and have never had a problem, I love your hair dye. But a few days ago I bought a brown one and put it in my hair just like any other time. The after color was a silver blonde/grey color. I know it won't look exactly like the color shows on the box, I've died my hair many many times so I know what to expect but It was not even brown. I am very disappointed!

Iv purchased this product numerous times as I do love using it but every time the pencil gets to a certain point it breaks off into the nib of the pencil and I can't continue to use this I feel this is a waste of money as I'm not getting the full use out of the product I do use othe L'Oréal make up the bronzer, mascara and iv not had any problem with these items it's just the eyebrow pencil
voluminous butterfly sculpt mascara
On 7/23/18 I purchased Voluminous Butterfly Sculpt mascara 837. It was my first time buying makeup since I beat cancer. The mascara did nit lengthen my lashes and made them look short and clumpy. I am very disappointed. I would like either an expedient refund or a new mascara product that works the way a mascara should this day in age. Thank you for your time.

Two days ago I purchased two cans of Loreal men expert deodorant clean power 300ml. When I got home with them I discovered that, not one, but both cans weren't working, the spray nozzle pressed down but no spray came out as there wasn't any pressure to release the contents of either of the cans. This happened to me last month also but didn't feel I should complain, I think it may be a design fault that needs looking into & I'm not happy about this at all. Good evening, today I purchased a pastle pink colourista for my daughter's hair. Her hair is blonde and has never been dyed, we left the dye on for 25 minutes for a "vivid" look as stated on the instructions.
My daughter's hair did not take it has a slight look of purple but nothing like what's stated on the box.
I am not happy with this product atall and now have a upset little girl who wanted purple hair, I don't want to put another dye on her hair as I don't want to ruin in.

l'oréal age perfection hydra nutrition lotion
I've been purchasing L'Oréal products for many decades and love them all. However, I purchased a 50 ml pump bottle of age perfect hydra nutrition ultra nourishing lotion with sunscreen broad spectrum spf 30 and the pump stopped working within 3 weeks. I took the bottle apart and 3/4 of the lotion was in the tube. No more pump bottles for me! Also, to add to my aggravation the store would not replace the product. Thank you!

2 days before my nieces wedding I used L'Oréal casting crepe gloss 354 mahogany. I home dye my hair all the time and had used this colour before. I bought it in Tesco's Craigavon and paid £7. My hair turned orange. I had to go to the hairdressers to get it fixed and had to go near black to get it covered. I thought when I was putting it on that the texture was very runny and was like red sauce. I don't know if something went wrong during production but I have never had that happen before. I can send you a photo of my hair and have kept the box.

This is my first experience with this particular product. (July 5 2018) I did not anticipate the strength of the fumes coming off the mousse. I have a small bathroom and could not tolerate the overpowering burning sensation in my nostrils by the time I was halfway finished the application. Since I hadn't had a skin reaction from the product test, I completed the application in my back yard. An hour after the aborted application I still cannot use the bathroom because of the chemical smell in there. Is this normal for this product? If so, there should be a caution not to apply it in small spaces. The batch number on the bottom of the box is 30M90A. I would like either a refund or product coupons to your other products in your hair colouring line, which i have always found to be excellent.

Hi, I purchased Revitalift Intensive Overnight Mask. I only had it for a few days when it slipped from my hand and fell into the sink (about a 6-8 inch drop). The neck of the glass container broke. I tried to continue to use the product (which I really like) but there are small bits of glass in there. Would it be possible to replace this product? It is very expensive for me and I hardly used it.

root rescue #6 gloves don't open up
I love your product and have been using it for years. Tonight when I was dying my roots I notices that the gloves provided were of a thicker plastic than usual. I was completely unable to open them in order to use them, and as a result my hands became dyed.

I purchased L'oreal Ever Pure shampoo and conditioner. The new lids will not close. All the shampoo leaked out of the tube over night. It made a huge mess in the shower as it ran down the tile. The conditioner lid will not close either but the conditioner cream is thicker so it hasn't leaked out. Although, I have it laying down as it will not stand up either. Please change the way these products close. I will not repurchase either of these items until you fix the packaging. Very disappointed!
l'oreal revitalift serum moisturizer and hydrant red pump bottle
Has the number 20P30Z on it. I bought this from Walmart stores in Purcell, Oklahoma I do not have my receipt but I just want you to know it had enough in it to use three times in very small amounts the way the bottle is covered you can not see the contents plus it was boxed and had not been opened. What I need to know was this done intentional to make more money for your company or was it just an accident?
I use a lot of the Loreal products and have for years and would hate to loose the product you have but please do not start doing things like this to your customers. I would just like to have enough of the product to see if it stands up to its name I am not asking for anything since I do not have my receipt when and where I bought it. I just want to make you aware of it I think the $15. oo or $20.00 dollars I paid for it is pretty expensive for 3 small use, don't you?

sublime bronze tinted self tanning bronzer
Today is June 19th, 2018. I purchased this product yesterday and used it as soon as I got home. I did not like the product immediately after applying it. I have used many different bronzers before and this one is by far the worst I've used. It claims to be streak free, but that is not the case. I have streaks all over including my face. I'm disappointed in this product and would like a full refund.
l'oreal paradise extatic mascara

I recently tried Paradise Extatic mascara...I usually use Voluminous...but a friend recommended the Paradise, so I gave it a try. When I was applying it for the first time, I felt something sharp on the skin around my eye. I realized the mascara brush had scratched me. Nothing too serious, luckily it didn't scratch my eyeball...I could see the wire tip of the brush was exposed...metal showing. Please check this out! Hopefully it was a one time thing, but I wouldn't want it to be a flaw in the manufacturing of the brush. This was purchased at a Vita shop in Bergen, Norway. I have enclosed a photo.
