I have been using this Foundation for many years in Classic Ivory. Recently bought a new bottle and was alarmed at the change in color. Color actually looks orange. I didn't save my receipt from Walmart in Milton, Fl. Bought item about a month ago. Very unhappy as I wasted over $12 on something I can't use. Will be looking for another Foundation to use; not L'Oreal.
revitalift laser renew
My husband bought Revitalift Laser Renew cream on the 14 th of August 2017 and he used it today for the first time. It seems to be that the dispensers are not working properly. The container is provided with two creams in it, when he pumps it only one cream comes out from the container. Can I get the exchange of this product or refund?

24 hr infallible foundation
I purchased this product about a month ago. After the first week I could not squeeze the liquid out of the container, I had to use all my strength each time for anything to discharge and then came out in a big blob. I stopped using it. I use other Loreal products without a problem but this is the first time I purchased foundation. I can return it and request a refund.
voluminous lash paradise mascara
I purchased this mascara at Target, I just opened it and it was packaged correctly and didn't seem tampered with at all. I then open the mascara bottle and there is no wand. nothing is connected to the top and i can't see the wand in the bottle. This must be a manufacturing problem but I paid full price for this and expect the mascara to have all the pieces it needs to properally work! The package was sealed properly so I do not know why there is no wand!

I am writing about the poor quality level of your eye shadow. All three compacts of eye shadow that I purchased are now useless to me because they have disintegrated or simply fallen out of the compact. This level of quality is totally unacceptable. I purchased these within the past three weeks and already I cannot use them.
I have included photos so that you can see exactly what the issue is I am having to deal with.
My expectation is that you remedy this issue and give me a refund for all three compacts. Obviously, your quality department is not doing their job to allow products like this to be sold to customers. And it is obvious that I need to purchase a different product line that you do not own.
wrong color result: feria multi-faceted shimmering colour - 3x highlights (40 - deeply brown)
I bought a box of this hair color from the U.S. in July 2017. According to the color chart, and since my hair is dark brown, it was supposed to become a lighter brown after application. Surprisingly, it became black, which is quite disappointing. I would like to get a refund, but unfortunately I threw the receipt away. I will not buy this hair color brand again.

Hello,
I bought the Sublime Bronze Mousse recently but the pump broke after only two pumps. Now the product comes out as a liquid from the sides of the pump and will not product mousse at all. I no longer have the receipt as I assumed the product would be fine. Could I please have a refund on this product as I am very disappointed with this product. Thank you for your help!

I regretfully would like to place my complain that I have purchase a mascara from century mall carrefour which is not at all what your product is supposed to be. I have been using this product for 2 years now and I am very confident that the mascara that has been given to me is not the right one. This is for AED 95 and they refused to help me to replace the product though it is a faulty product. Let me tell you that I am a L'Oreal fan and I use everything from Loreal. My foundation, mascara, lipstick, revitallift day and night cream & shampoo are all from L'Oreal. I have never regretted using these products but this is for the first time that I am not happy. I feel cheated and forced to feel like an idiot. I am very disappointed with the attitude of the salesperson on the loreal counter looking at me as if I dont know how to use the product and making me feel silly about myself.
I would appreciate if you can help me replace this item. Maybe this is a duplicate product. I am confident that Lo real cannot be like this.

L'Oréal Colour Riche #705 Jennifers Pink. None of this matters, because you are NOT sealing the product and 50% of the time I get home with a tube and it is all messed up . Someone has opened it tried it on, jammed it in the tube or it's missing completely ? I Do Not Appreciate having to go thru the whole returns thing, when if you Sealed it properly I would Know it had been messed with. I have been using L'Oreal Preference floride (golden blond) for the last year, the copper color in my hair was getting a little too prominent so I switched to Vienne (dark blond), it was fine the fist time, my hair was a pale light brown/ dark blond, then I bought another kit and died today ...now I have much darker brown hair !

preference hair dye, p38 deep purple
Today (Aug 5th 2017), I purchased a box of your P38 Deep Purple hair dye.
While I was skeptical of the colouring on the front of the box, I was still hopeful regarding the final result. The colour indication chart on the reverse side of the packaging demonstrated the colour I could achieve being that my hair was a fairly light tone.
Once again though, I was extremely disappointed and more than a little agitated when my hair turned out a dark brown after using your product.
The images on the front of your packaging and even the colour chart on the back, is a false and blatant misrepresentation of the result your customers should expect from your product.
This is not the first time I have been very disappointed in the colour advertised vs the colour achieved and I must say, I will never be buying your products again for this reason.
There is not a single solitary glimmer of any kind of purple tones anywhere in my hair now after using your product.
I even check the colouring bottles before mixing them into the developers just to be sure the product has been packed correctly and the P38 on the colour bottle matched the P38 on the external packaging.
After close to 20 years of dying my hair every imaginable colour I am well aware that individual results may vary, how ever I also know what should be attainable. My hair was a light enough colour tone that the purple in your product should have been quite spectacular, but instead I have ended up with a flat, lifeless dark brown colour that I would never intentionally use in my hair ever.
Now I need to go through the damaging, costly and time consuming process of removing your dye from my hair and purchasing a decent product that will actually yield a reliable result.
I would like to also point out that this is the first time I have ever written a company to complain about their products. Your line of hair dyes has never once met my expectations, and having my hair turn a completely different colour from the one advertised on your box was the final straw.
There is no renumeration I require, I just wanted to express my sincere disappointment and irritation at your false advertising. I suggest your company reviews the packaging and editing of your products to reflect a much more realistic outcome for your customers.

Have used this product for years. I bought same thing instead of going with cheaper. Brands. I trusted this product. Bought same color it turned my hair orange! Now I am stuck with orange hair! At the very least I would like a refund. I have already tried several products to try and get the orange out! So far no luck! Please reply! HELP! l'oréal silkissime eyeliner cobalt blue
I purchased this beautiful eyeliner from an Ulta store in Chicago. I have an allergy to carmine, but I figured a blue pigment shouldn't irritate my eyes (I have had allergic reactions to reds, pinks, and warm purples but never had a problem with blues).
However, after wearing the eyeliner all day yesterday, I woke up with eye discharge and bloodshot eyes, the allergic reaction I get from carmine. Checking your website following my allergic reaction, I saw this product lists "may contain carmine" under ingredients. This information should have been on the product/packaging itself - I did not see an ingredient list anywhere when I bought the product.
colorista washout lilac (1 week)
Colour applied and happy with result however after 1 wash hair turned blue and has remained blue for over 1 week.
Hair was bleach platinum blonde prior to use of product and I am left with green/blue hair - not fading as depicted. Never any such ch issue with other products.
Friend has similar experience with same product, she has mint green hair now.

Have recently purchased the Infallable fixing mist upon advice from make up artist in store! Followed directions shaking bottle vigorously before using holding to correct distance only to be left with white spots all over my face!
Repeated again thinking I must not have shook the bottle enough but again same thing happened!
Cannot return item to shop as I didn't keep receipt so am now £10 out of pocket and no product to show for it!
purchased hi-lift blonde hair dye
I purchased the Hi-Lift blonde hair dye which says it does extreme lightening for darker hair. It even mentions that it will lift up to 3 levels and shows before pictures of hair that was darker then mine. It did not work at all! I am very upset that I spent the extra money to buy the L'oreal product... I have used cheaper brands before and they worked great. I even left the dye in for a little bit longer then it says to and it still didn't work. Now my hair just feels dry :(

I bought this product over two months ago and it's DYED MY HAIR GREEN AND WONT COME OUT! I had beautiful Long Blonde hair. Never dyed, never bleached and this product had RUINED my hair I cannot wash it out even though it was meant to last two weeks and I'm heart broken and now hate looking at my hair thanks to this product. Would never recommend it and it has made me so angry and upset at the company that I thought I could trust.

I have previously purchased items from Loreal and have been very pleased. But recently i purchased the new Colourista washout which is supposed to last for 2-3 washes. I was very excited as I was going on holidays. I got someone else to help cover the ends of my hair. We fully covered the ends of hair which used up about 3/4 of the dye, left it for 20 minutes and when it came to washing we did as instructed. When I dried it there was no sign of any pink hair.
Overall I was very disappointed as I spent time and money on this product and it wasn't fit for purpose. I would appreciate an explanation and look forward to hearing from you.

I colored my hair on July 24th and when taking the gloves off I realized there was a hole in the glove but was too late! Could not tell as the gloves are black! I just had a manicure a few days before and the dye wrecked my nails! This is the 3rd time this has happened and yesterday was my Birthday and had to have horrible looking nails! I called yesterday and not a great experience! This will now cost me $90 because I had to do nails twice! Very frustrated!

I applied L'Oréal Colorista in the colour "denium" to the midlenths of my hair. Following the instructions correctly.
I am DEEPLY saddened, upset and angry as your product has stained my hair.
This product claims to be a "wash out" colour and this claim is complexity false. I have washed my hair upto 10x and the colour has not only stained my hair but is starting to go green!
I am writing to complain and ask for my bad experience to be remedied. To go to a hair dresser and to try to have the colour lifted or bleached (which I am told by a professional could still not work!) last resort to have to cut my hair off! This would would cost me upto $300 or more New Zealand $ which I cannot afford.
I would not have purchased or used your product if I was aware of the false advertising and claims on this item. I cannot express enough how upset I am that this has happened to my hair and how false the claims on this item are. I would like a haste response on how this problem will be rectified.
