L'Oreal International loreal feria hair dye

I am an avid user of your red hair dye products and I had purchased a LOreal Paris Feria #77 Bright Auburn. I always make sure to check the box is un-opened or tampered with because I know that sometimes the dyes get switched around. This box was un touched and when I got home didnt match all the numbers together for every single product in the box as it was untampered with. I am now extreamly disapointed to say that half of my head was purple because it didnt change color until I was half done the dye job. I'm very disappointed that this happened.

I purchased 2 boxes of the Loreal Feria Intense Red Auburn hair color tonight. My hair is very long and thick, so it takes all of 2 boxes to color it. The boxes were sealed, and as I mixed each bottle, the color appeared bright red...awesome! I applied both bottles and waited. Once the time was up, I rinsed, washed and conditioned my hair (with the shampoo and conditioner provided). Afterwards, I decided to blow dry my hair, because I was excited to see how it looked.
My hair is BLACK. It doesn't even have as much as a red tint to it. Just black. Prior to coloring my hair, it was a medium brown/auburn. Now it looks ridiculous! I will never purchase this again. And to think, Loreal Feria WAS my favorite hair color to use! Even over going to the salon to have it professionally colored. I cannot believe this!

L'Oreal International men's clean power deodorant

Hello, I'm a avid user of all your men's range of products shower gels, creams, deodorants etc I have chosen to use your brand as I find it the best in the market.
I use alot of your deodorants especially your clean power 48 hour ones.
I have a lot of different deodorants all are l'oreal but I've had issues with the clean power tins as they give up at any time and I can't use them, the gas fails and I'm left with sometimes a full tin I never managed to ever finish a whole tin and I've discarded a lot without taking them to where I brought them, I've taken roughly 8, 9 back and today another 2 to be replaced I am disappointed as I love all your range and don't want to use any other products from a lesser company, it is becoming a bit of a chore to keep taken them back as my time is short as I work very long hours, its also the travel and it costs me to take them back before the receipt expires, I don't like to complain but I feel I have to to, also I really don't mind spending the £3.00 for a deodorant as I'm very very happy with the products you sell, I have been a loyal customer to you and don't want to change to a different company as there just not as good as you, thankyou very much.

L'Oreal International l'oréal revitalift night cream.

My mother bought this product from a good cosmetic store in Kolkata, West Bengal on 8th May, 2017. My mother applied the cream for four days and felt a weird burning effect on face immediately after application. And the burning sensation continues for a couple of hours. For once we thought may be its because the cream is working and its a part of its process. But then she got many rashes on her face and then i googled to get any relevant information.

This and a few more links said the same story. I used to believe in the L'Oréal brand so much but now i think i have to recommend all known people to be careful when dealing with this brand.

I want some serious action to be taken against this.

L'Oreal International silkissime eyeliner

It is very hard to sharpen the pencil gets stuck in the sharpener. And it is lumpy and not to a point when it's sharpened (if you could even say it's sharpened) then it will break off, and the actual eyeliner part just ends up mushed and smeared( picture provided is of what it looked like when I got it sharpened and it just came right off like goo) It was stored in a cool dry place. Total waste of money. It's a mess!

L'Oreal International l'oreal moisture blur

I love the moisture blur product, but have been unable to find it in any local stores...there is miracle blur but not moisture. I ordered some from Amazon. ..not sure of the outsource. The product is very watery and thin. ..in fact when first squeezing, a clear fluid comes out first. Has there been a change in formula or did I receive a substandard prodcut.

L'Oreal International colorista bleach

I bought this to lighten my dark hair and it didn't even come close to lightening. I used 3 boxes and put it all over and I have random strands that are now a touch lighter than what my original color was. I have to go get this fixed now and is going to cost a fortune. I spent 30$ on this and got nothing close to what was shown on the box. I am very disappointed in this product and you should not advertise that you can use on dark hair as it does not work!

L'Oreal International l'oreal colorista lilac

I bought your new colorista range in Lilac. I put it on my white blonde hair and it came out great, vivid Lilac. I have washed it once and my hair is now bright green/blue! Please remove this product from your shelves. I've been quoted £90 from a hairdresser to fix this! I'm really disappointed and have been forced to walk around with bright green hair until I can get time off work to fix this!

L'Oreal International telescopic mascara

I purchased your Telescopic mascara.
When I took the wand out of the mascara case it was extremely difficult to place it back into its case.
The mascara part of the wand was very flimsy and bent into a curve making it impossible to replace into the case.
Consequently, the mascara has flipped out of my hands and landed on my carpet causing black stains and flipped onto my hands staining my hands.
This has happened several times. I am happy with the actual result of the mascara but it has been impossible to use without getting frustrated!
When you are in a hurry to get to work in the morning, it is an impossible situation.
I have proof of purchase and it was from Priceline Ingle Farm South Austrralia

L'Oreal International revitalift volume filler serum

I am simply complaining about the packaging for the above problem. The space-age type package with the cute pump is a real pain--I had to pump many times just to get enough product (dime-size)! Then the product only lasted two weeks--way too short a time. When I use the Olay serum, it lasts for at least a month. Then, when I tried to get the top off to use any residual product, it was nearly impossible to take apart. I am sick to death of these cutely packaging ploys. I just want a good product that is easy to use--whether in a simple jar or bottle or an effective simple pump. With the price of cosmetics today, it's simply a rip-off to lure the consumer with a cute package that doesn't deliver. I already threw it out, so I can't send in any package. I just wanted you to know that I am very, very disappointed. I have always been a L'oreal fan, but this has driven me away. Thank you for your time.

L'Oreal International voluminous million lashes mascara/true match lumi cushion foundation

I have used L'Oreal products for many years and have had many wonderful experiences with your products. Unfortunately, that has not been the case with my most recent purchase of the Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara and the True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation.

After using the Extra Volume Collagen Mascara for years, I decided to try the Voluminous Million Lashes Mascara. While the brush is amazing at separating and lengthening lashes, the formula flakes horribly. After an hour of wearing it begins to flake off, leaving tiny bits of mascara on my cheek bones. I have never seen a mascara flake so badly.

I absolutely love the True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation however, there is only enough product in the sponge to last two weeks. For the price I paid $18.99 at Walgreens, there should be at least one months worth of product.

L'Oreal International l'oreal® paris revitalift® volume filler® daily re-volumizing moisturizer

I bought this today for $25 at Walgreens. I got it home, excited to try it. Opened it up and this is what I got to see, half the jar was empty! As you can see it's bare all the way to the bottom. For $25 I expect it to be full!
Super bummed out. I would like to revive a full jar please as this was very expensive

L'Oreal International l'oreal revitalift volume filler serum

This product caused SEVERE burning within 15 seconds of applying it to the point where my eyes were watering. I developed patchy redness all over my face from the burn with swelling right under both my eyes and cheekbones. I couldn't tolerate the burning as it got increasingly worse so I quickly washed it off, but the burning didn't go away. The swelling lasted for a few days but the redness stayed for a week and a half. It then developed into scaly patchy skin under my eyes with tiny little bumps. I tried to moisturize my face heavily every morning and night after for the burn but any type of moisturizer would immediately bring back that burning on parts of my face (cheekbones and eyes) and would dissipate within a few minutes. I then started to apply polysporin to my entire face, which seemed to help. Mind you, I don't have sensitive skin and have never reacted this way to any product before! This product did some serious damage to my face! I see that a lot of people have written very good reviews about this product, but a select few have had really bad reactions from what I researched. Word of advice, start by applying very little to your skin first to see if you may be allergic or sensitive to the product. I had this product on for a couple minutes at most, but I suffered with this reaction for 1.5 weeks!

Side note: this product was purchased at walmart- I tried posting the same review on their site to warn others but they removed my review. Wow...

L'Oreal International l'oréal paris colorista vivid 2 week turquoise hair

I am usually a huge fan of L'Oréal Paris products and buy their cosmetic and hair products frequently. but I am very disappointed as I bought the colorista vivid 2 week turquoise hair dye 3 weeks ago and was pleased with the result at first but not long after the turquoise turned to a green tint. I have showered most days since trying all kinds of methods to remove the dye but nothing has changed. It is now a bright green colour which is very frustrating.

L'Oreal International full volume force 5 tex. ni art mousse

I purchased two cans of this product from 'Tonyc Salon and Spa' Sherway Gardens, Toronto at a cost of $22.25. When half way through the first can, it would no longer dispense the mousse. I eventually through it away and proceeded to use the second can. I have used this can three times and it no longer works.
I love the product, however have been forced to change to another manufacturer.
Unfortunately I no longer had my receipt so could not return it to the salon.
This mousse has been my favorite for at least five years and I am very disappointed that I have been forced to make this change.
I questioned my hair stylist, as she is the one whom got be hooked on the product, she says, she has never had the problem.
Please help me understand what could have happened to the dispensing mechanism.
In future I will keep my receipt and return the product to the store.

L'Oreal International l'oreal nourish 6 oil in 1 shampoo

The shampoo of L'Oreal(L'oreal nourish 6 oil in 1 shampoo) I bought a few days back, the shampoo is not in usable condition, i.e its viscosity is not proper and is not developing any foam also when applied.
It is not even expired yet.Manufacturing date id Nov'2016, and shampoo is best before 36 months from manufacture.

I do not expect this from a company like L'Oreal.
Please help to replace the product

L'Oreal International loreal hair color 7g

I purchased this product at a Walmart in Apopka, FL just a few days ago.

I opened the box to use it yesterday afternoon (2/4/2017). Upon removing the hair coloring products, I noticed that the inside of the box was spotted dark browning from leakage. I determined that the Color tube (#2) had leaked into the box - bottom of tube was crusty from leaking the color.

Figuring it was ok to use, I removed the cap and opened it. When squeezing the product into the #1 container, more color started oozing out the bottom of the color tube. It became impossible to use the product.

I have used this product for many years with no problem. I am concerned that your quality control is lacking these days.

I want a replacement of this product since I could not use it.

I attached photos after discovering the leak in the box and the leakage of the tube.

I have purchased loreal paris fall resist 3x anti hair fall shampoo from big bazaar. At the time of purchase me any my wife was having no disease in my hairs except normal hair fall (Say 3-6 hairs a day).

L'Oreal International lipsticks pack named l'extraordinaire mat"

We purchased pack of 5 lipsticks titled as L'EXTRAORDINAIRE MAT" from Duty-Free Shop at Hongkong International Airport, on 16.08.2016 at about 7 PM and then board Jet Airways flight to our native country India (Mumbai).

On opening the pack at home, to our shock, my wife found that these lipsticks are dry and cannot be applied at all. We opened 2 out of 5 lipsticks . Pictures of product package attached herewith.

So request to reimburse our money immediately

L'Oreal International bad service and not taking the responsibility

Hi,
I took a service of Loreal Hair Smoothening at Bellezza Salon (Noida). Instead of smoothening my hair, they have spoilt it and my hair lost shine, its become dull dy and brittle. Its not even straight as expected. However they have refused to accept their fault and are refusing to give me free service to rectify it. Upon asking for bill, they have refused to provide me with it by saying that its a new salon and Registration number is under process and hence cannot provide me with any legal document like bill, licence or registration number.
In this scenario, What am I suppose to do. I have contacted Loreal Customer care_Mumbai who too said they wouldnot be able to do much on this case as they are not their registered client.
Are these type of salons legally authorised to run inspite of giving bad services and not even having complied with the legal proceedings? Am I not suppose to get the rectification of my hair by either Loreal or the salon free of cost.
Need help.

With endless promises to bring lusture and smoothness to the hair provided by Salon, I went ahead to get the treatment of my hair. The results were disastrous. These folks should be penalized heavily. They take no accountability. Furthermore, they provide no formal bills. Bellezza has absolutely untrained folks. They have badly damaged my hair post hair smoothening. I have explicitly taken out time to write this review s I do not wish any other person to suffer the way I have. I would also be complaining the Loreal folks in reference of this salon.

L'Oreal International l'oreal skincare ruined my face

I bought revitalift line, from the serum, the eye cream, the day cream, the night cream, and also i bought loreal milk and whitening toner.
Revitalift serum sting and made my face thick as if stung by bees!
The white toner burned my face, the outer layer of my skin peeled off!
Now my skin has horrible huge pores all over and hurts because there is no outer layer! There are even holes in some areas!
WHAT IS THE COMPANY GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?!
You are using dangerous chemicals and poor manufacturing practice! And did NOT test it properly on human skin!
MY FACE IS RUINED!
I am emailing because i tried calling MANY TIMES but nobody picked up the phone!
I am going to post this online so other people know about how horrible your products are.
THIS IS THE FACE YOU KNOW! FACE!
HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY FACE?
