Loot Crate subscription

I signed up for a 3 year subscription I got an email confirming that then I got an email a day later saying you upgraded and I was confused but I said hey maybe they gave it to me for free then two days later my accounts overdrawn and in in debt so please don't send any crates just give me my money back I just please in just starting out work and I wanted try your service but then this happened just please a refund is a necessity don't send any crates give me my refund please.

Loot Crate billing

I realized I was billed for a month, when I had no money on my bank account. It somehow went through anyways and put me into negative balance, which would trigger a hefty over-draft fee on my account if I didn't take action to get them to refund it fast. No biggie, I've had that problem with Amazon and Netflix and it was always resolved same day.
I emailed and sent in 2 tickets Saturday night around 10pm. 1 about my account and the billing, and another about a late crate from last month. I got a reply saying I've opened duplicate tickets and to respond to the late crate ticket only. So I do so. I get another email saying that they were confused about my account request to cancel. (I don't see how, I was very clear in my email!) They were replied to Sunday at 2am. Just hours after I sent it. Good start thus far. The person is confused if I want to cancel forever or until the end of the period (not like it matters, I said cancel and refund...) Then when nothing is done, and its Monday and the overdraft fee hits I'm angry. Someone was able to respond to my request 4 hours after I sent it, but then not checked on again for an entire 24 hours?! 8/10 I send another reply back to my ticket saying that nothing has been done about my account, I'm still being charged and now have this overdraft fee. 2 days later, I get an automatic reply talking about the "Due to an increase in volume our reply time is taking longer than what you might have previously experienced."
So then same day I finally get a reply. Guess what they bring up? The late box which was already addressed and taken care of. No one brings up my account or cancelling, or how I'm over drafted. I sent one last email, last night, 8/13, this time obviously angry about the situation. Demanding that this be taken care of. I get a reply, "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding! This is an error from our end. No problem! I have refunded your account for the most recent charge. Please allow 2-5 business days for that to reflect back to your account." With 2 other emails from lootcrate. 1 subscription REACTIVATED (what?!?!1 whhhyy?) and another for Subscription cancelled. I look at my bank. I'm now $23.80 lighter! They charged me, AGAIN! So now I have to get 2 fees taken care of!
This is absolutely ridiculous!

Loot Crate unauthorized credit card charges

i want my subscription canceled like yesterday kind of fast, im tired of these charges. i never gave permission for automatic charges and no matter how many times i complain i never get a reply. i just want my account to be canceled no more of these charges! i can give u any information you need just contact me [censored], i have given you my email so many times. my last box was under the name krystal solomon.

Loot Crate my order of loot anime

I have gotten emails saying that my loot anime was declined and then a few days later it said that it was going to be delivered but I never got it. I have been waiting almost 4 months without a loot anime even though there has been money in the account to buy the loot anime. Will I get my back dated loot anime or get 4 boxes of the new loot anime? Will I get my money back for not getting the loot anime on the desired month it was meant to be?

Loot Crate loot gaming crate crushed! lies and evasions from lootcrate support

Hello,

I live in Australia was involved in a serious car accident that has left me with a permanent injury in my back and neck and I ordered the Mad Science Loot Gaming crate to cheer me up. I'm not able to get more crates for a little while whilst I pay for my surgeries, but I fully intend to buy more in a few months. It took more than double the usual amount of time to get the crate here and when it finally did it was full of mildew and mould, the crate crushed badly, and contents crushed and reeking of a terrible smell. It looked like the crate had been dumped in water and left to rot. It was disgusting. I had to throw it out and nothing was salvageable.

When I contacted Loot Gaming I was assured that a replacement would be sent very soon. That was almost 3 months ago. I have been contacting Loot Crate every couple of weeks and was assured several times that it was ready to be posted from warehouse. That was back in February and I continued to get nothing but excuses about warehouse moves and delays on sending me the crate. I kept being assured that it was about to be sent but they'd moved warehouse and to be patient, which I was. I was given a postage number and I waited and waited and it never arrived. Every time I wrote to Loot Crate tonget an update I got an excuse and an assurance that it was still coming. I saw the crate going up on Loot Vault and couldn't understand why they had crates for it in all short sizes but for some reason I was not getting my replacement crate sent to me.

I contacted Loot Crate to again find out what happened a few days ago with the crate and I get back an email saying that the crate had been sold out and they gave me a refund! The crate is STILL for sale through the Loot Vault in all sizes! How is that 'sold out'? I was only told that they couldn't send it and had no crates left, after I told them that I couldn't buy my crates for a couple of months due to my injuries.

I have consistently been lied to and given nothing but excuses when I that crate was the last one that I can afford to get for quite a while. Loot Crate sells themselves as a family that loves their customers, but they did this to someone who is suffering in tremendous pain and only wanted their crate that had contents for some of their favourite games. I was eagerly waiting for the Resident Evil 7 t-shirt, the Exclusive Mega Man Proto Man Helmet and the
EXCLUSIVE Psychonauts Goggles.

I was sent a damaged Delorean from another crate a few months before that one and it was never replaced either, although I sent pictures of the damage to the car and pack. I just got demands for more pictures of the box. It was a Back To The Future crate.

I have been a loyal member for quite a while with Loot Crate and bought three crates a month from Loot Crate, Loot Gaming and Loot DX. I'm injured right now but intent to get my crates again in a few months when I'm able to work again. I mentioned in my last email to support that I couldn't afford crates right now and I really feel like that was why I was sent a refund rather than having anything resolved. If I'm not buying crates then I'm not a customer? The constant lies and evasion just bother me tremendously. Loot Gaming could have sent me another crate for this month or one of the others that I had to skip but instead they just sent the money back and washed their hands of it. Just because I'm in Australia doesn't mean that deserve to be treated badly. This is dreadful service to someone who loves their crates so much.

Loot Crate for international shippers, think twice before you pay for loot crate

I live in South Africa, quite a distance from loot crates branch I guess(no idea where they situated).

It was a exciting moment to see your favorite themes and shows for the month and made you undoubtedly subscribe just to obtain some of those goodies. My patients slowly exhausted as the loot box never arrived, it seems that the crate is stuck somewhere, lost somewhere or... Stolen? We never know, loot crate doesn't know ... And guess what? It's not their problem, they had it shipped, given it out to the local post office and BANG. Loot crate completed the mission, they moving into to the next month's crate.
Look, what iv gained from loot crate is that... They have very small control over what happens overseas, like south africa. You can contact them what do ever, they can't help you lol. It's funny, I just take it that the money I gave them is for Charity, hope for nothing in return. *unsubscribes*
Thanks for reading. Big shoutout to loot crate, the biggest misery of the loot crate industry.

Loot Crate scam service! I don't get my boxes!!

When I found this website I was amazed! I saw some similar websites but this one was exactly the one I've always dreamed of!
I immediately signed up for a one year membership and soon I received my first box! I was really happy and liked everything. But the next month nothing arrived so I contacted Loot Crate customer service and they promised to ship me another box.
I did receive it. The next month the same thing happened and when I contacted them they refused to help! They called me a liar and said that I just want to get two boxes! What?
I was telling the truth and they did not believe me! I wanted to cancel my subscription but they refused! So I lost my money and I don't get any loot!

Don't use their subscription! I subscribed and ordered few things from Loot Crate website. But they charged me for another month without my permission and they keep sending me new boxes! I sent them numerous messages and asked them to stop sending me boxes but it seems like they don't even read my messages! They took my money again and I have no idea how to stop this madness! I want to cancel my subscription!!

Loot Crate unauthorized credit card charges

This should be a simple matter to get this fraudulent withdrawal removed permanently from my account. I have spent a great deal of time with your claims department, and all they say is "temporary restoration" "will investigate". I have tried to call this company (Loot crate) and they have very limited on line access and have only an answering machine and no return call. Plus, in the process, i found this is a common practice on their part. The following should be investigation enough:

My note to loot crate - again, they apparently do this all the time. I never at any time authorized them to have continuing access to my account.

I am annoyed that chase - check my long customer history - doesn't *immediately* write this off as a scam.

I have tried to call you numerous times. I am very very upset with you; i have never subscribed to loot crate - i am a 70-year old man. I believe my youngest son, also an adult, a year or so ago may have subscribed, and may have given me cash to put in my bank to subscribe, but

(A) i did not subscribe to your "service" at any time.

(B) i did not authorize you or anyone associated with you to withdraw funds from my bank account for any kind of "auto-renewal".

(C) i do not want your service, and have never made use of it. Your dealings with my son are with him; he is an adult and he has his own account with another bank.

(D) unsubscribe.

(E) i want to hear from a real human being that you are refunding the substantial funds you have taken from my chase bank account. I regard this as a scam.

My review is for the monthly subscriptions. Overall the loot you receive is pretty cool and i had no bad things to say about that.

What's the point of buying a 3 month subscription if they are going to charge you after those three months are up?
Basically you have to log into your account and cancel the subscription or else theyre...

I purchased the invasion crate about 4-5 weeks ago... Arrived today [protected]

The crate itself looked like it had been used as a football, all bash in etc, luckily the contents didn't seem to be damaged.

The items are of poor and cheap construction, the t-shirt is made of thin material that won't last long, the torch led's...

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. Once you sign up they have you hooked. There seems to be no way to cancel you subscription, only a number to call (No one to talk to) and leave a message. Our order was cancelled the first of oct. We have received a box in late oct. Nov. And dec. All the boxes were refused and sent back unopened...

“scammed out of money & no loot crate”

There was a month inwhich i truly was intreseted in, so i bought a one month subscrinption. I then attempted to make sure it was canceled, i checked the website and couldn't see a cancel button anywhere. Due this i persurmed it's because i only got a month.

The new month came by and i had not the money in my bank so it didn't come...

What a ripoff! I made a purchase october 16th for one month. They apparently then charged my debit card again on november 6th for another month saying i was auto enrolled in a subscription! This resulted in a $36 nsf fee.

When i contacted them, they blamed me for "not understanding" how their website works and refused to cancel...

In the october 2015 box was a bill and ted shirt, which was cool, albeit the coolest thing in the box. It was labeled as a men's large, which is my preference. Loot Crate don't subscribe!

Avoid Loot Crate at all costs and don't ever subscribe! These people will not let you cancel subscriptions. There is absolutely no way to cancel on their website and the only way to contact them is by email. When I contacted them and asked them to cancel my subscription, they said something about some bugs on their website. They told that everything will be fixed as quickly as possible and then they would contact me back. No one ever contacted me and now they ignoring all my messages! This company is a terrible scam!

Loot Crate the order was lost somewhere and I couldn't find out where it was

My deal with the company www.lootcrate.com wasn’t good at all. I have also registered on the website and paid for 3 months’ subscription. So, after that I placed the order, but the company tipped-toed and hadn’t provided the order. I wanted to know what has happened with them and of course emailed them, but the rep said that they soon would figure something out and would contact me. Still no delivery, no news from this liar.

Loot Crate the company didn't care about the customers' problems

I have registered on the website www.lootcrate.com. I have ordered T-shirt from them and when the order arrived, and I didn’t like the quality and was shocked that after 3 days the t-shirt was torn in 4 places! The fabric was awful and I complained to the seller, but he didn’t care about the customers’ problems and didn’t even response to my questions and complaints. I would place zero stars if it can be possible.

Loot Crate not worth it!

3 months ago I ordered some products from Loot Crate but still have not received any email showing that my order was shipped. I have tried to contact customer support many times and received only one reply. It stated that my order was cancelled! I could not find a number to call! These thieves just stole my money! I'm so disappointed! I want my money back. It is sad that I to have to write this review because I really loved Loot Crate. I have no idea what happened with them but I'll never order anything from them again.

Loot Crate I didn't get the password

I subscribed for one month on the website www.lootcrate.com. I paid $29.99 and the rep told me that I would get the password. I waited couple of hours, but I got nothing. I sent couple of emails to the rep, but he told to wait more and in the end he stopped to communicate at all. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I ordered the My Chemical Romance Exclusive Lootcrates and I have not received anything. These were ordered in October of 2021 and were canceled but no money has been refunded to my account.

I haven't received my full subscription (I paid for a 6-month subscription of the crate and they have missed multiple months since) and they automatically billed me for another 6 months when they haven't even fulfilled the first 6.

The box arrived damaged with the items hanging out the side of the box. The t-shirt is scuffed from shipping. The box itself was crushed in some areas.
