LongHorn Steakhouse to go order

Submitted an order online 1/12/18 totaling $96.23. The order wasn't confirmed item by item upon pick-up nor was a receipt issued. My son (age 17) picked up the order and was told "everything is there, we are busy" when he picked up the order. Several items were missing, including two side salads, loaded potato toppings, and two Flo's filets were med rare instead of medium well. Upon calling the restaurant I was told it was very busy, but that I would be issued and $10 gift card. No apology was issued and the one Flo's Filet steak alone was 8oz. When I expressed not being content with $10 I was told I would receive a return call but that there wasn't any other option, which never occurred. All corespondence was via a manager.

LongHorn Steakhouse diversity/seating

On 1/10/18 approx. 4:00 pm I visited LH in Shelton Ct. with my wife, we asked for a booth, Rest. was only at 30% capacity Many booths available yet we were offered a tiny booth next to restrooms after walking past 10 open booths (Have had seating issue at this loc. in the past) I expressed my displeasure! This Loc. HAS Diversity ISSUES! I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOC. AGAIN. Need to look into problem there.. Overlooked bad treatment in past but will no longer due to reoccurring issues, not a one time thing..

Customers are seated based on rotation, i.e. what server is up next to receive a table and they are seated in sections that are currently being covered by a server. This has nothing to do with "diversity" and everything to do with rotation. It isn't rocket science and no one was trying to hurt your feelings. It is quite easy to speak up and say "I don't like this table, please seat me somewhere else".

Terrible service! Apparently the server Virginia L, didn't like other women because she ignored as I ordered and only would listen to what my husband had to say. We live in athens and have amazing service at our longhorn in town and always split the 10oz salmon which is pleanty for us! Apparently that set the stage for her to ignore us and when she brought out the bread she had cut us only half of a piece which I found odd? I feel like they give you a knife for a reason! We never got asked for a refil until it was time to leave she asked my husband if he'd like a "a pibb to go" but failed to ask me which I thought was very rude! When we finally got our food which took 45 minutes and we ordered right when we got there the broccoli was ice cold! I am so glad that was not my first experience at a longhorn because if it was I would never be back and will never be back to this location!

LongHorn Steakhouse dining experience/ food

I went to the North Attleboro MA location for my son's birthday on 12/29/2017 6pm which we called ahead. We had a party of 13 which we told them we were splitting checks before ordering but they said they would do it at the end. That resulted in incorrect checks twice and over 15 mins to receive a correct check. Then when we got our food several ppl at the table complained about their sides either being cold or nasty but nothing was done. My mother complained about her steak being under cooked and it took until the end of the meal to be received. No manager ever came over once then my son got his birthday ice cream which he never got a spoon and i asked 3 times. He had to eat with a fork because it never came he's 7. I worked for longhorn before and the waiters were unorganized and not once did a manager come over to even apologize or anything. I spent over 90 dollars alone and was disappointed with my food, service and complete dining experience.

When you spend over 300 dollars in a restaurant you expect your food and service to be good not get your food cold and wrong. I worked for the corporation so I was shocked by the service and quality of food

I am really surprised by Longhorn's approach to marketing. I have been trying to find the menu, but because I live out of the area where the restaurants are located, I can not get to it online, which is my only resource. It's like the only people who matter to you are your local neighbors. This is a pi$$ poor way of making your name and restaurant known, and in making people think you have something great to sell. If you did, you'd share everything positive about your business, hoping to draw people in, not just your neighbors. I, for one, look forward to finding restaurants that I do not have access to where I live, but yours obviously won't be on my list this summer when I go on vacation. You might consider hiring a better marketing agency and expanding your online information into a database that anyone can see.

LongHorn Steakhouse why was my steak burnt I ask for well done not burnt steak

On December 29th I went to the Longhorn Steakhouse in Westland I ordered it by phone I asked for a well done steak it costed me $29.66 I ordered a WELL DONE steak but they gave me a burnt steak! Steak so brunt i tried scrapping the burntness off but won't work you can taste the burntness 😣 $29.66 for this ?wow! I love LongHorn Steaks this just made me upset Im very disappointed... the steak was so burnt that the juiciness from the state being burnt went over to my broccoli and then my broccoli started tasting burnt just like the steak did. LongHorn Steakhouse worst experience I have ever had with service!

Worst experience ever! Came here for Christmas dinner everyone got their steaks and I sit here with nothing. After 10 min everyone is eating and I received half my dinner. My lobster tail is missing and my steak is the small not the large I ordered. This place is has always been bad this is the ultimate crappy place. No one has been back to find out if we need anything. My husband had to get up and go into the kitchen to find our waitress along with the rest of the wait staff in back having a party. Absolutely NO ONE was on the floor. After my husband went back I finally got my lobster tail and it was cold. I sent everything back because everyone is done eating and I just got my food. Merry Christmas to me! The manager came over and kept repeating everyone makes mistakes. Yeah people do but NO ONE was around to rectify the situation and everyone in my party had eaten and received their to go boxes and the manager comes over with my food. I asked if he was serious or is this a joke. He was completely serious. Why don't you just slap me in my face in front of my whole family. Please save yourself the aggravation and BAD service. I will NEVER come here again and will be telling everyone I know about this place and to not go.

LongHorn Steakhouse 2nd longhorn with multiple problems with service

We have always Loved your guys restaurant probably one of the best steak joints me and my wife have ever been too. However the last 2 times I have attempted to have dinner at your restaurant at totally different locations. It seems I cant get the service that I once had, which is really a let down for me Being that I dont care what the bill costs and never shrug when it comes to getting what ever I want of your guys menu. I went to the one in Frankfort Kentucky a couple of weeks ago and sit for a hour before the waitress came out with the manager and said that she had forgotten to place the order with the cooks. Which im not to upset about because they did try and take care of us and make things right with the drinks we ordered. Which was probally almost 60 to 70 dollars there self. So upset yes about the food but the going above and beyond trying atleast to make it right me and my wife was happy with. But tonight in Louisville Ky Hurstbourne PKWY I was really just embaressed to be there. First we waited for drinks for almost 30 mins, note I did have 3 kids with me. Then we asked the waitress where my Tunion was, with the reply. Oh im sorry we are out of Tunnions. So I thought OK no Big deal just out of them, we waited for about another 20 mins and I said maam. Can we have some bread we didnt get any on the way in, with the answer of sorry we are out of bread. ... Out of bread ... So still keeping my cool let that slide as well. Said ok lets just order, we order our food and she takes the orders heads back to the kitchen. Then another 20 or so mins goes by and the manager comes out. Figuring he was just gonna say sorry for the bread and the tunnion, comes out and says sorry sir we are out of rice for your meal. ... People that dont care what it costs to get something to eat will spare no expense at your alls restaurant and I am one of those people. Its typical for me to spend up to 150 and never bat a eye, but at this point I am questioning the integrity of the business itself. I mean if it was the same one Id just chalk it up to a bad restaurant or bad management. But 2 different ones in total oposite towns is a let down for me I am sorry and making a family of 3 kids and your wife wait that Long for decent service is un aceptable. I am questioning if I will ever go back

LongHorn Steakhouse servers, management and overall experience

It was absolutely horrible! 23 of my long time friends, from all over the country planned a full day of fun. We do this once a year and choose longhorn to be a part of this day. I Took advantage of the ‘call ahead' feature; as well as, explained we were on a very tight schedule - I planned the whole day out perfectly. Management advised they could accommodate easily. We arrived promptly at the designated time of 4:30. However, We waited an additional 2.5hrs to be seated! There was no apology or reason provided as to why we had to wait for the extended time, despite there being no one in the restaurant. Instead of leaving we decide to wait since everyone enjoys longhorn and no restaurant close enough to accommodate, but yet again we were disappointed. When we were finally seated it took another 30+min for anyone to come and take Just our drink orders! Even after reiterating to management we were on a schedule no consideration was given- not even an apology! For those of us that did receive food it was wrong, and as a result the the rest of the evening Was ruined I had to push back what I could and even cancel the rest of our days events. - so I just wanted to thank longhorn for ruining one of the most important days of our year. I will never go back to that longhorn again

LongHorn Steakhouse food & service

Our family choose to come back to the Smyna, TN Longhorns Steakhouse because we had a enjoyable time at my birthday celebration. This time it was my daughter's birthday and it was a disaster from the start. First we ordered cocktails the waiter claimed they was out of several liquors and took forever. It was on a Sunday no one else was in the restaurant. Ordered appetizers the wings were under cooked. The dinner entrees came out cold and took hours for food to come out kitchen. We had party of 17 ppl.It was a disaster.

LongHorn Steakhouse the manager & host was rude & unprofessional

On Saturday November 11, I attended my brother & his girlfriend baby shower dinner. The reservations were made for 7'o clock pm. The party of 24 people arrived 15 minuets early. We wasn't seated until 7:30 pm. The host at he front door had an sour attitude. The manager of that location, which I was told he's the general manager of that location Mr Jeramine was rude & unprofessional. We would ask an question concerning us being seated he would cut us off. He never came to apologize for our wait. This was my first & last time coming to this location. My 8 year old son said mommy I don't want to come here anymore. They took forever to bring him an cup of water. I will stick the Longhorn Steakhouse out Largo, MD. I felt as through we should had gotten an free appetizer or at least something off our bill.

LongHorn Steakhouse reservation and service

We wanted upper management to be aware of the experience we had at one of your Locations. My name is Douglas Dunayer and I made a reservation at the Gervais St Longhorn in Columbia SC. I phone in on November 4th and made a reservation for November 11th for 7pm for 24 people. We all arrived there and the restaurant was very busy so we didn't mind waiting a bit. Finally around 8pm rolled around and they told us that they could only seat half of the party because they were waiting for another table to leave. They then told us if we wanted they could split the group up so we could all be seated. So we did agree and we had 2 tables around the corner from each other. At the table we sat at they had no chairs set up so they said they would have to bring some. No menus, no table settings. We had to ask for everything. The dining room manager came over and apologized about everything and said she would make sure the service would be exceptional. Then they brought the waters and some drinks and didn't even have straws. We tried to enjoy ourselves as we were celebrating my birthday. Things were just getting worse. Then to top off the night the worst thing that could possibly happen did. Have the table was served there Entrees while the remaining people waited 20-30 minutes for their food. This was totally unacceptable and the Manager came over again and tried to calm down the situation. Just wanted your Company to be aware how a night was totally ruined for us

LongHorn Steakhouse overall restaurant quality

My visit to the camp creek longhorn on 11/8/17 had to have been by far the absolute worst fine dining experience known to man! The wait was double the amount of time we were originally told, our server was just downright lazy, and to top it off while my husband and our two children (9&12) were walking to our car we were privy to clouds of marijuana smoke & what's worst is that it was coming from an employee! The girl didn't have a name tag, but she appeared to be african american with big red curly hair! It's bad enough children at school are pressuring each other to try drugs... The last thing I need is for my son to start asking questions and being curious about pot because we decided to have family dinner night at clearly a unprofessional unproductive establishment!

My fiancé and I visited Longhorn Steakhouse in Tallahassee Fl on October 28, 2017 for our date night (because it is my favorite restaurant). Whenever we arrived, a waitress barely wanted to take our order. We set there for over an hr and a half and she came to tell us they put 2 huge parties before us and it wasn't her fault. We offered to pay for our drinks and left. I am disappointed in the customer service here and will not be visiting here anymore. I hope this issue is resolved and if not, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

LongHorn Steakhouse undercooked food

My husband and I are frequent customers to the Longhorn restaurant in Stroudsburg Pa 18360. We were there yesterday (101117 at 1:50pm We walked in ahead of an older couple . Joanna was there she was our waitress on oher occasions, ahe was ill and told us she was leaving. We waited QUITE a awhile for any kind of service, finally the waitress came and took our orders my husband ordered a WELLDONE steak no seasoning and i ordered a hamburger with NO onions plain and well done and fries. WE waited and waited I questioned a ladIy i think was the afternoon manager where our food was I stated the older couple sitting across from us(they were the couple that came AFTER us) had received their food and the waitress had asked them if they wanted dessert where as we didn't even get our food yet. So she told us she would check on our order I saw her come out of the kitchen area and she went the other way away from us! We waited some more and finally our food came. My hamburger was NOT well done and it had ONION cheese tomato on it I ordered it plain and well done. My husband's steak was worse than that. The juice and blood was swimming all over the plate he said to the waitress "Wait I want to make sure it is well done" Well guess what it was blood red inside. How absolutely appalling to have your food not cooked and your french fries overcooked and swimming in blood! It was awful. We walked out and did NOT eat anything . I think they forgot about us and then rushed the order because I asked about it. Please inform the district manager or whoever oversees this restaurant and the cook and staff should be retrained on food service. This was totally unaccepatable!

LongHorn Steakhouse assistant manager - stacy

I ordered a strawberry margarita, which is advertised to have fresh strawberries and a rock candy stirrer with it. When the drink came it had neither. When I asked about it, the waiter apologized and said that they were out of these items, then sent Stacy over. She asked us what was wrong and then proceeded to say “We’ve been out of these items for a few days now” and I said “Well this is false advertising, I should have been informed of this when I ordered it.” She said “I don’t know what to tell you we’ve been out.” She was conpletely rude! This went back and forth a few times and she gave the same response every time, even said “I can’t give you a discount or anything of that matter.” Then asked, “what am I supposed to do about it?” My dad then said “just leave me in peace to finish my dinner.” Absolutely the rudest service I’ve ever experienced.

LongHorn Steakhouse daytona beach location for lunch

We always frequented your restaurant in New Jersey receiving prompt, courteous service, decent portions, and reasonable cost. New to Florida we visited for my husband's birthday your Daytona Beach location on 9/18/17 at noon. The service was quick, prompt, courteous, and polite. I was, however, embarrassed by the portion size of the $9.99 prime rib/salad and $11.99 prime rib/fries sandwiches that were served. My $9.99 sandwich was 1/2 the size as stated, and the salad was very good. However, my husband's supposed "whole sandwich" was smaller than mine. Had it not been for the bread served beforehand we would have been hungry. The $26.49 (roughly) lunch including one soda at $2.99 (high) was very much overpriced for what it was compared to your competitors.

We were dismayed and would reconsider going back if a complimentary lunch coupon were sent OR a refund were given. I can be reached at [protected]@aol.com. Thank you.

LongHorn Steakhouse staff

visited that horrible establishment for the first and last time. I was a fan of lhsh but now . Me and my party of 25 birthday wellwishers, started out on a good note with leon (server) but gradually got worse. Ohhh and yes it racial very racial. Someone in the establishment decided that we wasnt going to pay our tab and called the police to babysit us a table full of able-bodied working adults. Not one time did the so called manager come over to our tables beacuse we had a quite of few. How was we suppose to get out paying a lousy tab when we came in doves? nor the police nor the manager said one word to us they only gawked while we ate our food like we were in prison with armed supervision. Now please show me that paragraph in lhsh book of etiquette or better yet your employee handbook. Now lets get to the service issue . If you check the receipts from last night you will see quite a few items were sent back from the appetizers that were brought out after the entree wtf. The weak drinks the cold food, the sides that were brought 30minutes after the meal was eaten and thats after it took them 15 minutes to come and ask for our drink order. The manager is ineffective because if you seen this going on why not approach the table and simply say is there something i can help you with.Instead y ou call ed the freaking cops. Roll the cameras back, i have enjoyed lhsh other locations and i have never experienced this type of treatment. My very own dinner was there in january of this year. I was terribly embarrassed and then they took their time bringing out my birthday cake until i had to go to the kitchen to retreive it myseld but she sindy ( one of the most rudest server in hospitalty history) decided to bring it out. That was when the police came into play. Humilation is an understatement. My suggestion have job fair asap

LongHorn Steakhouse broccoli - side item

I purchased a large order, to include broccoli as a side item. It was difficult for me to consume the broccoli or even have an appetite for the rest of the food, as the broccoli looked as if the decaying process started. As the picture attached below, all the stems had several black spots on them. I assumed that instead of using fresh broccoli, the restaurant used whatever they had laying in their cooling storage system. I was very disappointed!

LongHorn Steakhouse the 12.99 special

To whom it concerns, you know the wife and I decided to try long horn again and see if anything has changed, we saw the 12.99 meal commercial and said it looks good, We finish up, get the bill and see an extra charge for the mac n cheese, then wondering if we can ever come to one of your establishment without some kind of surprise, yes you might say its only 1.79, but we live on a fixed income and have to save for a excursion to a place like longhorn, anyhow just had to voice my opinion and when you say a meal for 12.99, let it be 12.99, tired of your surprizes

My family was having dinner at The tuscaloosa restaurant and our table and about 3 others had roaches crawling on them while eating. Our server was e t
extremely nice about everything but this wasn't the first time this has happened to us. It has one of the lowest ratings I've seen at this store in a while. We frequent there often and I just want to see some improvements.
