Long John Silver's product & service

For starters we were trying to order from Long John Silvers as the sign outside indicated this was where we were. There was no menu for LJS in the drive through. They told me I had to come inside to view the menu. I came inside and placed the order. Drove off and noticed no condiments at all. Came back to the drive through and requested the condiments. I had to ask for untensils and knapkins. We reached our destination in 10 minutes to find that the food was not only cold, there were no hush puppies in either meal. I did not have an issue with paying the $18.38 for the meals if they were quality food and were complete as what I paid for. No one there smiled, greeted us, said thank you or even offered to sell me something to drink with our meals while I ordered. Even when I came back for the second time through the drive through there was no greeting, apology or anything. All we got was (I guess it was a manager) asking the window employee why she was giving us condiments. He didnt look very friendly either. In fact he had a scowl on his face as if we were bothering him. This visit overall was a complete failure on behalf of this company. I am not impressed at all and may never return. I tried to call the location but the phone number listed is not correct.

Long John Silver's quality of food

Today on November 13 we want to Long John Silver's in Moline Illinois I spent $42 for dinner for my grandchildren Charlie have a bad experience cheese curds we're not put completely fries were cold and three of my grandchildren now I have diarrhea they had chicken the other two had fish and they are fine Not sure what happened food was very greasy never had any kind of experience like this any longer I'm Somers before find her share my experience today with you to make you aware of the situation

Long John Silver's product and condition of store

Hi
I was a frequent customer at store #22456 in Phoenix but I moved away. Decided to take a ride there tonight as I always liked your product.
Not today, Monday 11/13/17. ()see attached receipt).
I ordered shrimp & fish platter. After I paid and was waiting, a guy says that they don't have any shrimp. What? That's what I went there for. I got chicken. I asked for tartar sauce and was handed 2 portion cups which were not chilled and looked a bit separated--yuk. The fish was not fresh and was greasy, chicken was old as well.
While waiting, there was a young lady "working" leaning on the wall wearing a heavy winter coat. I said that it wasn't cold! She said she was sssssssooooo sick. When I sat to eat, I could literally hear her moaning and groaning, leaning on the wall, sitting on the floor, and then actually leaning over the register. If she was that sick, she shouldnt be working around food, not to mention touching customers cups and plates. She should not be the first thing a customer sees upon entering the store!
I run a kitchen and I have to hold myself back from calling the health dept.
Just thought Id notify you before someone does.
I would like to receive a refund for this bad experience, not to mention that I had to throw out half my plate.

Long John Silver's managers and area coaches

Store 70021 belle vernon area,

Erin Beaver is The (GM) she on boarded her boyfriend to work there and hasn't worked there since it was just to collect a pay check for vacation time. We was stuck with no workers and down to none but he refused to come in.

ALSO no minor in the last 7mth received any breaks Which parents to complain but she does not care! Also parents have called and complained about how many hours there child works, but the area coach and others are trying to cover up the issues and want people to lie about the real situation, Ryan Jordan Was has female issues and was told no break and to not use the restroom (Amanda Vanhooser - [protected]) (naraha minor never gets breaks [protected]) (maddi mccrackin [protected]) (Starlyn [protected]) Dynaja wells seen first hand a lot of the bs.

Long John Silver's appearance service and food

I went to store #32013 and if I wasn't so hungry I would've left. The young man and a jeans that were dirty and sagging. There were no shrimp or onion rings available. I ordered the fish tacos and there was no lettuce on them, they must have been out of that as well. The whole experience was not a good one! If I want Long John Silver ever again it surely won't be at that location!

Long John Silver's the entire experience yet again! only weeks after my first initial complaint and have yet to see results!

I very much appreciate your generosity and offer! Unfortunately today I visited the same Pittsburg location today and yet received the same service!

Upon arriving to place my order I was told to hold on for 5 minutes with no other cars in line! Then when I was finally greeted I placed my order only to be told to wait again, for another 5 minutes! I observe the cashier putting together part of my order, only to abruptly walk to the back on her cellular device! She comes back to the window and apologizes and asks for what I had ordered again! This is now almost 15 minutes since I've arrived and she's asking what I've ordered again. I again repeat my order, mind you my food I paid for is sitting on the counter getting cold for now over 5 minutes, while the two employees pace back and fourth, disappear off to the right of the window and minutes later to finally I get my order (2-K7s, 1- 10 piece tenders bucket, 20 piece wings bucket, chicken pot pie and three drinks).This is almost 20 minutes after I have arrived and no other customer is in the drive thru and only one customer sits in the dining room! Neither employees wore hair nets, from which their matted and tangles hair protruded from under their visors! Their attitudes were pathetic and neither employee show any sense of urgency or plain professionalism! This is weeks after my last visit and giving them the benefit of the doubt, I thought the situation and store would've have been improved! Unfortunately it has not and doesn't seem to be getting better in the near future! The food I recieved was sub par, the chicken was dry and over cooked from sitting under the heat lamps for what seems to be hours and that was all the chicken I received! Not one time seemed fresh and quite frankly it was a terrible experience yet again!

So with that being said I have placed a complaint with the Contra Costa Health Department and Better Business Bureau with the hopes it may alleviate the problem that so far management nor corporate have thouroughly discussed or remedied with staff! I've spoken with the store manager at this location and it's quite obvious he has no concerns for customer service or your product that him and his staff are selling and representing! I'll definitely be visiting another location but the Pittsburg location has lost my business! I certainly hope this is something that can be fixed for other future customers who visit this store.

Long John Silver's hours of operation

On 10/21/2017 about 10:39 pm, went to LJS and the drive thru staff stated LJS was closed as of 10:00 pm, but Taco Bell was open until 1:00 am. I'd drive approximately 10 miles out of my way to go to LJS. Before I headed that way, I checked the website and it stated this location was open until 1:00 am. I did not go on Taco Bell's website, I went on LJS website. The staff was very polite and the staff stated they'd brought this time discrepancy to the attention of the mgr and nothing has changed. I think this is very bad customer service. About a week before this incident, I went to the same store, they completely ignored the dining room customers and proceeded to handle the drive thru customers. The mgr apologized and offered the dining room customers our meal free. I really like your product, however, there are very few locations and when I go to one of your locations, it's out of my way. A desirable resolution would be a $10 gift card so I can return and get the meal I was prepared to purchase on 10/21/17. Thank you for reviewing my complaint and I await your response.

Long John Silver's fish and more with 2 pieces of chicken and a fish

After we got home. We live 30 miles out of town. My husband open his box and found a piece of spear mint gum already chew on the box lid . I contact the manger and she denied they it came from her thier but I know it did and offer a 5 dollar off our next meal. Well to be honest the tell city indana . Has gone down. I have eaten thier plenty of times but no more. So my husband went without supper Tonite.

It sounds like they tried to resolve it by offering you a future discount. In regards to your husband, why did he choose to go without dinner instead of eating elsewhere or making something at home?

Long John Silver's bad experience

I came to Long John Silvers today and I had a bad experience! Quintrell Winder is soo rude! I came threw the line and he was so Rude! Even wen he was taking my order and then I threw trash out the window and he was calling me nasty [censor] and arguing back and forth! Never eat from long john silvers on kings highway in Shreveport store number 32013 at the bottom is a picture of him.

Long John Silver's yelling at employee

I was here a week ago when I heard a manager with the name Erin yelling at the young female cashier. She said she was new and apologized to me I told her not apologize she didn't deserve that. Nothing was said but it was sad to see. Nobody should be talked to at work this way. I heard her complaining about a void another name I recognized was Dave he didn't do anything either. Bad place here I'll tell you

Long John Silver's store 70081 customer service

We was there around 7:30 tonight.
My problem is that the drive thru person could not count change, could not tell the difference between viniiger and ranch dressing, for got to add Cole slaw to are order, never added forks plus we have had this happen several times, it seems at night they suck.can't do nothing right. It was dark and they never had there lights on out side tooo, we have had to look up times several times to make sure they are open,

Long John Silver's customer service disrespectful workers

We arrived at long John silver's at 9:25 p.m. a worker came outside n informed us the inside was closed I said what time do you close its only 9:25p.m. he said we close at 9:25 p.m. I said no restaurant closes at 9:25 p.m. he said well we do.
Do we went through drive thru n the hrs clearly said that the inside closes at 10:00 p.m. so he lied to us n said per the mgr running it said they close at 9:25 p.m. that kind of service is unacceptable n upper mgmt might need to check on their staff more often like make surprise visits.i love long john silvers n I asked specifically for cocktail sauce so I couldn't even eat my food 11.00 down the drain I can't eat seafood w/out cocktail sauce I will not be going there again. I hope this gets fixed

Long John Silver's fish and more meal

10/23/2017 - Fort Henry Drive, Kingsport, TN Location - Very disappointed in meal. Fish was hard, slaw obviously different recipe...was awful. ask for sweet and sour and ketchup. Give me one sweet and sour for entire meal. And...went through drive through, was raining cats and dogs. Nothing to protect vehicles from rain. Whole trip was awful...and cost almost 10.00. Never again!

Long John Silver's condition of restaurant

10-22-17 I took my wife out for fish dinner and chose your resturant to which i wished i hadnt. We walked in and stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity, finally able to order our meals, my wife n i went to get the esentisls we would need . Drinks n napkins tarder etc. no lids for the drink cups, napkin dispencers inadequately supplied, a couple of tables had fragments of a meal still on them the floor had food on them all over nobody had taken care of the lobby in probably the entire shift. We had to use iur napkin supply yo blean off a table n chairs to sit. I told the clerk working there were no lids nor napkins at the station. He acted like this angered him as he retrieved product n slammed it into place muttering something under his breath. When the good was brought out he had to wade through a grease covered food covered floor to get to us

I live in weirton wv and
I go to long johns in my area every so often.
Well October 16, 2017 just happen to be the day lol well anyway every time I go to long johns I order the same thing the 16 piece meal with the extra sides being fries and hush puppy's . So I placed my 42.00 Dollar order and as I was at the window the lady came to and said it was going to be a few because the cook just put the food in I said okay .. well after a few minutes 2 more cars pulled behind me waiting on there orders as they beeped there horn at me bc I've been sitting there for 15 min. At this point finally as the cook came to the window he apologized to me saying he is sorry for the wait that he didn't drop enough food he then offered me a pop I said no thanks and offered to pull aside so they can wait on the 2 cars behind me and he said no because I don't have no food for then either and then he laughed. So I sat longer I then noticed the women that was at the pick up window outside talking to to last car in line i noticed she had what looked to be coupons in her hand so as she got to the car behind me I put my window down thinking she was going to come.e talk to me and give me a coupon as well ... Well instead of me getting a coupon I got to over hear her tell the couple in line behind me in the drive through " I'm sorry for ur wait here is a coupon the TJE LADY IN FRONT OF YOU ORDER A BIG MEAL AND ITS TAKING A WHILE SHE IS SUPPOSE TO CALL AHEAD FIR A 16 PEICE FAMILY MEAL AND SHE DIDNT " after that she then when back into the restaurant and came to the window 27 minutes later from the time I got there and handed me my food and I SAID OH I DIDNT NO WE WAS NOW SUPPOSE TO CALL IN AHEAD FOR A FAMILY MEAL " her response was oh ur not you don't have I just told them (the ppl behind me in line) that so the can be calm ... WELL FIRST OFF I JUST WAITED 27 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD AND WAS OFFERED A POP YOU THEN GO AND TELL PPL ITS MY FAULT THAT ITS TAKING SO LONG BC I DIDNT CALL AHEAD MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A STUPID RUDE PERSON THEN GIVE THEM COUPONS WHEN CLEARLY THE COOK MADE IT CLEAR TO ME HE DIDNT DROP ENOUGH FOOD FOR ORDERS. JUST YET YOU PUT BLAM ON ME AND DONT OFFER ME NO COUPON FOR WAITING 27 minutes for my food FOR UR COOKS SCREW UP ... I spend my hard earned money 42.00 in cash for my order to be treated like that ... Not again I will not be returning to my local long johns again very

Long John Silver's service

Saw a LJS in Spring, Texas, while driving home & pulled in. It is a combo KFC & LJS restaurant. Pulled into the drive through. At the order speaker there is a sign "KFC orders only - LJS orders must be placed inside". So I drive up to the payment window & ask why I can't order LJS in the drive through? She answered " I don't make the rules ". (?) I asked who does make the rules? She doesn't know because she is new there. I drive around & park. I go inside & there are 3 people in line waiting to place LJS orders and an obviously very new trainee trying to work the register with no back up. After nearly 7 minutes of this the trainee yells back for help and a very loud Spanish-speaking woman comes out. She leaves & sends another older man up who tries to help with the order. They finally get ONE order done, collect the money & take the next person. When it is my turn, I again ask for the manager. I get the same loud woman who was up there earlier. I ask her why we can't order LJS in the drive through? She says you can. So we go through the whole sign in the drive through & the girl at the order window. Since the girl is new, she gets the blame. The "manager" swears there is a small sign in the drive through that says if you know your order # you can order LJS there, otherwise you'll have to go inside. ( There is not such a sign because I went back around just to see). I asked why? Her answer : "We don't make the rules". I asked for owner's name or number. She writes down "Hassan" & a local number. I order a large meal of 2 pieces of fish & 3 pieces of chicken with cold slaw. I leave for home & try to call "Hassan" while driving. He answers and when I ask why customers can't order LJS thru his drive-through he also says "I don't make the rules". I ask him who DOES make the rules? First he pretends that he doesn't understand what I just asked. After the third "Who does make the rules?" HE HANGS UP ON ME. Nice. When I get home to eat, big surprise --- the order is wrong. Instead of 3 pieces of chicken & 2 pieces of fish, I got 1 piece of fish and 2 pieces of chicken. AND the slaw was in a KFC container! Seems like this "owner" isn't too interested in selling LSJ products OR making LJS customers happy. Horrible place. Horrible service. Horrible "owner" who doesn't have a tiny bit of manners or customer savy. Oh, and I still don't know who makes that rule that you can't order LJS through the drive-through. Stupid.

Long John Silver's food and staff

Tonight I took my daughter and her boyfriend to dinner at LJS in Logan WV. I havent been to this restaurant for 3 years or more. Not only was I disappointed but disgusted. The fish dinners we ordered ($33+) were not fit to eat. They were dried out and over cooked. I complained to the cashier and he said he wasnt the one who cooked it as he was on break at that time. He told the cook which was an older woman, to throw 2 more in the fryer in which she did. They had 2 more in back that was fro the same bad batch they offered us and said if they werent good, to let us know. Of course, they were as bad. She brought us out 6 pieces and they were disgusting and greasy. I watched 3 staff members take a cigarette break out in front of te restaurant, came back in and never washed their hands before touching food. I wasnt looking for a free meal but something needs to be done here. This is not something the health department would approve of.

Long John Silver's managerial staff

There is alot of stuff going on at the long johns in moundsville wv. The main manager Becky is letting the employees she is friends with get away with stuff also her boss Tina is to. The shift leader Anna steals money from the store by charging people and voiding stuff out to support her pill habbit. The crew leader has had a fling with multiple employees one of which was a married man named Clifton Davis and has since broke up with and started dating another employee named Michael Joesph thomas. I'm sick of all the things that go on in that place. The rest of the employees do there jobs. And they're smoking weed in the basement

Long John Silver's customer service

The past three times I went to Long John Silvers/A&W in Dickson City PA, they have refused to give me a side of garlic butter sauce (10/2/17). The employee was rude. Several employees have been rude in the past as well. I have had previous issues in the past with extremely long wait times even though there isn't a line ahead of me and the drive through window takes at least 15-20 minutes with no other cars in front of you. Never will I waste my time or money there again. Avoid !

Long John Silver's no cole slaw, old tartar sauce

On Sept 29, 2017, I ate at JLS around 7 p.m. When placing my order, the cashier said there was no cole slaw. That surprised me because it was a Friday night...fish and cole slaw go together. I should've just walked out at that point. When I got my fish and fries meal, the fish was 1/2 the thickness that is use to be and the breading wasn't like it used to be either ( the original breading has changed).
There were no ketchup packets out. The tartar sauce on the condiment table was in small plastic cups...no ice underneath. When I opened it up, it was translucent and runny. I went up to tell the person at the counter, he went back to get some more. When he returned, it was the same as the one I gave him plus it wasn't chilled which tells me that there were more that weren't refrigerated. It was only after I asked if there were any packets of tartar sauce that he gave me a few. After a little while one of the employees brought out some cups of tartar sauce with ice underneath it. I was very disappointed in the experience at that location. I hope all of the locations aren't the same as that one.
