Went to our local ljs and the customer service first off was very rude and unprofessional. The so called manager didn't have her badge on and was talking on her cell phone when we came up to the counter. And rudely looked at us as if we was bothering her, rolled her eyes and was going to ask what we wanted while still on her cell phone (personal call because she referred to the person in the other end as babe). Another associate decided to take our order. We sat down and 30 minutes later still did not have our food. It was not busy by any means in the store however cars in the drive thru that pulled up even 15 minutes after us was getting their orders. Finally went up to the counter and again was looked at if I was a bother. Informed them that it was ridiculous that we have been waiting 30 minutes and still haven't received our food. The lady just said well would you like a refund. No apologies were given for our wait time or how incredibly rude they were being. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment and encounter we had today. Will never eat here again!
