Long John Silver's unable to comment on experience

After nice food and service on 5/9/11 by Sharon T. at store #8291 in Murphy, NC, I wanted to be able to go to the survey address on my receipts: www.opinionport.com/yum and comment, but was unable to do so. Not only was the survey nearly impossible to locate, but I was never able to comment on the good food and service I received at this location. You make it really hard for these franchises to want to keep doing good service when you make it so difficult for customers to find and respond to surveys. How about clearing away a lot of the clutter on the various web sites that control your surveys, if you really want to glean information from your paying customers?

Long John Silver's employment

This company is the WORST to work for. I worked there for 4 years and moved myself up in the "company" from a cashier to an "acting general manager". First off, you can't believe a word anyone over a General Manager says; the District Managers & Director of Operations work behind everyone's back for themselves and cannot run their districts properly. Once you become a manager, they expect you to answer your phone 24/7 and always be on call if something happens, even if you're a shift manager. As a shift manager, I ran the store by myself on the days my GM was off because she refused to answer her phone and my District Manager would get irritated if we called him with problems. I was finally promoted to an Assistant Manager and was then taken from my home store to work at the 38th and Mitthoeffer location. They had labor cut so much that me and the General Manager were the only people working during the daytime and some nights, you would close with 2 people as well. I was given the option to take over the GM spot of another store in Peru, IN so I moved with the understanding of a promotion. After 3 months of listening to my new District Manager complain about a million different things, I still not had received the promotion I was promised. Since there was no "paperwork" on the actions items and time given, as soon as a new Territorial Manager took over, mine was thrown out the window. The District Manager, Steven Douthit is a horrible example of a leader in the community. He hangs out with his employees and participates in parties and acts that a manager should not participate in. It's disgusting to think that someone can quit in one District and then be re-hired in another, because the DM has a personal interest in the employee. This DM has nearly naked pictures on his facebook, and is friends with his employees on as well. He is always talking to the employees about his personal life and makes many people uncomfortable. The management that promoted him must have be desperate because this guy cannot even type an email out correctly. He spells everything wrong and talks so ignorant and ghetto, that someone with even a high school diploma could not understand his poor English. It's a shame to think that there are plently of General Managers in their company that would work 10 times harder than a DM like that, but they won't even look at them for a promotion because they've been with the company so long. Despite the horrible upper management, there are some great GM's & Assistants that are true to their word and always happy to help. Steven Burge is a District Manager and a great coach and leader as well as Libby Erwin, Reggie Wisely, Meaco Molina, and Karen Goodnight-Copas. If you're lucky enough to be in their location, please know that they will work hard to take care of you and make sure your experience as good. As far as employment, please think twice about working for people who can pay you for 48 hours but require you to work 15 hour shifts and 60 hours a week; even McDonalds doesn't do that. As for me, I've found a great job and a wonderful Area Manager, who actually can set expectations and help you meet goals so you can grow within a company. Please visit LFF.com and check us out!

Long John Silver's losing 60 cents an hour

Just call me t. I work for long john silvers here in tucson az located on ina rd and I am losing 60 cents an hour to cover food cost. I dont even eat at work cause the doctor has told me not to eat greasy foods and I was wondering if it is legal or company policy to take 60 cents an hour to cover food cost away from the employees. Now even if I was allowed to eat greasy foods is it legal for the owner to do. If so please tell me why, or if its not company policy or legal please tell me who I would need to contact cause the managers wont talk about it and neither will the owner ever since he got in trouble by the irs for not paying payroll tax for 5 years. What should I do I really need all the money I can get to support my two kids.

Long John Silver's horrible service

I went to LJS with my six screaming kids in the car and ordered two meals at the drive through speaker box. no drinks just meat and slaw. There was one person in front of me. I sat there for 18 min finally the people in front of me got there food and drove off. I than pull up to the window nd there is 4 people inside all propped up against the bar. i waited another 3 min before the girl walked up to the window and asked if i had orded a family pack i said no she said ok what did you have. i told her again and she rang it up and took my money 14 min later she hands me a bag and shuts the window i wait for 2 more min and thqn knocked on the window to get there attn and asked for some tqrter sauce so in all i sat in the drive trough of a FAST food resturqnt for like 38 min for two meals with all my kids screaming. now how fun is that she should hve put my order in when i ordered it aat the speaker. Never will i go back.

Long John Silver's rude manger

I visited the store on Feb 3rd at 3:24 p.m.And this location is also a Taco bell.So i order off the Taco bell side then i tried to order a L-7 which is two fish and 8 shrimp meal.But i dont like fish so i always get chicken instead.So i was just there the other day and i always order the same thing.So the cashier said i couldnt get that and i told her i always order!So i ask to speak with the manger and he came and he was so rude!He was like yeah and he didnt even come over to where i was standing.He peek around he the corner from where he was.When the cashier ask if she could do it he just said no!And walk off with a nasty look on his face i tried to explain him that i came by early that week and got the same thing already!He just walk off like i wasnt ###!I will never go to that store again.I had to drive to Stone mountain to get my food for that Long John Silver.And this is real close to my house he shouldnt be a manger if he do not wont to be bother with customers!

Paid $10 for a dinner and it was given to me cold. I called to tell them and I went back and instead of giving me fresh food all they did was throw it in the microwave. I could have done that at home but I didn't feel like paying $10 for soggy food. And the corn on the cob was cold STILL. The clams were not even cooked all the way! Wasted an hour of my time. Gas money going back for nothing. And 10 bucks wasted.

We went and order food and I gave them a100.00 bill and they refuse to accent it, so we left and went to Wendy's and gave them a 100.00 and we got our food. I will. I will be putting it in the paper and go on Facebook. We will never eat at long john silver every again. We are checking with a lawyer about not servicing food to people. Discrimination.I m very upset because we was hungry and they denied me.

if i wanted to buy dehydrated food id go buy it at a dehydrated store the fish was so dry and overcooked noone ate we spent 36.00 on a family meal waited 30 min on are order i figured it was going to be good with as long as the wait was i think i deserve a refund but i didnt want to go back and complain to them i wanted someone who would here me out the food was so dry it was flat

The other night I came threw drive-thru, this lady was very hateful and threw the bag at me. Not only that I did not recieve my coleslaw that was suppose to be in the mail. The food was hot and fresh though.

Long John Silver's Service

I went threw the drive in last week and waited 18 minutes for my food. No customers where in or outside the restaurant. There was a woman out back of the restaurant talking on cell phone smoking a cigaret. No one was coming back to the window so I started honking my horn, still no reply, so I started tapping on window, still no reply, so I opened window and yelled is any one there. Then A young man came to window and said the cook was cooking my order and then shut window and locked it with a stick. Finally my 3 chicken plank dinner was ready with about 8 french fries. Yesterday, like a fool I went back, but went inside this time. There was a woman, man and a child at one table, I went to place an order 3 minutes later a mman showed up, I asked how long it would take for my food to be ready before I placed order. He said everything was ready. I paid then waited. After 6 minutes there were about 5 people in line waiting to place orders. I asked loudly for someone to come to counter, the young man returned, I told him what was taking so long for my order, he said it was cooking. I told him there were customers waiting to place order. At that time two customers left. The manager asked what my problem was, I told her that I had been waiting for my food that the young man told me was ready 7 minutes ago. She said it would be there in a minute. 10 more minutes went by. When I received my food I told the young man I liked the food here but the service was lacking, about that time the manager came to me and wanted to know what my problem was, I explained again, and her reply Very loudly was Thanks and have a nice day. They give you a receipt which you can enter a contest on giving a report on the restaurant. The first answer on mine was no, therefore I am not entered in the contest and the call was over. Then I went on line to file a complaint with Long John Silver's Main office, when I put the store number in on the complaint side of web site, there were unable to find that store number. JUST AMAZING. NEVER IN MY LIFE WILL I EVER GO TO LONG JOHN SILVERS UNLESS I WISH TO PAY FOR ABUSE. Signed: NOT HAPPY IN HUNTSVILLE TEAXS.

Long John Silver's quality

Just went through the drive through at Long John Silvers in Ponca City Oklahoma. I live here in Ponca, the service today was totally unacceptable! First off when we got our order, we didnt get a reciept. we ordered clams as we always do when we get our combo. the clams were greasy not hot and the whole box of them were stuck together! We were shorted an add a piece fish and when we got home to eat, our fries, fish, hushpuppys was not only not hot, but tasted old and rubbery.

Long John Silver's bad service

I went to Long John Silvers #7158, 06-25-2010, order 3 dinners total $26.13. I asked for vinger, tarter sauce and when I got home there was none so I went back and told the lady, and she told me that she had placed them in the bag, and I told her it wasn't there and she kept telling me she placed them in the bag. I asked her could I have what I want and she gave me a cup of tarter sauce and 3pk of vinger, I told her that I had order 3 dinners and I would like to have enough sauce for the 3 dinners she left the window and another lady came back so I had to start all over again she came back with one cup I asked her did they have the tarter sauce pk she said no so I asked her what are we to do pass these cups around .

I can't beleive what I had to go through for some dam sauce to go on our fish, I don't go there much and they have a fish place across the street and I will go there because I just can't get over what I had to go through and I had told the girl what I wanted when I order and when I got my order I asked her was it in the bag and she told me yes the Service Sucks at that Location I stayed away 5 years this time it will be for good

Long John Silver's poor service and cold food

I went to Long John Silver's/KFC on April 15th, 2010 at 4:49 p.m. I ordered a fish and shrimp platter. The gentleman in the back started to make my platter. I waited. And waited. And waited. After waiting 12 minutes, I asked the cashier how much longer I would have to wait. I was then told I was waiting for fresh shrimp. So there sits my platter on a pplastic tray. When the cashier told the gentleman putting the meals together that I was waiting for 10 minutes, then- and only then- did he put my platter under a heat lamp. Two more minutes passed. Then the gentleman put the fresh hot shrimp on the cold plate and brought it up to the counter and gave it to me. I asked him to replace everything but the shrimp, since I sat there and watched it get cold. He snapped at me, " I just had it under the heat lamp!" I replied, " not for very long. Feel a french fry, they are cold!" he took the plate, put it in a microwave and handed it back to me! Then real snotty he said, " I hope you enjoy that! And i did put it under a heat lamp!" I asked to speak to the manager and he told me no and walked away! Does anyone know how to contact the corporate office so I can lodge a complaint with them! The "wonderful" server's name was Marvin.

i have encountered a problem like that where i wasnt able to speak to mngmt so i wrote a letter and nothing was done so i used my legal membership and the lawyer wrote a letter on my behalf and not only did i get an apology my next meal was free so leave it to a lawyer and i know you may feel its not worth it because of the cost but i only pay 26.00 a month and the letter didnt cost me any extra so if you need more info heres my email rwj19731@yahoo.com

Long John Silver's very unprofessional employee

I've been to this Long John Silvers many times. I always get the same thing. I know and expect how much I need for the meal I order. I've been bringing the exact change because money is tight right now and I don’t want to deal with anymore loose change. The Manager gave me a large drink without asking me if I wanted the large and charged me accordingly. Now I have to give him 20 extra cents. I was just there and the employee at the time did the same thing. Of course I had to pay extra. Then I go over to the ketchup stand and there is no ketchup in the container. I then ask for some packets and the Manager says there is some out front. Obviously I know this, he’s just too stupid to figure out I already tried that.

Long John Silver's service

I am writing to you concerning the Chillicothe Ohio Long John Silvers establishment. Our vistit on 01/14/2010 at 5:56 p.m. was the worst and most embarrassing visit I can honestly say I have ever experienced. I will not return to Long John's to have to endure any embarrassment like that in the future. To begin with there were 4 adults together, meaning 2 separate orders. The first order was placed using their coupons, one ordered a #4 and a drink and was told that included her drink also, then the second adult ordered his two piece Chicken combo (don't recall the number) and was also given his drink with his order. Then I gave our order (coupon in hand for any variety platter $5.49, same coupon as the previous adult had used) both requesting the #4 also. The same girl Nneka took our order that had just taken the previous order but informed us that we had to pay extra for drinks, they were not included in our meal price. OK, well we had to have drinks since we were dining in. We both requested that we wanted 3 fish and 2 chicken, only one of us got that. I wanted a bread stick in place of the Hushpuppies since I do not care for Hushpuppies. I have always done this at Long John's with no problem, no charge, and last night I was told that I could do that but it would be 50 cents extra, OK I would rather pay 50 cents to get something I would eat as to throw the Hushpuppies in the trash. We also asked for crumbs with both meals, we also didn't get any.

We went to the condiment table in our dining area to find there was no Ketchup, no Vinegar, no Tarter Sauce, & no Shrimp Sauce. We had to go into the other dining area to get it using a tray to carry it back to our table. And during the time at the restaurant they never did fill that condiment table, the holes sat empty.

Then as we compaired our bills with the other couple in our party, we asked the hostess when she came to our table, to go over our receipt to just make sure it was correct. Then the manager (I think her name was Joni, or Jodi) came to the table with the hostess and was very loud and boisterous drawing attention to our table. She didn't offer to make the order correct in any manner at all. She just wanted to use my debit card to refund the cost of the drinks. I refused her offer not knowing what else they could possibly mess up! There were no appologies even given. We ended up getting boxes and taking the remainder of our food home.

On 2010-05-04 I went to Long John Sikvers, at 10002 N. Maybry Hwy. Tampa Fla. The time was 5:38 pm The sevice was slow and the Manager, was using the Phone when we got there and when we drove way, total time 45 min., as we left we tryed to call the Store and the Phone was still busey,
over hearing some of the comvertation, we determand it was about some sort of School Class's.
We thought it was excesive, long John Silvers is usally a good service experance, Just this note to say, Please look into it to keep goog custermer,
service.

Alright, it's pretty simple and maybe the cashier was new, but #4 has never came with a drink on it. Also the menu has pictures of what the food comes with (IE a drink, etc). Now if the cashier was new, and I'm assuming that is the case since the cashier said the drink was included with the meal, they might not have marked the substitutions for the fish instead of chicken and the bread stick properly or didn't know how. Seeing as one extra bread stick is about .50 extra I'm going to say that was what happened there with that substitution. As for the other parts, it could have been whoever was dishing that made the substitution error. Three chicken and two fish is easily mixed up with two chicken and three fish if you're in a hurry to do things and accidents do happen.

As for the condiments, maybe there was another reason for this, did you ask? And as for being refunded the cost of the drinks, not likely as the #4 comes with no drinks anyway. Of course they probably just wanted to void the order off and give you the drinks at no charge anyway since there was a misunderstanding. Also since you still need to put your pin number in for debit, if they messed up on the total price it would only be your fault if you let it go.

Long John Silver's hours and attitude

12/07/09 went to drive thru window at 10:48 am then by my cell phone 11:00 am. the sign states hours are 10:30 am . the manager came to window and said it would be 3 more minutes before they were open. I said the sign says 10:30 am. He said the hours had changed . I asked why the sign hadn't been changed. His answer was 'then sue me.'
I said my clock said 11:03 am, he said no it doesn't, my cell phone says 3 more minutes. I even showed him my cell phone time and he said its wrong-wait 3 more minutes. I even asked him if the consumer was always wrong. He said yes. Was it the color of my skin? Was I the wrong sex? What happened to posting correct open and close signs? What happened to customer service? I won't go back. I will make sure all my neighbors and family know of this incident.

Long John Silver's order was wrong

Today, Oct 3, 2009, we ordered 2 Alaskan Flounder Meals and 1 Variety Platter. Each flounder meal had 1 piece of flounder, fries, slaw and 2 hushpuppies. We have ordered these meals many times and they always come with 2 pieces of fish and corn instead of fries. I called the resturant and they said the menu had been changed. I called another location in our area and they said the same meals contained 2 pieces of fish, and corn. We were disappointed that they chose not to admit their mistake. If I do go to the resturant again, I plan to take my receipt and tell them what happened.

Long John Silver's reverse discrimination (all black hood)

Long John Silvers was a nice change from the regular burger/fries, so I usually went on a specific day of the week every week to treat myself. I always use the drive-thru and most times, the restaurant did not have very many patrons at all during the time I was there. This last time, I ordered thru the drive thru, pulled up to the window, and saw about four people in line ordering on the inside.( you can see through the drive thru window). No problem I certainly want nothing more than to be taken care of when it is my turn, and so I was happy to wait, as I hadnt even been acknowledged at the window, to pay for the meal. Well, suddenly three more people walked into the store, and up to the counter to order, and the black woman behind the counter began to take their order. So I am sitting there, not having even paid for my food yet, and seeing other new customers being taken care of first. When that group of people were taken care of, I thought surely, she would come to the window and let me pay for my food... but helllll no, two more black people walked in, and she began to take their order. You see, the problem is this "HATE WHITEY" ATTITUDE FROM BLACKS, that ALL WHITES ARE THE DEVIL, and ANY OPPORTUNITY THEY HAVE, THEY WILL BE HAPPY TO MISTREAT YOU, TO PAY YOU BACK FOR ALL THE DISCRIMINATION YOUR HONKEY ### has caused in their lives, ( even if that was over sixty years ago, ) well, you can just sit your white ### in the drive thru and wait! I dont appreciate or respect any special treatment from anyone, I refuse to be treated like that, but when the situation is reversed, just see how these poor downtrodden "victims" of racial bias treat white people. Just so you ALL know, Blacks are racist as hell when youre the white man in an all black neighborhood, trying to get food at an all black restaurant. Its unfortunate that I work in an all black neighborhood, so am stuck having to take ### from these sorry assed- no desire to work- non-motivated blacks that Long John Silvers hires on the cheap around here. Dont be pissed cause I am white, be glad that I at least aint there to rob the place, get something for "Free", or hang around and sell crack on a payphone.

I am appalled at this post! The ignorance that is posted here is ridiculous. It is amazing how one doesn't like when something as minor as being ignored is placed in front of them. Now were they probably being rude...maybe...but the fact of the matter is you assumed the worst right off the bat. You went to calling them all kinds of names as if they couldn't one day occupy the job that you posess. You don't want to deal with how blacks treat you in the area that you work? Bring your ###ing lunch to work.

Long John Silver's food service management

I asked the manager who waiting on my where the family meals were. In a rude tone pointed to the menu and said where it says "Family meals". I then told him the 16P family meal 5- chicken and the rest fish. He then said very rude " You have one more what do you want" after repeating what I said he rang up the order. This manager walked over to an employee stated " I can't stand working up here and went in the back. I then heard this manager complaining about my large order and he was banging things in the back very loudly. This other employee told this manager to "Take it a notch down". The food was horrible dry and the Manager was VERY rude and I'm very upset and need to talk someone about this. This is suppose to be a good day today Fathers day.

My husband and I went to LJS in El Dorado yesterday. There was only one table being used and all the other tables and the floor were filthy. They also changed their menu and took away our favorite and healthier foods.

today we went to the long john silvers on east harry in wichita ks, the girl taking our order wasnt very friendly and as i got my drink i got ice tea. it tasted awful and then our meal came out as we was eating a cockroach crawled out from under the tray and after we ate we was gonna sit and chat for awhile but the girl from behind the counter told us to have a good day as if we was getting dismissed it wasnt like they was busy there was 1 other person in whole resturant eating

After taking my son to ST, I decided to get dinner. Mind you this city is next to mine but we no longer have a LJS. I placed my order, drove around and was informed my order would be 5 minutes. I was ok with that! I ordered a drink as I waited. I get my order, drive off but when I get home I'm shorted 1/2 my meal! I spent almost 28.00 for 1/2 meal. Called to let them know. What can be done after I get home? Not a damn thing! My money is lost and I am still out dinner!

we live about 20 miles from long john silvers and its the only close one to go to unless we want to drive an hour away and they are always out of something yesterday was it they was out of fries how can you run out of fries the food prices went up and no fries and half the drinks are always out of order the cole slaw has been sour a few times so we ordered corn on the cob and green beans was both cold then the workers didnt put huspuppies on our plate went back to get them could hear them complaining about workers from day before not doing nothing had to wait to get hushpuppies when they was done complaining back there and they want more money for there food thats just crap i guess we will have to go all the way to tyler next time for better service and food for that price

My friend and I went to the LJS in Big Rapids, MI. at about 3 pm on 09/05/15 and the dining area was dirty. Every table was dirty. (I am not exaggerating). The floor was dirty and sticky from soda pop. I told the manager and all I got was excuses about how busy they were. I finally got the table we were sitting at washed off so we could eat. We are both handicapped and we can't stand up for every long so we HAD to sit at a dirty table until it was washed off. The trash receptacles were full and the napkin holders and straw dispensers were empty. When we got our meals they had forgotten our slaw so we had to go back up to get that.They should have a 'floor person' to take care of matters like the aforementioned during the 'busy' time, and they should be sure to wipe the sides of the tables as well as food and drinks drip down the sides making it very sticky and it gets on customers clothing. One might consider retraining the 'manager' as excuses do not get the tables cleaned so the handicapped can sit down in a timely manner.

Went thru drive thru I was not satisfied they given me k f c fries say I wanted lbs fries manager came yelling at mesays that's how they fix em it take 5 minutes I say fine then he ridicule me for scratching lotto ticket I called him an ### got my money back as I began to drive away he yells to me to lose weight I stop van ran inside I was going beat the ### out of him I got wise didn't want go jail as I went out door he started clapping

My husband and I decided to go to long john silvers in elk city, oklahoma after church on 4/14/2017. The special on the marquee was 6 fish, 12 shrimp, 8 hush puppies, and 2 sides for 19.99 when we got up to order, they couldn't find that so they told us to drive through when we got to window, the one cashier said the other cashier was looking for it on the computer because she couldn't find it. After about 10 minutes they came back to say that button wasn't on their computer and they couldn't sell it to us. We insisted it was advertised on marquee, my husband took a picture of the sign, but they said it wasn't on their computer, they couldn't sell it. We asked why it was still up then. They said well, the manager forgot to take it down. I said that was their problem, they needed to honor the special. She said no, there was no button for it. My husband and I drove away without getting anything. The reason we had stopped was seeing that sign for a special and then they wouldn't honor it. We were very upset and it will be a while before we give them a shot again.

I like the fish at long john silvers but could never eat the french fries - - greasy - - tasteless, limp, etc. So i decided to try again after receiving several flyers promoting fish and chips. Perhaps the fried chips, a new product, will be done better, i thought. Imagine my surprise when i called the ljs nearest my home to be told that they "were not allowed" to offer the chips at their location. Upon attempting a further email inquiry regarding this ljs location i can only get a screen that says the store number f275018 (Which i have repeatedly checked for accuracy is not valid. Now, this location is in combination with a kentucky fried chicken which may affect its ability to produce a new product like the chips but why on earth give it a location number which comes up invalid?

I went to this establishment about a month ago. Placed a big order and was told to pull around and park cause it was not ready. I waited for 25 mins and food was missi.g so I had to go inside to get refunded for the missing shrimp. I wne by today at 5:30 on March 7th which is a Satuday and there was a note on the door saging the dinning areas was closed to use the drive through. I went to the drive through waited...said hello at the speaker and drove around to see what was going on. The place was closed on a Satuday mid evening. This is the worst business conduct And I am discusted. One of my favorite places has become the pits!

Went to restaurant in waco tx saturday night, 11/08/2017... Around 7:30 pm... Clerk rude, restaurant dirty, food disgusting.. Took 1 bite.. Got up & threw it in trash... Also odor was stenching in there... Made a complaint online.. That restaurant called me.. Said sorry.. What good did that do? Do you think that this restaurant's employee will correct this? Think not.. This is where she works!

Long John Silver's bad service

about 9:40 me and my husband decided to go to get some food from the drive thru we ordered a fish and shrimp platter wich includes 2 fish and 8 shrimp and we ordered 3 extra shrimp a total of $9.29(there was only 2 cars in the drive thru)so we get our food and when we get home there was only 2 fish in the plate all the 11 shrimp were missing so i call and they told me that they couldnt do notting because they were closed and that the new guy messed up because the other person in front of us ordered the same thing so im here thinking the other person took 22 shrimp and me that im pregnant and i was really craving it get stuck with a well come tomorrow so i go the next day and im asking for my money back because they gave me a bad service and i couldnt eat seafood 2 times a week i could only eat it once a week and i wasent craving it no more they told me that they couldnt give me back my money beacuse i didnt go the same day i told them that they said to go the next day because they were closed their like no i could only give u the shrimp so they give me a plate with only 8 shrimp not even wut was missing i told them that i didnt want that they said well i sold u a shrimp plate i said okay then give me the diffrence of that order they said that no they couldnt give the diffrence either im like after ur new guy messes up leaves me with the craving of shrimp and your bad service u your telling me that u cant do notting about it they said taht they could only give me the shrimp that is the worst service that i have ever got and then i put a complaint in there page and they said that they will give me a call back and its been about a mont and yet notting has happend

Long John Silver's ripped off

I went to long john silver, I live in tomah wi, I ordered 2 chicken flanks and fries was charged 5.03 got all the way home and had only 2 chicken flanks. I was so upset, I not only have to wait 15 minutes but drove all the way home and did not have all my order. It was ticket #45. My name is sandra shreve, 1316 kilbourn apt 202, tomah, wi. 54660.

Long John Silver's dirty restaurant

restaurant filthy, cook comes out to a table with tongs in his hands, then kisses his girlfriend and touches his girlfriend with tongs! floor is greasie almost slip, trash everywhere, hot sauce bottles covered in filth, food left on pick up counter. a month after new building was put up, i got a frosted glass mug with glass chips in the glass, i did swallow the glass, but did not do damage thank god! the employees are very dirty/unsanatary, shirts not tucked in. i'm starting to think the food isn't safe to eat!going to call the health inspector to inspect store..Please fix problem, i love to eat there, don't want to stop! get new managers, don't think they are fit for the job! thank you

went to get a gal. of rrotbeer they were out i was shocked i mean this an a&w rootbeer buisness, hello
went back a few weeks later thoughti try again this time they had rootbeer but no plastic gal jugs they were out but said they had glass one for about 3.00 more i said itwas not my fault they were out so i should not hav to pay extra and he thought it was funny and shrug his shoulder like no biggy

That's disgusting and unsanitary. Fortunately, we don't have an A&W here nor a Long John Silvers. It's like Long John Silver's, but they produce lousy, greasy food.

Two observations from your complaint stuck out:

"Cook comes out...and touches his girlfriend with tongs!"

--While this is a little gross, I think it's far worse for the girlfriend as she was the one fondled with hot, greasy tongs...ugh, I can only imagine how trashy this couple is.

Long John Silver's - food poisoning

Yesterday we went to go pick up dinner at the Long John Silvers fast food restraunt on East Washington street for the whole family, then, two or three hours later, we all get nauseas and vomit for at least the next 48 hours. We all had either fish, shrimp, or lobster bites. UNDERCOOKED!!! FOOD POISONING!!! AFFECTS: diarreahea, vommiting, naseua, headache, fever, cramping!
