London Homeshare did not return our bond after the flat was checked out as clean and undamaged by them.

Do you know that Sunette Zone was supposed to insure your deposits and provide you information on the insurance within 30 days? If she hasn't done so - there is a penalty of up to 3 times of the deposit amount.

Hi, My name is Janita. I occupied a flat in 19 Azure House NW10 7FE for about a year and a half until June 2009. I left the house in pristine clean condition and when I asked for my deposit of 650 GBP to Nigel he said he will need sometime that they had some difficulties. Now I have moved out of UK and still I have no word from anybody regarding this. If anyone is in similar position you can contact me at Janita.JS@gmail.com. Sunette Zone. This person uses multiple addressess. Try: 11 Ambleside, Purfleet, Essex, RM19 1pT. Also 20 Busby Place, London, NW5 2SR. She is also connected with: Retail Unit, 277 Kensal Road, London, W10 5DB. In reality, you should approach a tracing agent to confirm her current whereabouts and then using this, you can bring civil proceedings against her in the small claims court. Alternatively, if she has broken any criminal laws, you can report the matter to the police to investigate.

I went to the agency you are talking about, The got more than 3 offices in London, they speak several languages, but unfortunately they are no the same. they are register Estate Agency. And all of them are new faces for me. I am agree that we needs to find this company but this people nwalondon just rented or buy from Cristo & Co that office.

So keep looking for the right people.

I've called the agency 2 months ago. They said the company didn't have the money to pay us back. They also said what we can do is to complain before the court. Actually, the owner of the company is running a new company with a new name ("homezone" as i remembered).
