Lombard Home Insurance / Not offering renewal!

After denying a claim to my household insurance for water damage, I received a letter stating they would not be able to renew my house insurance as they are concerned about the maintenance and condition of the dwelling. This, after 20,000 in renovations in the last 2 years. (with photos issued) They are also not offering renewal because there are business operations on the same premises. The business has been here for 35 years and holds it's own policy.

They (Lombard) hold the business insurance policy as well, and have been insuring these two separately for over 10 years. Not a headache I need with less than a month from renewal. Thanks for taking my money for 10 years for nothing back Lombard.
