the logo package
I purchased this package over 5 months ago and everytime I make an attempt to go to log in, I get error messages. I have also reached out to the company for some customer assistance and to no avail nothing got resolved. This was a waste of money and would not recommend the company for any future business. The website also freezes very often when designing your logo and editing is an issue as well. This company makes the process of developing a logo a big headache. Customer service also isn't very helpful.

I paid for a logo, went back in to edit it within 3 hours, and it wants me to pay again.
I want my downloadable logo so I can use it. I will not pay again just to edit it within the prescribed deadline.

There is no need to pay again to edit the logo! :) Since you purchased the Premium Package, Logojoy allows you to make changes and re-download your logo without the assistance of customer support within the first 72 hours of purchasing your logo. That means you can make changes to your color, font, spacing, wording, symbol and layout.
After the 72 hour window, you can contact us via support@logojoy.com or through the blue chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner, (we'll respond as soon as we can during business hours), and we'll help you receive your changes from the Premium or Enterprise packages, as long as it is for the same company of your original purchase.

I received a different logo
Does anyone know if their phone number ending with 0917 works?
I tried to reach them four times, but no one ever picked it up.
I also wrote several emails, but it's the same.
My issue: I described what kind of logo I would like to see on my website, I gave them some ideas and asked them to choose one, and the colors should be positive. The logo I received was completely different from all of those variants I provided, I didn't even use brown and red colors. So these people messed my work up and I want them to take responsibility for that and make everything over.
