This company advertises 100 % satisfaction guarantee. Not true, once they submit images of logo your stuck. Even after 10-15 revisions you can not come to an agreement, you get no refund. And hope the account manager does not leave the company. If that happens its your responsibility to get another agent and keep open the lines of communication. Also be careful, they pressure you into the higher priced service in which you truely get nothing. Other companies offer letter head design, business card, and black and white images for the same price I paid for a logo design. Final turn around is over three weeks for final CD copy of final drawings. Getting to a decission maker is near impossible with this company. Do yourself a favor take your business somewhere else.

Lost all my money and they just cut off all Communication . Emails do not get through website seems to be shut down Facebook messages don't get answered and phone number is not working.
paid money for website and logo design and logo to be trademarked . I walked away with nothing they walked away with a lot of my money . I seriously want to be involved in a class action lawsuit against these people.

Terrible company. All the staff that I have liaised with are from India, which is absolutely fine but they pretend they are American which is pathetic. Just be real and we will all respect you. They like to make lofty promises to suck you in their sales funnel, and they leave you high and dry when it comes to delivery. In one instance, I had to shell out $400 extra because the sales person over-committed but the Designers declined to cater to what was originally discussed. Worst yet, even after spending the $400, the delivered work was sub-par and badly coded to the extent where it was unusable. They way they hardcoded the programming logic into the webdesign meant and any further change would require an additional spend. Please do not deal with them and save yourself a heartache. Please.

By the way this company also claims to be UK based which is false because that is what captured someone like me who would not have ventured outside of UK because UK legislation will not apply to overseas supplier, and they operate with false addresses in the UK. They are the same company as DesignLogo Pros which on many sites have been showing all 5 star ratings. Since my rating on 1ST, 3RD and 4th Sep2014 on various sites, it seems a bit superficial that suddenly they have all customers who were keen to give them a 5 star rating and all seem to follow the same pattern of using a name accompanied by some number. At the same time I found my reviews at Trustpilot wiped out . When I enquired why they said they had sent me an email to ask me for my proof of purchase but I did not respond apparently. This is false because I never received such an email so I was unaware of their reason but when I asked to provide it and I did so by email they still did not respond to it. When I tried to call them to ask why I was shocked to find that my number had been blocked and my password prevented, so that they would not have to explain why they still removed my review. Likewise I found that BBB stopped counting my review as complaint no 3 inspite of providing them with many email evidences. So this tells you that this company is carrying out secret deals with well known review platforms to stop bad reviews from being seen. So if we cannot get the truthful account of this company it will capture a lot more vulnerable victims who will not have the facility to recover their money or get their service. My website is still incomplete and not live even after 7 months and they are certainly not offering their 100% money back guarantee. They kept my website filled with errors so that it is in a 'perpetual' state of amendments. So do be cautious about overly perfect 5 stars too frequently within one month because it is likely to be falsely manufactured.

ANy recommendations, I need simple adjustment to current logo and would like web design and letterhead if good deal package.

I agree with all the people who gave this company a poor rating. I live in the UK and we were required to pay upfront. No sooner had they received the payment, it was as if they could forget the service. All promises to return calls or respond to email enquiries went out of the window.
Once the logo design was finished, it was the stationaries stage when the problems started. They took a staggering two months to design the stationary which consisted of nothing more than adding a bottom border to the paper and the logo as usual was on the top left hand side of the business card, letterhead or envelope. They did not even care to adjust the size to UK measurements. Only once I found out by going to my local printers, I had to return to ask for the change to UK sizes. This simple change of measurements and a ‘bleed extension of 3mm took them another staggering 2 months!
Unlike what their online advert suggests, they do not consult the customer to understand what the customer wants, nor do the designers get in touch if they didn't understand a written instruction, and this simply results in repeated revision requests for the same changes because their designers couldn't be bothered to heed the instruction and what the customer wants.
The website was also a simple design, yet they have taken 4 months just to produce a standard template and all they had to do was fill in whatever contents I gave them. Then, they lost a video I sent to them to upload on my web page, given that online mediums such as Dropbox and Google take 3 hours to upload, they cared little. So when the time came to upload it onto my website, they claimed it was missing, it means that instead of saving the file they had carelessly allowed it to become deleted. It took another week to successfully transmit the video for them to receive for the website.
They then told me that the development phase would only take a week, but after a month it turned out that they still needed my input to design and finish off the Facebook and Twitter pages before development could begin. They said they couldn’t upload my video on the main website page because it would slow down the whole operation of the website but that there was a utube page within my package budget, so it could be uploaded there. But they have kept sending the utube page empty ie without the video uploaded. There is a total absence of project management, or planning/coordination for the projects to be delivered smoothly, and they don't feel they have to stick to any accuracy of delivering information correctly, or amend to an instruction correctly.
This has caused lots of unnecessary delays which directly impacts my ability to start the marketing of my business, which means that the delays are costing my loss of income. Please would American Authorities do something about it ?

I only wish I could of found this before placing order with them, they also called and tried the hard sale act and requested that I buy more than I wanted. All I wanted was a simple logo! After I did place my order, I received a logo 2 days later. My god is was so poor, like someone had stamped a paper with a rubber stamp. I then asked again for what I requested in the first place, I also contact chat, who tired to hard sales me again in to buying more, after I said no, just he logo please, they got angry and treating towards me. I knew then this would not be a happy ending. So after another 3 days, I got a second logo, nothing what I had asked for, so I asked for it to be change, just a small change I have to add. I spoke to live chat to confirm that these simply changes would be taken in to account. They got right angry with me. Never once did I ask for more that what I asked for in the first place! They then said we will refund you 50% and you would get nothing as you are backing out.. I never said I was backing out. I then ask if you can not deliver, I would like a full refund, they then said I would get 60% and they would report me to the bank! I ask what do you mean report me to the bank. They just said you will see. I asked again what they mean by reporting to the bank. Kevin on chat then said you will see when you check your credit report with a credit agency.. At this time I was not best pleased. And I told Kevin that I want a full refund, and I would also report his threading behavour to the Police. He then agreed to a full refund if I replied to his email.. The email never stated what I would be refunded, so I asked him to send one with what he would refund.. He did this in time, and I replied. He then stated that a full refund has been issued. I said I would check my Paypal, but no refund, I ask him, and he then said that it would need to be done by another department, and it would take 7 - 14 days. He then said Goodbye and shut of the chat. I have now had to report them to Paypal to get my money back. Who else should these scammer be reported to, I feel they should be shut down for what they are doing to poor people like us?

This has to be theworst company I’ve ever worked with. They are very quick responding to you in the initial stages but oncethey have your payment, their response times and attitude changecompletely. I paid for a website design withthis company, the spelling and grammar was appalling in what they did produce, English clearly isn't their first language nor a language their designers fullyunderstand or can write. I have severalproblems with the website design and trying to get hold of this company to getthese issues resolved was a total nightmare once I’d paid my money. It was the honestly most painful experience ofmy entire life and the sales guys I spoke to were so unbelievably rude to me onthe phone every time I called up. Theydon't listen to what you're trying to tell them or what your concerns are andthey just keep shouting over you, it’s really unbelievable how this company arestill trading as they have the worst attitude ever. Please take note of the bad feedback on thiswebsite and don't make the same mistake as me as it will be a horrendous /painful experience for you.
After walking awayfrom this company, I found the most amazing person to design my website and itwas a complete breath of fresh air and what the experience should have beenlike working with a professional company which Infinity Logo Design clearlyaren’t.

Infinity did notrefund me my money either but I was happy to just not be involved with themanymore, losing my money was worth it to have nothing ever to do with them everagain!

Scam and not a legitimate company.

Once you place an order they stop responding to your calls, emails or request forms.

I tried to dispute it several time and when ever i send a complain they ignore but respond directly if i submit a lead, i get a call with in two hours.

I recently got my website designed by them and it was a far superior experience than what I have read here. Seems like they have improved alot and redone their entire process. I highly recommend using Infinity Logo Design to design and build a website. They carefully listen and give thoughtful advice to overall look and feel of the website along with functionality which made working with them enjoyable. They can take a high level idea and produce a professional looking yet eye popping web page. In addition to website development, we have also come to value their input on their user experience strategies for our online products.

I had a terrific experience with this company. In fact, I was amazed that an online service like this was even possible. Logo design work requires very personal interaction and the highest level of communications. They asked excellent questions, and I submitted detailed, comprehensive responses. They gave me everything I asked for, and made it easy to hone my general ideas into a very effective, attractive logo. I suspect that the unhappy folks on this blog are all very poor communicators, and are blaming their own shortcomings on others. I believe someone here mentioned 15 revisions... REALLY?! And you blame them? If you aren't getting what you want after 3 revisions with this company, you have some very poor communication skills, or possibly know nothing about commercial art and advertising. Do your homework, then try contracting an inexpensive service like this one. If you are lazy and/or incompetent, then be prepared to pay someone to school you.

Infinity Logo Design is a 100% scam. DO NOT USE THEM. I have tried numerous times to get my money back to no resolve. you cannot launch a BBB claim against them because they have no US address. Some places claim Port Chester, NY, the BBB thinks they are in Texas. You cannot obtain information on their 866 phone number. They are EXTREMELY SHADY. Tried to get money back through their "Designpay.com" site which is also a scam and also does not contain their address. The names of the employees are all aliases Bob Taylor, Mike Sanders, Steve Johnson - it's 100% built for scamming people out of money. DO NOT USE INFINITY LOGO DESIGN. Absolute horrendous results.

this company sucks so far. I orderd 4 days ago what I thought was a 12hr turn around package according to their site and package "benefits". like I said, its been 4 days and still not one set of samples. I am on a chat with one rep for the second time in the last 2 days asking about my order.
Im going to request a refund. I doubt I will get it.

They prepared the initial concepts for me and they were not even close to what I wanted. I requested a full refund under their 100% money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction guarantee. It has been a month and I have not seen my money back despite six calls to them. They are simply unwilling to refund my credit card or incompetent in the sense that it is taking so long. I would steer away from this company.

This company is a huge scam. First of all, they did not even follow the guidance for the design that was provided and in return sent some unprofessional animated designs that I did not ask for. When I requested a revision I was given a fake email address and continued to receive delivery failures...see below -

When I called (which by the way they just answer the phone by saying hello no company name) to discuss the delivery failures I was told it was an accident. Then I requested a refund that was promised in 48 hours that I have still not received 4 weeks later. If you decide to still do business with this company, don't say you have not been warned!

I agree. My company is in a position where we were quite swamped with work and needed to outsource a logo design for one of our clients. We recevied a referral from an associate regarding this company and decided to go with them. Big mistake.

They guarantee a 2-3 day turn around. We ordered over four days ago, never once heard from our so called 'account manager' and was initially told that we could log into a control panel to upload details pertaining to the design as well as any concept ideas that we have. There was no control panel.

I engaged the company through their online chat, and was told to email my Account Manager and was given the email address. That email bounced. I got on their chat on their website and was told to resend the email to that person, and was given their email address. It also bounced.

My client whom I promised to have the logo ready for is not impressed. Neither am I. I will NEVER use this company again. I paid for a service I have not received and no one seems to know what is going on over there and furthermore, I always get an answer machine.

I completely agree! Unfortunately I was unlucky to agree to them delivering both a website and a logo before I realized how horrible they were. When I received the first log concepts, which were obviously computer generated by a program, I had no chance of complaining. I tried calling customer service, where I always got the answering machine, I tried mailing them, but the address didn't work, I tried getting in touch with my account manager who didn't answer; it was like the company did not exist! This is a complete fraud, and I would ever ever advice anyone to have anything to do with them!
