Logans Steakhouse In Flint Michigan — service
Called to get a menu faxed as the menu online did not have prices. The man who answered the phone said to look online, I told him there were no prices. His response was to come in to find out. I asked for a manager and was disconnected.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in Flint, MI I called back and asked for a manager Jim he apologized and stated he would speak to the employee but that the employee was new. I asked him to please FAX menu as I was buying lunch for 10 of my employees, he said he would. I waited a half hour, no menu. I called back and he stated he would re FAX and verified FAX #. Hour later, still no menu. Our FAX is working. Very poor customer service, will never purchase from there again and will tell everyone I know about the lousy service.
