Poor quality logs, waited 5 months to come and see. Then sent pitiful amount of logs as replacements.

I maintain full photo log.

They claim shipping damage, (true in case of replacements) then house did not go up in 60 day period (but they waited 8 weeks to process new logs and then only sent a few).

Unfortunately, Mr Pickens got fired...and even lodge logs knew he was dishonest.Bill white GM.came and saw the junk logs themselves...They were irregularly milled in differing heights, incorrectt threaded rod holes, diameter off by more than 1/4 inch..and wheres there dealers now in nYS? NONE!. Sierra Log Homes was a dealer, left, started his own company. Precision Craft left them too! yes the logs layed out because they couldnt be used and it took months for Bill White to come see them after alot of verified photography which if you want to see pictures ping me a redcloverbuilders@yahoo.com.SEE FOR YOURSELF

David Mills Sr., is a past dealer for Lodge Logs. He is only telling you one side of the story. Mr. Mills left the logs lay out in the weather for months uncovered. The homeowner is not satisfied with his work ethics. Mr. Mills would work for an hour or two then leave the job site. This home could have been built and ready to to move into, in less than 6 months. Mr. Mills is still not finished and is still working on the job at his leisure frustrating the home owner. Mr. Mills is quick to point a finger for his lack of professionalism in New York State. His dealership was revoked and Lodge Logs has no association with him.

The photos Mr. Mills has are bias only to improperly reflect and distore any problems. I would suggest any interested party to talk directly to the homeowner who has dealt with Mr. Mills and learn the true story.

Mr. Mills son is now a dealer for Lodge Logs in New York and can show you homes he has built with little or no problems.

It just comes back to the lack of assertiveness by David Mills Sr. whom we do not recommend.
