He also cheated more than 40, 000 USD from innocent people and absconding from Dubai secretly….. if anybody comes to know any information about this criminal, pls report to the nearest police station………..he has already black listed here in Dubai for credit card fraud and came to know that he had made forged passport and escaped from Dubai……….now he is in the travelling to different countries and lavishly expending money with prostitutes….he cheated innocent people’s hard earned money and they are not going to get any peaceful life and people are cursing him every time………one day they hava to pay price……

Yes, there is a point there. Pyramid MLMs are mathematical tricks, probably a game of flowing money. Your calculations are OK..., (Maybe someone can find four guys in a month easily by deception.)
Their first sign-up fee includes registration fee and membership fee. When an account gets expired only the membership fee has to be paid, .. say about after 12 months. Here what happens is your position in pyramid left as you were or You are not consider as a new recruit, Doing it as a new recruitment instead definitely affects reward points of old members.

It is seems to be a Pyramid business, but what i can see is, there is a complex mathematical structure or body to calculate the incomes, as a example as per the their policy, one account valid upto one year, so if you join 1 jan 2012 you account will be expired on 1 jan 2013, so you won't paid first month, then you have 11 months, so total income is = 50*4*11 = 2200, pure income without investment is 1700, to changed this amount to cash u required approx 4 accounts, it means u need 4 persons for entire year, that 4 required 4*4 = 16 accounts that 16*4 required 64 so and so, but again initial investor have to put the money back for validation of account, , now it is turn back upside of the Pyramid, , , , , be-course account validations. if their deduct 30% of the income this amount can utilized for end cash of another 660 points, , ,
