Unauthorized charge to bank account
Looking at bank statement and had an unauthorized charge on my bank account with a fony check that did not even have a valid check #. The check was in the amount of $19.99. The check had a phone # on it and I called and they told me to go to a website www.ulsrefund.com and request refund. So far I haven't been able to pull this website up yet.
Past due
I received a letter coming from this Club that I don't even know what it is. It says in the letter that I have a past due amount of $100 dollars dated feb 2 2011. I called them they told me right away that I need to pay for it now. I told them that I don't even know what is it and I want to cancel it but they told me to cancel it you need to pay $150 because I already had pass the 30 days of their offer to cancel it. they just sent me a one letter and that's it; they did not even call you. I talk to their supervisor. I told him that I don't want to because I didn't even used it why will I pay such money for it. I don't even have job and have money to pay for it. They still force me to pay for it. I ask them if what are their proofs that I bought their product. They suddenly told me that I paid $50 during the first month with my Master Card. I don't even have a Master card. I hope this club will stop harassing people with their scams. If they continue to do this to me, I will sue them. I hope this will be resolved.

I do not owe this and do not even know what it is. I have never had a master card debit card...just returned from my bank just to verify that I have never have had a master card debit card... I have no clue what your comppany is about. AGAIN, I do not owe you a penny. Acct.2488466...M>S>G>#
Past due notice
My husband received a past due notice dated January 18, 2011. For a balance of $ 150.00. He called and asked what this was about and the gentleman would not give him a straight answer. We have not received anything regarding what this about. The letter says to contact them, if this bill is in error. Okay, he did. and my husband did not get the answer on what this letter was about. If a company cannot explain what they deal with and send payments due on something we have no idea what it is. SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG!

My husband received a notice for past due payment from Local Savings Club, 7891 W. Flagler St.#309, Miami, FL 33144, saying that he owed $150.00. When he called [protected], when asked what this was about, the gentleman would not let him know what this payment was or what the service was about. He did not join a club either! I will write a letter also of denial. Real companies would send you information and notices. What is Local Saving Club anyway?

Not aware I even Joined this club.
I received a letter of Final Notice (I have never received any notices) that I owe this company $250.00. I have no knowledge of joining this group nor have I received any information giving me the details of the services they offer. I have tried to call and I keep getting cut off. I tried the e-mail address:www.localsavingsclub.com and cannot find it on-line. They threaten collection procedures and want their money now. They are located at 7891 W Flagler St. #309, Miami, Fl, 33144
and phone number [protected]. I will now send a letter of denial of this debt.

I was fined the same thing, I didnt realize i did either nor did i even give recognition of them.
Their final notice is total BS because real companies would consistently send the payment bill due every month not a year later.
