Company charged me without my warning
Two days ago I found out two unauthorized charges from the website www.loanpal.co.uk. I never applied for the loan, as well as I haven’t filled nay forms on their website, but they charged me for $96.77. I tried to contact them, but I couldn’t find the contact info. Company is rubbish. Stay away from them. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
Unauthorized charges
LoanPal.co.uk took my money from my account without my authorization and it proved to be impossible to get in touch with someone from that company in order to get refund. Had to report this to my banks fraud department...
This hsd also happenend to me not once but twice ! They took £89.50 on the 23rd October and another £89.50 on the 5th November. So please ring your bank and csncel your card ! There is no way of contacting them . Just cant understand how they are still in business why arn't the fraud investigators on there back or watchdog !
i got ripped off to. sent a letter for a refund as refund police states still no money? so sending another recorded post lets see what happens.
Why is the govement not doing anything about these loanpal thives this is day light robery . They are taking advange of the poor shame on you!
I have not given any authorisation for loanpal to take any money from my account but they have taken £89 from my account. I will be going to my bank today with details of this complaints page and getting on to the fraud department to get something sorted out so that I can get monies put back as I cannot afford to lose the amount taken as I am on benefits

this company has taken 2 times 49 pounds and an 89 pound out of my account i did not get a 300 pound loan and only clicked on to web sit i can not get hold of anyone and there is no websit or numbers to call the only way i can get this money back that is mine is to report this to my bank as been taken with out my permission this is a site not to click on
