Good morning
I submitted an online application for a loan 2 years ago. According to the terms I had to pay a monthly fee of R99.00 for a two year terms. I have paid them the R99.00 for the last two years, but received no service or product.
I now want to cancel this agreement, but they are now requesting a settlement amount of R500.00.
I will not pay this. I never willingly agreed to a deduction and never received the promised service. Please lock these people up and protect hardworking South Africans.
Don't care if they hand me over...

Loan scout sa, as sent me a sms demanding monies for a application I have made with regards to trying a secure a personal loan. The application was completed but no response or any feedback was recieved and not even a call from any off the so called loan lenders, yet they debited my account and expect me to pay them a monthly fee... They crazy I have reversed this debt... But now they threatning with legal action... Why are they ripping people off.

This company online says they will find a loan for you just fill out the form.
I did and the next thing I know they are trying to demand R1600 from me everyday they have gone as far as claiming to have handed me over to the sheriff of the court. And as far as I know I am not the only one that is having trouble with this scam. If I need a loan then I need money not give money away to people that sit and think of ways to get money out of people that dont have much.
