Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] fraud

I have gone on Loan Detectors website and did a online application, I have then received an email with application forms and where they requested supporting documents. I have never send them any documents back. Now they want to deduct money from me. I have never completed anything and no money was paid to my bank. I have tried to phone them but with no avail. How do I stop them for trying to take money from me. I am now receiving letter of demands on email.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] loan detector fraud

I did not apply for loans through them as I am currently under debt review and can't quality for a loan. I contacted them through their website to enquire about the possibility of a small loan WHILE UNDER DEBT REVIEW. Someone phoned me and said they can't assist in any because i am under debt review. It's against the whole NCA policy.
And then suddenly they started saying that i signed a contract with them, even sent me a pdf copy of the contract wording. I never saw those conditions on their site? I know i can't quality for a loan while under debt review. They are now threatening me with legal action if I don't pay the R1058 cancellation fee. They don't response to my emails when i tell them i am under debt review. What should i do?!
I am really worried that they influence my credit score. I am three months away from my last debt review payment.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] they keep attempting to deduct funds from my account

They keep attempting to deduct funds from my account. I have asked on numerous occasions for them to send me the contract I signed or the audio recording where I agreed to a contract with them. To date I have not yet received any proof. I have now stopped all payments to them at my bank until they can furnish me with sufficient proof. It seems to either be some sort of scam or an Identity theft.

Ive reported the same since mid last year. No-one seems to take any action against them, yet leaving it all up to me!. I get judgement threats on a weekly basis. And there are hundreds being scammed on weekly basis and I refuse to fight this on my own any more. I am unfortunately job hunting on daily basis, so now its up to the other victims to be pro-active:

Pls contact Brian Joss at . He writes for consumer rights for a newspayer.

You must provide him:
-Your Full Names and Address
-Exactly what happened, amounts and steps taken to remedy this + any correspondence you have

I did at one stage contact Adel van Niekerk at . THe Producer of Special Assignment, but could not keep my day job and expose this scam. You can cc her in.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] loan detector south africa convenient service package

Stumbled upon their site, looked reasonable, was looking for a small personal loan. Completed on-line application + read the terms available, it seemed I was agreeing to give consent to be screened for credit. The site asked for my banking details & my pay date to commence with installments. Next I get a welcoming e-mail saying I purchased a legal protection product of sorts @ R399. I went to another well known complaints website & saw many angered comments. I was looking for a micro loan, not to buy a dodgy service. Complete scam site!

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] fraud and false advertising

We receive many spam emails. We received an email from them saying if we want their services we must fill in forms and email back. We never did as we were not interested. This was last year. So the spam mails from them continue in my spam box.

Now this month an email stating we must pay them r1500 for unpaid service fees? I requested proof of a document authorizing such services. The "mandate" I received contains correct name and id number and email address but the rest is not any of our details, even the ip address which was used for this so-called online application was not ours.

We were handed over to a legal firm threatening us with sms and emails. I phoned them explaining the situation but they want their money, they will take us to court!

Please can someone stop people from scamming people into such situations.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] loan application

Hi. I made a online loan application.
The loan was never granted, but funds deducted off my bank account.
I received a call once and said to the consultant I'm not interesed after explaining the product. I said no i only applied for a loan.
I had the deductions on my bank account reversed. Thereafter having the funds reversed I received threatening sms and threats of court summons.

I still don't know what product was "bought" and have no correspondence or services from LoandectorSA.

I sent the company numerous emails.
As well as emails to the collection agents.
Lifestyle legal.

I would like to stop the threats and debits.

Regards

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] deductions for services not been utilized

E mail sent :
Again this month deductions were done against my account for services I am not using

As a matter of fact there were 3 deductions 0n the 28 October 2017
LMSA 3652607053759Z171027 NAEDO DR 107256 for R429.00
LLOCATORSSA8369807053559Z171027NAEDO DR1 for R399.00
LDETECTOR2569807053576Z171027NAEDO DR 1 for R399.00

Please reverse with immediate effect and cancel any debit orders. I want proof of cancellation and a consultant to call me ASAP.

This is ridiculous. If I did not need a loan I would not have applied - what in heavens name makes this institution think I could then afford this.
I am going to the press with this. People cannot be exploited this way, it is shocking!

Unfair practices by Ldetector
Good morning
I applied for a loan on line in December. Same month the sum of R399 was deducted from my account which I reversed of course. I never gave anyone any consent to deduct the money from my account. Same month the sum of R99 was again deducted from my account. I reversed it again.

Today I received an email threatening me about legal actions that if I don't pay the sum of R1200 in their FNB account I would be handed over to the attorneys. I honestly don't know what is this R1200 for. It was only an application nothing else. Where on earth would one apply for a loan and end up owing so much money?

Please assist me I only applied for a loan because I was in need of money. I didn't know that I putting myself in these money making scams. Hence they advertise themselves as legit companies.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] unauthorized debit orders and misleading advertising

I visited the website of Loan Detector and was under the impression that I am actually applying for a loan. After I filled in my details I was debited for an amount of R399 and thereafter R99 was deducted from my personal account on a monthly basis. I have to date paid R99 for 19 months. I did cancel my application but they say they never received my cancellation which was done the same day I applied so therefore no deductions should have been made against my account. Now 2 years later they demand R806 from me. I never authorized any debit orders to be deducted from my account nor did I receive any agreement signed by me.

Could you please investigate this matter as I am sure there are many people who has been mislead by this company.

Loan Detector South Africa [LDSA] unauthorized debit order

I have never heard of this company until today when I logged on to my banking in order to make my monthly payments and to my surprise a deduction for the amount of R399.00. This is fraud, I did not authorize this debit order. I would very much appreciate it if you could look into this matter. It is a very scary thought to think that your money is not even safe in the bank. (which is a facility we also pay for) Perhaps it would be better if I hide money under my bed.
